I went with my wife to see the new experience and was horrible, everything is 2 dlls mor expensive, no refill on popcorn and very small, the service of waiters is super slow. Honestly I do not recommend this place until several changes are made. Oh and also there is a 5% fee because of the virus thing, even if they already raise all the prices... do not go people

The Alamo Drafthouse is perhaps the best cinema in the city since it allows you to enjoy the movie without any distractions.The Alamo Drafthouses policy is enforced strictly and it allows moviegoers to have the peace they deserve.Another great thing about the Alamo Drafthouse is how the food is provided. Besides having an efficient system that allows people to refill their food and drink, the popcorn and drinks are provided in reusable plates and cups. Talk about being green!The employees are also nice and diligent. They also take care to not disturb moviegoers when they are attending to the needs of people that ask for refills.So, if you want to have a good time in the movies, the Alamo Drafthouse is the best place to be.

I went to Alamo Drafthouse for the first time and my experience was a great one. We definitely enjoyed the food and comfort of our seats. Service was good, but it seemed like it took just a little too long for a refill on our drinks. Overall a great experience and i will definitely be going back.

You best believe I miss the Vegan burger at the Alamo Draft house!! So sad. Anyway they have $5/movies M-TR. Super delicious cookies... When they make them Right... they RISE UP, Super FLUFFY AND YUMMY.The shakes are Super delicious. I think the only thing I dont like on the menu is the Potatoe Croquet. Overall great attentive service!

Amazing theater that does a lot to bring you back! The food is great, and don’t get me started on the drinks!! If I didn’t have to drive home, I’d order everything they have at that bar!!!! The atmosphere in the theaters is amazing. I’ve gone countless times and have never had to complain about a noisy table or a bad server! The service is just as great as the food! Always asked if I need assistance once I arrive, and my order cards are always quickly picked up.The only issue I have is that if you like to sit in the upper decks and in the middle of the row, it’s annoying to go to the restroom considering the row itself is super narrow, making it so that everyone has to adjust themselves as you walk by. I found a solution to this, which is to slide under to the servers row which allows you quickly leave the theater, but only do this if you’re wearing cloths you don’t mind touching the floor.

I like how clean the theater is. I arrived right before the previews ended (with e-tickets) and made it just in time. Tickets were honored, but I was offered a refund or reschedule just in case. Superb customer service!

Foods good but tiny and overpriced. I love the pizza but it seems to get smaller each week for 14 bucks. The fried pickles and loaded fries are good. Unfortunately I like the popcorn better from cinemark and regal theaters.

Ticket purchase is easy. At the waiting area, theres tables and a bar. Drink and food can be purchased and can be taken into the theater. The bar staff is friendly and can suggest drinks. Seating inside is comfortable, but the seats dont recline. Also theres not a lot of leg room. So if you need to use the restroom you can either slide down and go under the railing or bother everyone on your way down the row.

The attendants were friendly and follow through on requests. Menu was good. Hoping that it will say on quantities of items on certain food options to know what we are getting. Was expecting more than two strips for the price rather than a lot of fries. The sauce for the strips was very good, almost would be best to have two dipping sauce to really savor every bite. Shakes were spectacular. A very balanced make between thick and thin. Sweet tea needed more sweet. Not much, but a little more couldnt hurt. Fruit plate could use a spreader to put the peanut butter on the fruit. Very good fruit. Good cookie. Very thick. Worth it. Fried pickles were also good. Arrived fresh out the kitchen. Dipping sauce for pickles was delicious. Pizza was good.

Amazing food and drinks but the servers need to remember who there getting the food for packed house or not. I received other peoples orders instead of my own. The staff them selfs are kind and well mattered but other then that well done.

The place is great. The seats are great. The rest rooms are clean. The food is really good. The drinks are really good (pricy ). Just customer service man. I can not stress enough how important good quality customer service is. The majority of the people I have dealt with have been just nice and some just come say their name bring our drinks and never come back...my paper can be standing up forever. To pay as much as we do just to watch a movie we should be provided good food (), good and safe establishment () and have good service (). Other than that I still enjoy this place.

