Great service, our server Miguel went above and beyond.

I was a guest for the recent Latin International Sports Hall of Fame banquet on Saturday January 4, 2020. As the NFL playoffs we’re showing in TV, i walked over to the bar to check on the score. I politely asked for a beer. The bartender who would not identify himself but I describe him as a short Hispanic male approximately 50 years old, did not recognized me as a member and immediately I noticed his change of behavior. I asked for a beer and pulled cash out when he immediately very rudely stated that they did not accept cash. I apologized and gave him my credit card. I asked if he could change the TV channel to the football game after seeing him watching a movie. I advised him that the game had less than 2 minutes remaining so it wouldn’t take much time from his movie. He sarcastically in a very rude manner told me that members were watching the movie. I looked around and there were only 3 gentlemen at the bar and they absolutely were not watching the TV. I asked them and they agreed. The bartender angrily changed to TV to the game at which it ended in a couple of minutes. I thanked the bartender and extended my hand to thank him and asked for his name. He refused to accept my handshake and refused to say his name. Obviously he realized I might complain against him. I drank half of my beer and departed the bar immediately. I have travelled all over the world as I am a military veteran and a retired federal law enforcement officer. I have visited Countless establishments and this is the worse I have ever been treated. I was really impressed with the facility and the Sports Hall of fame banquet but this employee needs more customer service training. I could say a lot more about his behavior but I believe I’ve said enough.

Well I love going once in awhile just to ride on the carts and side seeing how beautiful the houses look in the Country Club, and the Golf course is beautiful and well taken care of, I ve been going there for years and always took my daughter swimming and to the family picnics, now she has 5 kids of her own and now I take them,we get to go on Monday family day, then of coarse my husband has been working there since the Golf coarse was on construction, since then hes been working there for 35 yrs!!! And he loves it and works very hard.

Great staff. Tennis & Golf pros are good at what they do. Eddie is the best bartender in Laredo. 19th Hole is a great hangout after work or a round of golf.

This was a private morning brunch. Food was delicious. The place was very nicely decorated. Service was great. All in all, a wonderful experience.

Good food great service. Had our Christmas Luncheon today but it was a bit smelly. Other than that its a great environment and beautiful decor.

Golf lessons are Awesome! Lalo has great patience when instructing my 8 and 6yr old kids!!!

Nailed the lobster but the potatoes were very undercooked. Salad was good, but the bread served with it was so hard it wasnt edible. One of the dinner rolls was quite stale. 3 stars only because the lobster was so good.

Came here for a friends wedding - beautiful venue!

I have been part of the fireworks setup for members for two years now. I have been there 3 times and the staff seem vary accommodating and respectful. The facility carries its self really well as a professional establishment with a luxurious feel especially in the mens locker room area. The restrooms are stocked and clean.The course is well taken care of and I have nothing negative to say about this Country Club.

Beautiful lake views and golf course. The restaurant was recently renovated and is beautifully decorated. The food at the restaurant and bar are great. The gym has two floors, for weights and cardio.
