Expensive but overall have not had a bad experience

Always a good time. Excellent customer service... Cianni always took good care of us. Dont need anything just walk in, rent a gun....ANY gun, buy bullets and you are done.... they have everything there... Gear, clothes, tactical gear, guns, engraving, even food... absolutely nice. I am able to impress family, customers and friends at this place.

My experience at the arena gun club was a horrible experience. I wanted to send out a gun out of state and was turned away by the owner. Bad customer service

Employee Victor helped me out choosing the gun that was best for me and he did it in a really professional way I can tell he knows a lot about guns. He really got me interested in a couple of guns that I want to buy now because of all the good things he told me the gun can do. I really look forward to going back some day and have some fun shooting guns.

Great place to go and shoot some rounds for practice! The staff is great and very helpful! Upon arriving, Travis helped us out and explained everything that we needed and was very knowledgeable! Definitely going back soon!

I really enjoyed the afternoon at Arena Gun Club. It was awesome getting an opportunity to shut a full automatic. Most importantly I felt safe doing it. Karla explained the available guns. Travis took us through a quick safety review and then was our Range Safety Officer.

Had a blast at the range was such an experience. Went in just to browse around and Allen gave such a great service finding what I was looking for. Highly recommend to go to arena gun club as well ask for Allen for any firearms advise or questions.

On my recent purchase I was attended by Allen and he was attentive and gave me options on the AR pistol I had built for myself and helped me pick out a Wilson combat 1911. Allen gave me excellent customer service and I will be a repeat customer and gladly recommend him to my family and friends.

Lori was very helpful in accommodating us. You have to watch a safety video and take a quiz before you can pick any guns, first. Its all basic stuff--for safety. The prices here are affordable and its a great place for family bonding or just hanging out with friends!

Earlier today I went to shoot with my family. Allen helped me search for a magazine for my Sig Sauer. The Staff is always helpful.

She helped make selections since we had several beginners in our group. Her recommendations were appreciated and proved to be efficient. Fred the range Assistant was very helpful and courteous. I would recommend this place to anyone.... even if you have never fired a gun. My neices and nephews enjoyed it. Super safe and very nice. Nice apperal and shirts were cheaper there than at the manufacturer website.

Very informative, knowledgeable, friendly staff! They make it super easy & fun everytime I hit the range when I come to Laredo (trucker life) Haven’t really experienced a better gun store tbh... they were the ONLY ones who keep Glock 50 round drums in STOCK would love it if they had the 100 rounds 9mm though (im in and out a lot of gun shops over the road) This Place ’s on a lot of places I normally experience Much Love Y’all Keep Up the good work!!

First time today...I was very impressed with the facility. Its very clean and well kept. The customer service was great, very friendly and helpful. The range/safety officers are serious but not disrespectful. Theres a fine line and they balance it well. They also have a great selection of pistols, rifles, and accessories. I got a monthly membership too at an amazing price. I brought my kid and be had a BLAST! (Pun intended) I just moved to Laredo, and I have a feeling that Ill be spending a lot of time here.

Great indoor range here in Laredo. Had a awesome time at the range learned a lot more to guns than I use too. Had a great experience talking to salesman Allen great customer showing me around from Ronin Armory for customization for my Glock to their variety of Safes for your guns. Also became a Arena Gun Club member to access all their perks as well as their underground 100 meter range for members only. Very knowledgeable sales man Allen also informed me on their great layaway plan. Highly recommended to go to for all class from newly into firearms to experienced shooters. Go see Allen Cedillo at the Arena Gun Club very recommend.

Great Place to go shoot in this hot weather. Shoot in the comfort of A/C and refreshments. Largest selection of guns on sale in Laredo and what better than grab a bite to eat and a cold one after you finish shooting at the restaurant right there inside the gun arena.

Made the mistake of bringing them a rifle to have a scope mounted.. it is now almost 2 months later and the rifle was still not done. No call and nobody answers the phone in the ‘Armory’. Had to show up in person and then I just stood there waiting for 40 minutes. I took my rifle and went home. I did my research and found the 50 year old parts to mount my scope on the old Beuler Mount. I did it myself. Laredoans are generally incompetent. Mounted scope photo below:You cannot shoot your own reloads at this club and you may not pick up your own brass. As the owner points out below, it is a liability - to the experienced shooter, a sign to go somewhere else - problem is, there is nowhere else in this one-trick pony exile of a town on the edge of the 3rd world.

This is probably the worst gun club I’ve ever been to their prices are ridiculous and they hover over you like a swarm of bees why you’re shooting like you don’t know what you’re doing to Laredo rifle club is a lot better their price are so much better they don’t stand over your shoulder while you’re trying to shoot the arena club will not allow shot guns in the Laredo rifle club to become a membership as a hell of a lot cheaper if I could’ve done it I would’ve only gave the arena club I half a star their prices are very expensive To become a member it’s probably about $300 at the rifle club in Laredo it’s only $120 for 12 months and concealer Carrie has a whole lot cheaper when you’re a member

A few weeks ago it was my first time shooting at the ranges, and one of the employees, Allen was kind and patient enough to teach me how to properly shoot a handgun and tell me about specials too. He was very informative on how to carefully handle many types of guns. He truly values the customers safety and satisfaction at the ranges. The atmosphere in general is excellent. Im definitely coming back to the range, and I highly recommend going to the ranges at AGC if its your first time.