Went for a To Wong Foo, Thanks for everything Julie Newmar movie party brunch! Staff was very energetic for their drag queen/king theme. Our tickets included brunch and a mimosa. Our server, Anita Brunch was dressed in theme and very courteous. Movie goers participated in pre movie runway strutting. Drinks and food were not rushed, but paced well to enjoy during viewing. Will definitely attend another movie party soon.

Great craft beer selection, customer service & snacks. Mixed drinks a little on the bitter/sour side but very creative. Love the intro films. Quote-a-long & theme shows tons of fun!

Was denied entry into the new Star Wars because our youngest child was 3 and their policy states that 6 and older are only permitted to view PG-13 movies! Went to the mall and enjoyed the same show without a problem!!!

I attended the Mothers Day presentation of the movie dirty dancing with my 2 daughters. It was a very nice way to spend Mothers Day. We were served a 3 course meal with a pairing of wine for each course. Before the movie began there was a contest in which I took part. I really recommend that you attend one of their special showings it is a wonderful experience.

Great place, I enjoy going when I can. The movie parties are the best.

We have been to various restaurant/theater combos in other states and Alamo Drafthouse is great. We’ve only ordered smoothies here as we have learned it’s hard to eat in the dark with kids.**We did recently learn that children under 3 cannot go into PG rated movies (like the new Lion King) because alcohol may be served in them, so that would have been nice to know before hand and not when we are already there in line to get tickets. We’ll still come back, but now we (and you) can plan accordingly.

Its a theater full of welcoming and kind people. It even looks stylish in the inside of the building. I recommend going here :)

Very nice staff. I like the female bartender. She knew so much about the beer and had an opinion on each of them. I would recommend this theatre.

Love the concept. If your going to pay high prices for concessions anyway, why not have waitstaff take your order and bring it to you!!! Come by from time to time and refill your drinks Works for me!!! Mid-day has low matinee prices and no crowd. You get to pick your seats before entering, good deal. Thnx for a great experience

A good place for dinner and a movie! A little bit on the pricy level, but its good for a once in a while occasion. Atmosphere is nice, no rude talkers or annoying kids, they get kicked out for being loud. If youre looking for a good movie theater to watch a movie without worrying about loud people and kids, this is the place for you!

My first movie party was for the 5th Element and I cant wait to go back for another one. The staff went all out and you could tell they were having fun. Admission price to the party included a lei necklace, toy gun, temporary tattoo, and matches to save the universe. Food and drink service during the movie was fast.

This is my first time at Alamo Drafthouse Cinema anywhere. I was very pleased with the experience. The food is reasonably priced and the ticket is cheap. Every movie I see from now on will be at one of these franchises if possible.

The food was super good and fresh. The movie was spectacular but the central air I believe was not working or something but that theater room was warm. The customer next to me was getting frustrated & kind of killing my enjoyment of this date I had with my significant other. But overall still happy & satisfied.

Love going here but make sure to take a jacket or blanket cause its always COLD!!!

Loved the movie, Downton Abbey. Server suggested a BLT with a fried egg for brunch. It was a bit salty but reasonably good with a side of fresh fruit and pickle spear. The added butter on popcorn makes it too soggy.

Friendly servers, great atmosphere, strict kids/phone policy and fantastic food. A little pricey but worth it. The loaded fries are so good.

Always a great experience

The only reason why I dont get 5 stars is because they change their buffalo wings. Before their buffalo wings used to be incredibly delicious but recently I dont know why, but the taste and quality of their wings is mediocre.

This place is my favorite by far. I enjoy it with my family. Bottomless popcorn and bottomless drink. Great place if you want a great environment and good price of snacks. Great selection of draft beer.

