Rockin Jump Indoor Trampoline Park- Las Cruces

Best place for a birthday party!!! Our host was wonderful, she was on top of it, helping check in and decorating and announcements on time to keep the party moving! Place is clean and friendly! Good food and great service! Definitely will be booking here again!

My grandsons LOVED this place! I dont care for their overpriced food. If you want a drink, order the hotdog combo, better paying $5 for a drink, hotdog and chip than paying $3 for a drink.

Horrible customer service. Upon checkin a new employee accidentally gave us 1hr vs 2. Then we went back to correct it and they only gave us 30 min extra. I explain the children had to lose their place in line and she only offered Im sorry. I said can I speak to manager she said I am the manager. Awful customer service. Just FYI.

A little pricey but under new management and the are stating to offer some specials. As far as fun #1

On our travels across the country we found this jump space. the perfect day the perfect place super nice staff really relaxed very clean. crazy fun time had by all. come down if youre in the area its really a Flippin good time!

It was a lot of fun for the kids and the teens! An hour was long enough. They were all worn out by then! Friendly staff and good service.

While its not the biggest trampoline park Ive been to, it has some really great features. We always go during junior jump hours because it costs a lot less and is easy to get around because its not crowded. Definitely a fun way to get exercise during any weather condition.

I brought my son here for his birthday and he had a blast! He played forever! I jumped for awhile n then chilled and watched him enjoy himself. The refs were good at making sure everyone was following the rules and that No one got hurt. We loved the dodgeball game. Super fun! Cant wait to come back again!

The kids really like this place. It is clean. The snack area has many options to choose from. The crew could smile more and act friendlier. They seem to be just going through the motions. Purchasing a single hour of jump time is not a very good deal. However, the multi hour prices are more reasonable.

A regular go to for our family now! The staff is amazing and they have great deals for regular jumpers. Awesome set up and is super clean! Would definitely reccomend!

Ive only ever been during the junior jumpers. My three year old and five year old love it there. Its nice that they dont have to worry about big kids knocking them over double jumping them.

My daughter krisanda Denise invited us to go keep her company and so we could see our grandson enjoy the facility. I have to say that they did an outstanding job with this place. There is even a cafe and a nice area for sitting. Also every member of their staff was friendly and helpful. Best of all my grandson had a fantastic time showing us what he does at Rockin Jump.

Great place, the party pack is a bit pricey but jumping there doesnt cost too much. We went from 3-4 and it wasnt so packed...but then again it was on a Sun. There are limited lockers but they are big enough to fit 1 adult size and 2 kids shoes. The socks you buy can be worn over and again and theyre pretty sturdy. The staff are attentive and will alert you if youre doing something youre not supposed to. Theres a short video on how to jump and intro to the rules before you enter. Overall, its a great way to pass time.

Great place for the kids to blow off some energetic steam where the adults can join in or not. Bathrooms are clean and theres video arcade games to play plus air hockey, service was prompt and polite! Great idea when youre ready to tire out the kids and you. 5 star rating for sure!

Anthony and all the staff working on 06/22/2019 in the afternoon were amazing! Everything was clean and there was always someone close by to help out with a smile on there face. Prices seem alittle high at the door but you definatly get what you pay for so it works out.

Very helpful staff. Brynden takes his customer service very serious. He handled a situation very professional that made the whole experience even better. My boys had a blast. We will definitely be returning frequently.

Honestly this place is worth the money, it’s so fun and the staff is super fun. I’d rather come here than pay to sit in a movie or do some other boring activity, it’s worth it, Las Cruces needed a place like this. Yes they do have rules, but that’s to keep your safe, all the employees were so careful and very observant, I felt super safe there. I’d definitely recommend for anyone with kids, even fun for adults! This place rocks!

The family and I spent a couple hours here and had a blast the entire time. Its super clean, theres quite a few different activities to enjoy. If youre hungry they have vending machines and they also serve food. On top of the multiple trampoline areas, and foam block sparing pit, they also have an arcade and a rock wall to climb. All in all we had a lot of fun and the kids had a blast. It would be really awesome if they offered a summer pass or something similar and a visit is not cheap but for the activities offered I feel like the prices average out in comparison to say Chuck-e-cheese or something similar. We will definitely be going back!

We had a great time! The manager was really friendly, the offer we saw was expired but they still honored it. That shows they care about their business and customer satisfaction.

Very clean atmosphere for kids! Fun!

Went here with my little one and had lots of fun. There is a trampoline just for jumping, and one for Dodge ball. A rock wall (extra charge for climbing the rock wall) and a couple of basketball hoops to jump up and slam dunk. Again we had lots of fun and will head back sometime soon.

