It was great! Me & my group enjoyed ourselves, only problem I had is that people wasnt watching & correcting their kids, kids had a whole little ice fight, then the adults left them in there by themselves they was standing on the table & the workers said nothing... Overall we had a good time

One of the best Chuck-E-Cheeses I have ever been. This location has a ton games which you dont normally see and other Chuck-E-Cheese places. The place was squeaky clean and was empty on a Monday. I would say that a quarter of the games where closed do to covid-19 although it didnt matter that much. We bought the summer pass and they had some troubles accepting it but after 15 minutes of trying they eventually gave us the play cards. I also want to note that the prizes here are much better but also cost more tickets. This location is also really close to Six Flags

It was fine for a 4yr old bday party. Reasonably priced party room package. Staff was helpful and friendly. Constant cleaning was also in place

I would literally give this location -5 stars if possible. The employees were HORRIBLE, and completely UNPROFESSIONAL! My family witnessed a minor altercation between a few employees that were working up front with the manager included. Needless to mention the place was a MESS, the drink fountain wasn’t working, and neither were half of the games. I really just want all my money back

I havent been to Chuck E Cheese since I was a kid. I took my daughter there for the spooktacular event they had. It was ok. The lack of experience chuck e cheese has now made me a little sad. Its basically just an arcade BUT my daughter had a blast so that all that mattered. Ok now back to this experience. The arra where you fill up your cups was a little nasty and messy. I didnt see any rides getting sanitized. Tables were sanitized and they were spaced apart for social distancing. However walking around isnt. I mean thats kind if hard to do with kids so thats understandable. The games if they had a 2 player option had only 1 side available for play (social distancing). So besides the games not being sanitized everything was pretty much as good as it could be there

We had a great time today. It was clean and the social distancing was visible from the door.

The food was wonderful, my grandson and god-daughter had a blast. Will go to this location, again.

Love to come here during weekdays because its always less packed than weekends. My child enjoys it the most because she gets to walk around and use the same machine multiple times.

Clean Fun! This location was very clean - from the play space to the restrooms. The associates were friendly and patient as my son (slowly) chose his prizes.

Went for a party. It wasnt really busy so the party goers had a great time. The party host TJ was great. He was very attentive and made suggestions on what would make the party run smoothly. He should get 5 stars. TJ made sure the birthday girl had lots of fun. He made sure her friends had enough to eat and had fun. He also kept the area clean. Im giving 3 stars because the food wasnt good. I ordered separately from the party. While waiting order some folks were complaining about their food. That was a sign to not order but I was hungry after running around all day. It took almost an hour for a combo of pizza with onions and bone in wings with a small boneless wing to be prepared and delivered. The pizza wasnt hot and didnt taste freshly prepared. The wings were over cooked and also not very tasty. In the future I will eat prior to going to Chuck E. Cheese

Took my son for his birthday.. he had a wonderful time! Friendly staff, good pizza, all games were working... they had staff continually going around, checking to make sure the games were working.

Fun place to take my toddlers. Plenty of fun rides for the younger crowd. Perfect age is 10 and under! The pizza is always great!

Great place to get the energy out. We usually buy half an hour of games and go to Golden Corral for food afterwards. It is within walking distance.

It started off good but then it all went downhill. Some woman bullied my nephew into giving her 5 tickets he got from the game saying they were her tickets. He refused to let me know who the woman was. Then someone pulled the fire alarm but no employees let us know what was going on. The machines got cut off, fire department came, they never said anything about when the games would be back or anything so I didnt like that. I will most likely NOT go back to that particular chuck E. Cheese. The pizza was good though.

Our kids had a great time! Staff was friendly an accomodating. Corey introduced himself and let our group know that he would be working the machines if we needed any assistance. We left a couple of our goody bags and Corey and our host Sierra made sure we got them. Overall the Campers enjoyed themselves!