Its really cold inside the theaters so cold I felt sick. They should keep temperatures at a more comfortable level so we can enjoy movie. Not happy with that to sit 2 hours in such cold temperatures

I always enjoy the atmosphere. Really feels like a true theater experience. The food is pretty good, although sometimes can be a bit over seasoned and pricey. The staff are very friendly and distractions are not allowed, making this venue a great choice for your viewing pleasures.

The seats are comfortable enough for their purpose and the themed drinks and food are always good.

I strongly believe that the only people that hated the “Alamo Drafthouse” are those that weren’t allow to pay with their Lonestar cards, allow to have their personal phone conversation in the middle of the movie or a hookup from a family member working there! Very friendly environment. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by friendly staff, Also as we took our seats everything was clean. Our waiter was Fast and explained to us what they did have an didnt. Very enjoyable Theater and no noisy people is what I love about the Alamo Draft House.

I LOVE Alamo Drafthouse!! Ever since they opened I haven’t gone to any other theater but this one. The movie parties and the food are excellent. I would recommend that employees be more attentive to people’s food orders. Sometimes they take long bringing your food out or getting you a refill. Their shake machine is always broken so don’t even bother ordering one. DESPITE that I love them

I was hesitant to come to Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, to my surprise it was a great and fun experience with the family while enjoying a great movie, dinner and a drink. They not only show the latest movies, they also show classic movie nights and hand out props and make it a fun and exciting. Two thumbs up!

Everything about this movie theater is different. In a good way. No need to stand up Im the middle of a movie for more snacks, they got you. The old stuff they play before a movie and the bar inside the theater lives up to the name. Almost like an old Texan saloon-like air to it. Briefly. Very briefly. But its there. While the ticket prices may be a bit pricey, well, we do get some good Sundays.

The fried pickles are soooooo good. Popcorn was fresh and hot. Great experience, and customer service.

Enjoy watching movies in this cinema! Has seats and rows designed in order to be able to enjoy eating the food the place has available! Menus are provided for the food and drinks that one would like with servers being attentive to your orders. Especially love the limitless popcorn one could enjoy! But the only downside would be sort of the struggle one has in order to get out of the movie theater during a movie.

I have visited several times, and have always left a happy customer. The food is good and the movie experience is enjoyable.

The experience was nice but the service could have been a little better. The paper given to write orders on comes in short supply. The mens bathroom on the theater 4-7 side was in very poor condition. Only one sink and soap dispenser worked and the urinal I used didnt flush no matter the number of pills on the handle.

Always enjoyed watching movies there while drinking a cold beer and eating good food. Also got to see a lot of premieres for ridiculously low prices, the day they opened!

The experience, food, drinks and entertainment was wonderful! My only recommendation for the future would be reclining seats.

Best theater in town for a movie enthusiast. Service is usually really good. Good selection of rotating beers. Love the menu and specials. Sign up for the free points system, you get freebies and great discounts. They always show some fun older movies as well. Plus they enforce great movie going courtesy: no phones, no lights, no talking. Be sure to check out a movie party! Tickets are a little extra but you get props to keep and have a lot of fun!

I always enjoy coming to this theater since I know I wont be bothered by cellphones lights during the movie. Plus, the food its good.

Always a great experience in this place. Delicious warm food. The milkshakes are very rich and always hit the spot. Not a beer drinker but the spirit drinks are very fresh and tasty. The servers are very friendly and helpful with the menu choices. Also providing special menus for kids and/or special featured movies. During summer months they have Kids Camp and show older kid-friendly movies. Very fun activity to do as a family.

Always have great time at their movie parties. Love their varied movie screenings. Bartender was knowledgeable and recommended the perfect beer. The only time I had a bad experience I had taken acid right before and the other patrons at the Halloween showing of the Rocky Horror Picture Show were freaking me out so I had to leave. Kind of not their fault though.

Alamo is a magical place for movie fans. Part Bar, part theater, part restaurant. Its a one stop shop on movie night, but theyre not just trying to corner the market. They truly love and appreciate classics and have special events for the ultra fans. Alamo even gives back to its patrons with Alamo Victory Rewards!
