Just attended a party there and it was our first time. We were not impressed with the staff, AT ALL. Place seemed to be run by kids and teenagers. Didnt see one adult there. When we checked in for the party, the staff didnt feel it to be important to tell us where the actual party room was. So another trip back to ask. The young man who handled the party, was absolutely amazing. But the other staff member had an attitude about everything. They brought out the pizzas and had to ask for them to be re-cut and ask for something to serve with. They brought us TONGS to serve pizza... We had to intrupt a conversation between staff members at the snack counter because no one was there and after waiting, no one showed up. So we peeked around and found a few staff members on the side who caught an attitude when we asked for food. The one floor staff I did see was on her phone the entire time, if she was on the floor. But the kids did have fun and I guess thats what matters. Customer service def needs some work.

Just hosted Kingstons birthday party on Sunday at Sky Zone and was highly impressed all around. Food was great, party was well-run and plenty of time. Diven was great!

Such a great time and Id recommend it to anyone! Super clean establishment which is extremely important to me. Great assortment of foods, drinks and ice creams for all the kids as well as the adults! Great for kids and adults alike. Sky Zone makes for a great family day out. The price is based off an hour or an hour and half . You’d be looking at around just under $100 for a family of four to have an hour and a half of playtime. Included the sky socks in my calculations as well. They do offer a summer price of $100 per person that is good for 1 hour of jump time per day. This is the option I went with for my youngest (7). We live close enough that we can come a few nights a week. This center just opened so everything is in pristine condition. They have a jousting arena, warrior course (which looks quite challenging), a dodge ball course, foam pit, basketball hoops, Jacob’s ladder, inflatable air bed, rock wall, freestyle trampolines and a wall you can run up. It does look as if they also have a party room. They do have drinks for purchase and I’m not certain if there were snacks for purchase or not. The staff was friendly and there is someone watching each station. My two (7 and 18) loved it and had a great time.

Spent all day Sunday at Sky Zone for my kids birthday. Going through the pictures now and overjoyed with how much fun everyone had. Best rainy day plan around! Food and activities were both awesome. The staff carried food for us to the table, helped my kids reach the zip line and provided candles for the cake. Highly recommend this location.

If you have kids that have just way too much energy like mine sky zone is always a fantastic place to bring them to their is pretty much something to keep them busy all day plus it is great exercise where can you go wrong. That being said it does come with a prize it is live it more expensive than I think it should be again this is my opinion. For a place that is so fun I wish they had a membership Program. But there are always discounts through emails and online.

I took my twins here this past weekend and they had a blast!!! The park was clean and I saw many workers walking around and cleaning throughout the shift as well. My kids loved all the options Skyzone had and they already want to go back! The newly installed zip line was our favorite part. Will be back for sure!! What a wonderful place for families and friends! It’s a fun, light atmosphere where kids can be kids and adults can too! The staff is informative and helpful and that speaks to their training and leadership. The GM is FANTASTIC! Most importantly...the place is clean and welcoming!Have been back and will be back!

Became members last week and already spent three full rainy days at sky zone. We love the trampoline park. The staff already know my kids by name. Very pleasant interactions always. Such a fun environment! We’ll see u guys Friday!

All of the employees here were great, but our party hostess blew us away with her EXEMPLARY customer service and we could not have asked for a better hostess for my sons birthday party. She was very attentive, anticipating all of our needs, making the party easy, stress free, and most importantly, FUN! We even had to postpone our party and they were very accommodating in working with us last minute to reschedule for a later date. This is the absolute best trampoline park in the entire Tampa Bay Area, and we will absolutely be returning.

My Grandkids love this place, John is always so help with making sure my grandson who’s ASD have a blast, but this weekend the young lady with reddish hair didn’t get her name charged me $4.00 for a medium drink when I believe it’s usually 3.00 to 3:50, also the candy bars $4.00 I’m not sure if prices went up but I was there a month ago and they weren’t that high. And their card machine was down and she said cash only which confused me when I paid for a card at the front . Any ways I love bring my grandchildren here I get to relax while they have fun.

