I have probably been to a dozen concerts at Sames Auto Arena. It is a blast every time.The biggest venue in Laredo for any event. The restrooms are always clean, staff is always on hand to help you to your seat or help you take back your seats when someone tries to get wise. And the drinks come to you like at baseball games; no waiting in line.The most recent concert I went to was Mon Laferte. The sound was great, and the lightshow was crazy. I dont know how much of that is due to the venue and how much due to the team she travels with, but everything was perfect.They sometimes only use half of the arena for smaller shows, but when a huge artist comes down and they open up the entire bowl the whole place gets rowdy. In a good way.Also, getting here from Loop 20 isnt great, but theres always parking available.The Arena will also host the Sister Cities Market/Festival, the Carnival, and a few other outdoor events.

GREAT VENUE. Small enough to sit anywhere and still feel like you got great seats. Only issue was that it was a concert and it was HOT. LIKE NO AC KIND OF HOT

Overall had a fun time, however the show was moved one hour later on the same day without notice, plus the venue got rather hot but thats probably cause it was all sold out and there was a fire machine. Apart from this it was a good experience

Great GardenBrothers circus show

Wen to a concert and got seats where they were wet due to a leak. After getting wet and finally finding an attendant, we had to go to the box office to get new tickets. By the time we got seated, we missed the beginning of the show.

OMG, this place is so overpriced. The tickets to some events are as expected, but the vendors there are I same and greedy as hell. Dont even go to the bathrooms there as they are not well kept. If you can avoid going to the arena please do. I like all types of music but damn...the arena is more favorable to tejano, Mexican, and Spanish rappers more than anything. When they do get English rock, the get bands that havent played since the late 80s. The last recent and good Hard, Heavy, or Metal band they had was In This Moment back around September or October. The arena is pretty much a translation of what Laredo is.....backward and very old and out of touch with current trends.

Good move moving metal detectors to the outside. Lot less crowded and more mobility, getting in and out the parking lot is still a bother. But where isnt?

Great place for concerts and other events. Atmosphere was very family oriented. Mama concert was fabulous and awesome.

WBCA Carnival, had a great time with the family.

Facilities are all in all good, ample parking, enough entries, comfortable seating, big enough bathrooms located in strategic places, downside is the selling booths and concession stands, understaffed, takes forever to buy a beer, last night people were waiting up to 30 minutes in line to get food and drinks, management had the brilliant idea of not selling canned beer! Dear manager this action defeats the purpose of beer been in cans, is called portability! anyways staff has to pour the beer from the can into plastic cups, then they charge you, if your paying with plastic add a couple of minutes, the result a long line, need to improve in this area, knowing Laredo this wont happen in my lifetime!

Section 110 has the best view!

Fun show, decent padded seats, nice lighting and decent organization.

Good place for concerts, great parking but small seats.

Maluma concert. Arena layout and sound was fine. Had side of stage seats...no complaints, went in with mindset that side of stage wasnt gonna be perfect view. Small arena which gave show a more intimate setting. Maluma put on great show. Concourse area is a DISASTER. Literally couldnt move/walk around before show. Arena entrance crowd was merging with concession lines and created huge human waves of people pushing/nudging each other to move. Concourse REALLY needs to be widened.

Great location and good concerts but they need to bring more hip hop artists and artists who sing English because mainly they always bring Latin artists,I mean they are good but they need to bring more things that people like not just Spanish,but the concerts are still good though.3 stars️️️

2 Weeks before WWE LIVE my best friend named joshua got me 2 tickets to WWE LIVE and i took my dad with me it was so fun i saw alot of WWE wrestlers

Fall 2019 TAMIU graduation ceremony

Stopped by for the annual carnival. Parking is very well lit and clean, this made me feel good about leaving me new vehicle parked there.The carnival itself was great, food us overpriced but thats always been the case and understand able.The carnival staff is very friendly as well.

Its awesome how theres so many events

Any seat around the arena have a good view. Might suffer from heat the lower the seat and how pack is the event.

Went to the wwe event. It was pretty awesome. Prices are a bit ridiculous. Should adapt to the new concept of stadium/arenas are doing now. Cheaper prices on food drinks and snacks. Most of the guest going were kids. Other than that it was a good atmosphere.