Best place to have birthday parties!

My kids absolutely raved about the awesome time they had! Would be great if they could expand the jumping area, or add a section for smaller children. Really appreciate the amount of staff monitoring all jump areas. Concessions could be expanded. All in all, a great place for kids when kids entertainment is in short supply.

Awesome place to take your entire family! Well worth it.

Quite clean (I have no concerns taking kids to the restroom in just the socks) and the 6 and under jump on tues, wed, sat is awesome. No exceptions to the age restriction, even for siblings (parents are ok). The price seems high but it is probably covering liability insurance and upkeep on some of the larger pieces of equipment.

Ive taken my kids to this location multiple times and always had a pleasant experience. The kids LOVE all the activities and get great exercise. Ive found all the employees to be friendly, helpful, and safety conscious.

Went for some fun for my granddaughters birthday celebration! It was lots of fun for the kids AND adults. It was clean, well supervised and the pizza wasnt bad either. We need more places like this for our kids to have fun. Well be back!!!

This was a good place. It is a little on the pricey side. My daughter enjoyed it she has never been to something like that so it was great for her. Her favorite was the climbing wall but she liked bunji jumping too.

We recently scheduled a birthday party for my daughter and had to reschedule last minute. Robin was responding to my panicked requests at 7:30am on a Saturday to help us out. On the actual day of the party everyone had a great time and the party captain led the kids in several fun events. Thanks, Rock and Jump!

Parts for your truck or automobile had a reasonable price easy access to this place.

The place is great but I got charged for two slingshots and I asked for one and she wouldn’t give me my money back. I told her right away that I just wanted one and she said that it was supposed to be one price anyways and that the girl next to me who had done it for someone else wasn’t supposed to have done it. This lady looked like a manager, I think she just didn’t want to have to refund me my money. It was clear that the slingshot was five extra dollars and she wouldn’t give it back to me.

Worst experience of my life!! Felt more than ripped off with what I paid for my daughters birthday party. I paid over $600 on a Thursday! It was 1 hour and 45 minutes long and were rushed the whole time. It took her at least 15 minutes to check everyone in which cut into their hour jump time. None of our food was ready even though we ordered in advance. Food was slow to come out, so people are in spurts. We had several kids bring their own socks and still got charged full price. When we got the bill they said they gave us a discount!! Which is just absurd when you look at our bill! I had purchased a package on Groupon which did nothing in the end. Will NEVER return for a party there and will NEVER recommend it to anyone!!

My kids had a blast at Rock n Jump. It’s a very clean, friendly and fun environment. The staff was super friendly and my kids had so much fun playing, they didn’t want to leave. They liked the dodgeball best!

Great place, but the price is a bit high and the food is not the greatest. Had an iced coffee and it was sour, was told it was the last bit of the coffee batch they made. Not surprised that it tasted horribly. As for prices, for two kids it was $65. I was planning on jumping with my kids but if I got included the bill would have come up to $100.

The place was nice, the staff were friendly but you probably need to read over the rules twice before you jump. They are very rule focused and it upset a few in our large party since they were not use to rules most other places do not have.

A little pricey but overall a good place to take kids and lots of fun.

We had my sons 4th birthday party here and it was so much fun. The staff was welcoming and helpful in getting our cupcakes and gifts into the room. They checked on us frequently to make sure we were set. The kids jumped their hearts out. We were in & out of there having thrown a party the kids enjoyed and will remember. (Plus, we wore them out!). We had such a great time that weve selected to celebrate our girl scout daisy troops cookie season sales with a party here. Thanks Rockin Jump!

Our family visited Rockin Jump for the first time this past weekend and we LOVED it! The facility was super clean and very safe. The staff was helpful, responsive, attentive and enforced the rules promptly and respectfully. We look forward to many more family outings and hosting future events at Rockin Jump Las Cruces!

The kids had a blast but they need more people working the extra stuff. The kids have to wait for the one guy to work the slingshot & the rockwall.

Went in today for my sons birthday...my family was buying tickets and the guy checking us out misunderstood me that i wanted a jumping pass for myself, my son, and daughter so he only charged me for two. He then told me that he would check everybody else out behind me and then get back to me. Im not Quite sure why i had to wait when i was right there. So rather then wait i just watched my son and daughter jump. He did come and find me like 20 min later and said he could help me now. There was no point in buying one anymore. Customer service at the front desk could be a little bit better. You could tell he felt overwhelmed two other females tried to come help him but he said he was fine but still had a big line.