We went tonight after a hiatus due to Covid. Our grandson has sensory issues, and they are awesome with having things like the Sensory Trick or Treat....also loved that the giveaways werent just candy. The staff here have always been professional, courteous, and they manage the sensory nights so well. The place was spotless including the restrooms. I appreciate their offerings for so many groups (toddlers, sensory, home scho, etc) and that they curate an experience beyond the trampoline for events.

We spend every dads weekend at Sky Zone in Largo. Staff are consistent and get to know the kids. I get a short workout in. Food is great, but wish they had wings and beer. Great time very time we go!

The website advertises sensory hours on tuesdays from 6pm to 8pm. We arrived at 5:58 and walked in with my autistic child who has sensory processing disorder to a very bright and loud place. So i thought maybe its because we are a few minutes early. NOPE here is is 6:47 and i still cant hear the person next to me and the lights are still just as bright. My son is sitting in the dark Jurassic Park game to calm down. Didnt realizing I would be paying 40$ (family of 4 ) to overstimulate my child or i would of stayed home. Wont be doing this again. This place definitely needs some training on what sensory needs really are because this is not helpful for it at all.**edit because im not sure how to write a response to the owner**You should inform your employees of this because she specifically told me it was sensory night and i even received a blue sticker stating we were here for sensory night. Regardless if what your saying is truthful or not I will not be chancing it again and i do hope that you do dim the lights and music for other sensory sensitive children to enjoy this place.

I used to manage a trampoline and amusement park and this place outshines all parks I have ever been to. The park is in amazing condition! I was surprised to find out it is 3 years old. I was so impressed by the variety and the appeal to all ages. We are in Clearwater for vacation and my 3 year old had to be dragged out of toddler time two weeks in a row and glowinthedark jump was unbelievable for the older cousins to enjoy. all of the employees are interactive with the kids and really pay attention in the chaos, food is made fresh, parent lounge is a hidden gem upstairs where you can still see your little ones. we will advocate for your sky zone in clearwater because you have drastically improved an already great vacation. we will be back to visit soon

This is definitely a 5 place. I only gave it 4 because of how expensive it is. Your kids will have a BLAST, no doubt, but itll cost ya. The birthday pizza is da bomb compared to other birthday venues. Everybody in this place seems to be having a darn good time! Your kids will too. Adults can also have fun if you wanna spend the $$$$.

Lack of intervention between children. My kid is annoy, most are, but he was blamed for spilling a girls water who dropped it. I tried intervening, to no avail. the staff watched as this brats mother yelled at me. I offered to pay for it but she kept yelling at me. I felt as if this was not okay, but what ever. It would have made me feel better if i felt as if i didnt have to look out for him every second.

Great place for the kids to burn off some energy. Theres a good variety of trampolines, courses and structures for them to not lose interest very quickly.The only downside is that it is a bit pricey and the minimum time you can purchase is 90 minutes.Overall, a good experience, we will be coming back.

So much fun! Even my teens had a great time playing here for the afternoon. They offer birthday party packages with private rooms, fun nighttime glow jumping and other exciting activities to keep kids entertained for hours. The snack bar has pizza and snack offerings for hungry jumpers to munch on while they take a break. There are massage chairs for the parents to enjoy while waiting. Super fun!

This is an amazing place to spend a hot afternoon with your children. Nice and cool and very clean with a variety of activities for children of all ages. Great way to keep kids off electronics and get them up and moving. They exercise while having a blast. The staff is always helpful, Robbie was polite and helped with any questions or concerns we had. We will definitely return.

I love that its a such a thing as a indoor trampoline area. The kids had such a great time. Friendly staff but feel like they could train staff to be more attentive about watching for the kids safety. I saw some staff watching kids do thing that was unsafe and didnt safe anything about it. I also feel like they are a little pricey. Overall great spot to allow the kids to use of the energy in a positive way.

Clean, friendly staff. The staff really ensures no bullying. They truly make sure children of all ages can play together. They even join in in dodgeball. We had a blast!