I have gone twice this year. Once in July in the morning on a Friday. And then once in December in the afternoon on a Saturday. During my first visit there were not many birthday parties occurring so if you are able, you may consider having your childs birthday party in the morning during the week.During my second visit, there were many people there celebrating birthdays. On this day there were adults that got into a fight. (My assumption is that it was custody or family drama.) I believe that the incident on this day could have been avoided if they had more staff on hand and visible. While there we encountered a few machines that had either technical issues or that were out of tickets. If there were staff dedicated to sweeping the room and examining machines, then they would have been able to see any escalation before an incident occurs.Im not saying this is something to expect at this location. Im not complaining either, just want to make sure that the experience was known but that there are ways to improve.The staff at the front of the store were very helpful and friendly. There just needs to be more visible staff on the gaming floor and not just those working the birthday events.

Usually I would like the big Chuck-E-Cheese but it was my cousins she just turned 2 and she was kind of running around so if you want to have a birthday and your little kid is one or two this is a good place to have it

My 4 year old loves this place. We visited on a Saturday morning for a birthday party. The staff did an excellent job and the place was clean and well maintained.

Lots of new games with a new look it really looks nice. Family really enjoyed ourselves. Note the best time to go is when they 1st open for less crowd! FYI thats the time my family and I went.

It was clean at the time I took my daughter, pretty good in that area. The staff on other hand didnt seem to happy to be there. We didnt have any problems getting what was needed but I can definitely tell that there was something sour in the air with the staff.

My kids love it feels really good when they are this happy.

Hate this place! It was so crowded there were no seats and my kids were barely able to play the games because even the adults were playing. Receipt machines as well as games kept breaking down and staff were too overwhelmed to even help. Awful!

Usually when I go its on the weekend and it is so crowded that the associates cant help you as much because there are more people than associates, but I went on a weekday and it was amazing any issues I had I was able to find someone and they assisted right away. My food came quick I didnt have to wait 45 min to an hour. I recommend that if you decide to take your kids to Chuck E cheese that it be on a weekday after school if you want to let your kids enjoy games and food without having to search through crowds of kids and people. Just my opinion.

Fun for the kids. The only problem I had was you can only pause your card once. I am used to being able to pause my card when necessary.

Even though my child loved it there. As a parent I could not stand it. I went early in the morning that was great. But the only thing is that prices keep going up inch by inch. I could not put my things down at a table it was mandatory for me to buy food in order to use the table. I have never heard of that ever, and they strictly enforce it on the weekends. But nobody was in there except for a handful of people my son and myself. I was very upset that I had to buy $20 worth of food and that was just the sampler which was not good, it took an hour to come out, and there was hair on my bread stick. During the game playing some games were out of order and instead of having paper over them indicating that they are out of order they took my tokens and it feels like every 20 minutes I had to go back to the front desk and have them reload the card for points because the game would not play. On another instance the game completely stopped oh, my son and I were playing Space Invaders and it would not allow us to play another round I tried it twice and it still took four points. It cost two points per game and I scanned it twice. Around 11:30 thats when the unruly people come in. I dont want to call them ghetto but I just want to call them the parents who let their children do anything. It clearly says on the games do not climb and they were climbing. I only knew then it was time for me to go. I have to say I cannot go back to that Chuck-E-Cheese again

My kids had a blast. The staff was friendly and polite. It was clean and drama free. The salad bar and wings were good but I asked for extra cheese on the kids pizza and it seemed like regular and it could have been a tad warmer. Overall it was good. I would definitely bring them back.

The have horrible pizza French fries cold what keeps me frim giving completely negative review is the children enjoyed themselves and but they need to fix the food the chikdren didnt eat just wasted. The cake is terrible nasty. So go for the games and fun for kids thats about it.

Food was so-so and slow to come out. Not overly impressed with the whole experience. Kids had a blast and the person assisting us at check out with tickets was friendly even though the patron behind us was agitated. Overall, the trip was alright and I paid a fair price for a couple of hours of entertainment for the children.