Dont recycle ️ aluminum cans cardboard paper plastic the worst of it all they dont recycle their water and they dont have LED lights and their parking lot or inside true but sad Destroyers of the planet every second...

Decent arena, friend and helpful staff

Went there for a graduation and their ushers were not doing their job. People had saved seats left and right and the ushers were not doing anything. The seats are so close together and your knees hit the seat ahead of you. Total chaos.

They have to give it an update to be honest wish the screen looks better but other then that it was ok.

Free events with lots of artisanal and hand made goods, besides the great food!

The arena has good views all around, price for meals is the same as other venues, seats are spacious

Never been in a arena like this before. It looks amazing.

Not consistent with their policies. They didn’t let us bring in an empty cup for our 2 year old daughter. While my wife was waiting for me to come back, she saw them let in someone else with a cup full of liquid. We ended up not buying anything from the concessions.

It was well lit at night the fireworks was the best.

Every seat is a good seat in this arena. Concession prices are on par with other venues. Beer was always ice cold. Excellent venue.

Best place ever seeing Temerarios

For the most part not a bad seat in the house. My main complaint is that when they have concerts the cell signal stops working.

My family and I were here for my sons graduation ceremony. Everything was awesome. Very organized. The ushers very courteous. The only complaint I have was that two maintenance ladies keep on interrupting with their radios. Very distracting! They were practically yelling into the radio. A few of us sitting in section F right hand side shussed them a few times. Other than that all was great. Bring hockey back!

The actual Arena is good. Butbtook my kids to carnival. And oh boy. It cost an arm and a leg.. Too exensive to go on rides

The colonel did not have enough seats for pregnant lady or people that wanted to sit down. The backings were in one Place serve you were on the other side you have to walk all the way back. After I took the kids to the bathroom I was unable to buy them anything else like food because a bathroom had no way of washing their hands. Will we have to park the place was not even at all and it was very dirty there was trash weeds. For small vehicles you could hear the screeching when the vehicle white pass something with the holes on the floor It was trash with glass bottles If you are not careful I also heard a car cracking going over glass bottles with his car because he did not see it.

This place has seats that date back to 2004. Please remodel the arena and add cushion seats. Lets have pride in what we have

Nice facility but the lighting was off, too bright for boxing. Sound system way too loud for such a small venue and boxing matches. Probably great for concerts!

Visited for an ice skating session with the family. The facility appeared to have ample parking to accommodate visitors. The grounds and facility were clean. Great venue.

My daughters graduation was lovely

Great spot to see your graduate walk the line, go see a concert, or attend a comic-con. Any negatives about this place is advertisers not posting early enough or trying hard enough to get anything different. Also, the prices for adult-only drinks are a bit much.

The place to find major events in Laredo and which also provides some great concerts in the city. Great environment to spend time with friends and family !

Its a great venue for concerts, basketball games, graduations, boxing and any special events. The administration does a great job by bringing in top notch entertainment and going above and beyond to have successful events.

I attended a graduation ceremony and the place was looking great. Im sure that the place must be great for other events, and it is easy to buy tickets too.

Hockey was EXCELLENT.Apparently,management sucks in letting us rent the ice or wanting any kind of hockey here in Laredo.Its a shame because to me the PEOPLE want hockey back.

Had a blast at the Taste of Laredo. Plenty of parking friendly staff and felt safe with all the security. The venue was amazing.

Sames Auto Arena is the a venue that hosts many events primarily concerts, wine tastings, expos, and show casings and many other community events, like the WBCA Carnnival to name a few. But many events like ice hockey and indoor football, WWE Wrestling and monster truck events have been showcased and the place has hosted many famous bands.

Lot of rides for the kids had a great time.

It was an awesome experience to watch our daughter fight .

The area was meh the frickin performance by la Banda MS was awesome

Great place no bad seat

Have been through various events here including my high school graduation and others such as concerts and sporting events. Food and drinks are not cheap but also not that expemsive, so the place is great to have fun and dwell into the atmosphere of celebration.

Great venue for a small towns big shows. From wwe to Latin pop concerts it does it all you cant get bad seats. Be prepared for a long wait for food or beer. Even though there are a lot of places to get them, it gets packed.

It was ok city Laredo Christmas luncheon it was a great Merry Christmas to all city of Laredo employers.
