THEY DO NOT DELIVER. Very Piss Poor business ethic. I ordered a flag from them and was assured that it would be done by Christmas for a present, and they dropped the ball. I went to the store with cash in hand only to find out they were closed. No calls, no excuses, Its like I never placed an order.

I ordered 3 copies of our family burgee. Asked if they needed to see the original and was told NO, just send a photo, which I did. Paid for them and was anxious to receive, but the colors were all wrong. I was told it was because I sent a photo (go figure!). Went to the store and gave them a copy of the original. Weeks and weeks and phone call after phone call and email after email until I was told that two replacement flags were being shipped and that a full refund was also being sent. Guess what! They sent me back my original and the flags that were wrong colored flags. No refund check. Called/emailed, etc. and was told that they had sent the right flags. Not only am I out big bucks but to have to chase them like I did was unprofessional and now Im looking for a new vendor. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere else!

Four years ago I special ordered a flag as a present for my wife. That time it took forever to get (and it was paid for) because of supply issues with their vendors. That flag eventually wore out and I attempted to order an identical replacement from my original jpeg. Originally it was for Christmas 2015. It did not show. I then asked if it could be done for Valentines 2016. Was told that was possible; no contact no show. Then I asked if it could be done for a May birthday...did not show. I have since e-mailed several times most recently last week. No response. Dont waste your time with this company. They must not need or want the business. I would normally never write this type of review but it is deserved.

This is a great family owned business that does great work. I love their custom-work.

They took my money $47 and they did not send me the flags. And they do not answer my phone calls. In the beginning they said we are updating our machine. Then they stop answering my phone calls. Not good company