Pizza and wings!!! I think this is my new place for both if I want to spend a lot of money on both. The location itself has some things they can improve on like it doesnt look as cheery as some of the other locations I visited. A factor in that is that some of the staff really showed that they werent interested in being there. Thr other staff there were responsive and gave the kids playland type of cheer that I would expect so its a mixed bag when it comes to staff. I would go out the way next time because I was quite feeling the vibe.

It looks better than the last time I was here. They have new games. They also have where you get a game card instead of tokens...a big plus. The place needs to be cleaned more regularly. But the kids had a lot of fun. We got the pizza and wings. The food is way better. Much improved from the last time we were there. But they do need to keep up with maintenance. Some of the soda flavors in the soda fountain needed to be replaced. The area was also wet and very sticky.

This place didn’t deserve 1 star. The only way of putting is “it was a hot ghetto mess”. Seriously! My childhood memories have been tainted by this atrocity. The place was disgusting! There were at least 50 booths and tables at least 15 were empty but you couldn’t sit there because they were disgusting. No one made an attempt clean off the tables or the floor. I will say the staff that I did communicate with were nice but the establishment itself needs new management.Chuck E. Cheese only came out once the two and a half hours we were there but he was only catering to the birthday party. Which I understand, but there were other children who wanted to see him especially my niece. That’s all she talked about is seeing Chuck E. Cheese but that was a fail.The salad bar was disgusting and the beverage areas was nasty. We were hungry but refused to eat there. When I couldn’t take it anymore we left and to add icing to the cake there were teenagers sitting and standing in front of the building cursing and talking about fighting. I’ll drive elsewhere next time.

Had both of my boys bday here one 8 years ago and one today. Malachi was our Host an he was very attentive an any questions we had he answered and kept us abreast about the entire day. I suggest on a Saturday go early there wasnt many people there when we arrived at 12:15 the party was 12:30-2:30 so the kids shared the place with about 30 or less other kids. Around 2:30 3 is when the place is packed. Anyway well visit again soon an Im sure to arrive in the morning.

At 600pm the guard you have tonight and employees are very nasty in a place where it suppose to be fun and family friendly. Your employees and managers need to be re trained tonight was not a great night. There should not be no way in hell you make your customers feel bad or not wanting to come. Touching people food or anything nasty, its covered up for a reason not for you to put your hands on it and throw people hard earned money away. This is why I go to the one out VA much better. Its the place where a kid can be a kid. My 18 month old has free reign and I chase behind him unbothered by him being too loud, too fast, too childish. Lol. The staff is pretty neat, young but mannerful and effective. Ill be returning, no question.

So busy and disorganized. There are way too many kids here to use very few equipments, so you end up waiting for a long time to get a spot for your child. Also I noticed alot of rough play amongst the children (running around too fast, shoving, etc) and no one is redirecting them. I was worried my kids will get hurt when I was there over the past 2 weekends. This is different from what it looks like in Minnesota. I will give kudos to the manager who worked on 12/23/18, she was able to attend to my complaint in a timely manner.

Not as crowded as the ones closer to the city, but the fun and games arent kept up with kids taking the equipment and moving it around. Still a nice place to take the kids.

Its crowded and the games didnt work. The people and their children are rude and impolite. Just go out to your way and go to another location to be able to enjoy yourself.

I must speak now. I am haunted by my experience with this establishment. I knew there would be trouble when I walked in and saw a giant RODENT roaming the store. He was treated as a member of the staff. The fearless rat touched my pizza, he ran up and down the aisles of tables, he even scurried his way up to the blank space on the stage and SANG. I couldn’t shake it off. Everything has changed, this is no longer a place for families or cars. I wouldn’t even recommend parking there. It was supposed to be the best day but forever and always there will be bad blood between us. Have a getaway car ready. SHUTITDOWN