Great place. My 3 and 7 year old had a blast. Little high on the pricing and the 6$ for mandatory socks was a little unexpected. Be prepared to spend some money here. 50$ for two kids/two hours and that was with a discount from the front desk lady who gave us our socks for free. The glow jump was fun and the music was great. Nice, safe, party for a family Saturday night.

Both my kids have had month passes for 2 two months and never get tired of it. very clean and lots of clean space, outlets, and wifi if u need to get work done while the kids play.

Toddlers of Pinellas County FL! Toddler time at Sky Zone is our favorite Saturday morning. The kids get the run of the gym from 930-1130am and sometimes there are awesome characters to see. This morning we got to hang with Paw Patrol!! I for one loveeeee that I don’t have to tell the boys where they can and cannot play. They get to run and jump and touch everything. Plus, there’s no better way to prep for a nap. This is the most fun we can have indoors as a family!

This was my Grandbabies first time here and they loved it! They had a blast at the Frozen toddler time. Olaf was so interactive and playful and the snowball fight was amazing. I cant wait until the next time their parents have a trip so I can bring them again!

Out of all of the Sky Zones and trampoline parks I have been to, this location had the most things to do and wasnt boring to me or my kids. I enjoyed the Ninja Warrior course and my kids really loved dodgeball and basketball. A big thank you to Pablo for helping my new born dunk the basketball.

Great place for kids to be able to roam around and wear out their energy. They always have a clean facility with great upkeep and a friendly staff. My boys love this place!

Clean. Pretty big. Very organized. Lots of staff. Lots to do. Trampolines are bouncy. Rock wall is easy, not too tall. Glad this place is close. It’s kinda crowded though. (1 pm on a Summer Friday.) Have to have their socks. I’m not sweating like I do at Altitude.

Toddler time is perfect

Attended my nieces birthday party this weekend. Was very impressed how a place could have so many people in one building and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves! They have a great area to watch the main sporting events of the day on a big movie projector and a really cool upstairs area that overlooks the park. I didn’t plan on jumping but my niece talked me into it for her birthday. It really is fun for all ages. My body hurts today, but it was a great workout and really so much fun! All staff we encountered were very nice. Lots of smiling faces. Managers were available too. Spoke to I think four of them with all of my questions. They do free fundraisers too. We are doing one for our cheer team in March. Definitely recommend this place for the whole family and great for when weather is bad like Florida often is.

Even though I felt the rates for a birthday party were not a good deal my grandson wants his party there and thats where we will go. Jenny the employee was also a nice touch. OMG! This place is amazing! Great variety of activities for kids (and Adults) of all ages. Clean. Well managed. Cool room for parents to hang out or work (WIFI available) and its upstairs overlooking the entire place so you can keep an eye on your kiddos. From a parents perspective bring your own chair if you got a bad back because they only provide bleachers for parents to sit on. Which are extremely uncomfortable. Its really sad that a big company like this cant even provide comfortable chairs for parents to sit on while the kids are jumping. At least they allow you to bring in your own drinks and thats really cool. The kids love this place

I gave it 3 stars because my daughter had a wonderful time, so it was definitely worth the trip. I started noticing how no Moms were smiling, like, At all. So I started catching this weird vibe and took a moment to look around... Oh, Wow, I was standing in a room filled with the pretentious judgy Moms, all staring each other down, giving the fake smiles to one another, and starting at everyone else with their absent stares... Very odd. Lol.

Phenomenal place to take the kids that’s air conditioned. Staff was great and watched all areas to make sure kids were safe and playing by the rules. Young man named Robbie was great with helping kids and making sure kids were safe. We will definitely be back. Thanks Skyzone for a fun Sunday afternoon.

My twin 23 year old sons and me came in for sensory time, since sky zone is a blast and it is a fun way to workout and they lower lights and music since I am sensory sensitive, and I left feeling like i lost 10 pounds. I am definitely coming back next sensory day.

Good experience... Extremely over priced. Staff too young to care about safety or rules. No consequences for bully kids who break the clearly posted rules either. Definitely avoid crowded days if you have smaller kids.