I give 0 stars this is the worst place ever tried to take my kids somewhere fun and the employees were rude And when I went to buy a ticket for me My son and my daughter they said it would be $15 (daughters free since she can’t jump) so I paid that but then I find out my son can only jump not with me nor my daughter like are you kidding me. They told me I would be able to and that I wouldn’t have to pay for my daughter but even when I had to get off of it they still wouldn’t even let my daughter sit on the trampoline without paying atleast 11$ for 30 mins to jump I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Prices are way to high for the amount of time! Had a birthday party and I paid as much as some people pay in monthy rent or mortgage! $660.08 for an hour and 45 minutes is beyond ridiculous! I do not recommend this place to the average person here in Las Cruces!! Which is almost everyone! Hostess wanted to start 12 pizzas to cook during the last 45 minutes of the party, I had her start 20 minutes into the party and our last pizza came out 20 minutes to the end of the party! They really had no clue about hosting a party in so little time!

To many rules, like no running, only one person on a trampoline at a time, and its too expensive. $13 per hour per person. sucks. good idea, but failed with the rules and prices.

This place is way too expensive for families. We were visiting from out of town and just wanted to jump for an hour. On weekends they make you buy an all day pass and their corporate socks. The next time we visit Las Cruces we will skip this place.

Kids love it!! The employees keep a good eye on each area. One hour seems to be plenty of time to play.

Fun!! Clean! Check website for specials. Ten year old adores it. My older boys dig it too but not as much.

Great experience for me and the kidos, I went for rockin tots with the little one and had to go back the same day to take older kids because it was so fun. Worth the money and time for the first time being there. Thank you

This is a great place for Las Cruces! Great value for all day jump and very clea. My kids loved it, plus its a good way to get my kids to excersise regularly. Highly recommended.

Just hosted my group event here at Rockin jump ! My whole group had a blast !! Enjoyed all the jumping areas facility was very clean ! Smelled good also the Conccesions stand has a wide verity of food options and also small snacks and drinks ! Truly loved the customer service will be coming again !

My wife and I recently brought our kids to this establishment it was my first and my last time. I will never go back there again. This place is way overpriced. Not to mention the heat inside. Then upon leaving there was a strange man harassing me for change. The owners should have really looked at the Neighborhood before opening. Also the employees were informed about this and just looked at me like what am I supposed to do. People beware If avoid this place. If you do go to this place dont forget your mace.

This business need to hire security for the outside parking lot,too many spiced out druggies hanging around this area. Hate to see a fun place like this for children and adults get ruined because parents are too scared and are getting harassed by drug addicts for change.

It is ridiculous to spend $60 on 2 kids for them to jump for 1 hour.

We went to Rockin jump in Las Cruces . Tried it out has a great time! Booked a birthday party. Paid the bill at time of booking. Had the party, left party room as we were suppost to, the party host told me that we can square up for the rest of our add ons. I asked her if it was ok if I did so after we played some of the video games .she said it would be ok. Then later Im gonna assume it was the manager came at me to pay for the extras. Then I told him that she said that we can wait. Anyhow i paid as I was paying he then told me that tips are welcome if we think the ladies did a good job. A few days later. All that attended the party with the exceptions of the guys, has lice. When called the young lady on the phone stated, we sanitize every morning. But what happens durning the day is not in their control. But they will inform the owner. Well thank you rockin jump .you made sure we didnt hand out goody bags til we left and gave us a hard time on opening our gift. But you sent us all home with lice. Thank you .

Wouldnt want to be there when its busy. Really pricey for what you get. We are used to Get Air which is alot bigger and lower priced. Needs more chairs for non participants.

Nice place if youre an older child. Not a lot of options if youre a young child, plus you have to pay for socks rather than bringing your own.

Over priced, and the employers follow you everywhere you go. For the price i paid, it should have been a day pass to jump all day and come back as you please, not $55 for just 90 minutes of jumping for two people.

Its about time LasCruces got this great amusement park for kids .I took my 2 kids to RockinJump 1 month ago I paid around 20bucks each for an all day pass we stayed there about 4 hrs and went to eat then came back and they jumped another hour all included for the 1 fee what a deal, place is spotless clean and employees real nice it was a great time .So my son had his birthday yesterday and wanted his party there last year we spent 400.00 at Peter piper with tokens and pizzas and stuff yesterday his party was $380.00 for the whole party including pizzas and jumping on trampolines. And sodas they even gave us our own hostess to take care of us it was great she was great I even gave her a tip . Thank you Rockin jump for comming to LasCruces

The prices here are way cheaper than the locations in Paso. It is also changer and the staff are friendlier. FYI, it costs an extra 5$ to do the scorpion jump and wall climb
