Theyre excellent at curbside pickup. They have the orders ready so fast and they get your merchandise out to you right away. Theyre doing a fantastic job. This is my second order since the quarantine began.

Helpful staff, stock always runs low.. but great overall. Prices are a bit on the higher side.

Love shopping here, theres product here for (almost) every hobby. Very limited fabric section. Aisles are tight and sometimes feel claustrophobic. Otherwise great product and varied staff.

The staff were great, how ever the restrooms were not. Company should retrain the staff. The company should keep up with the its maintenance

I asked for help in looking for an item and the person at the register was very rude in not helping me out

Well my experience today wasnt so good. When we got to the register to pay nobody was there. There was an employee fixing some merchandise/prices close to us and didnt even bother to call someone or let us know someone would be with us soon. We stood there for a while and Paulina never said or did anything and just because the phone rang and someone came to answer is that she took care of us.

Yes, this place has been bested by hobby lobby but for sure, they will have more types of things that Hobby Lobby doesn’t have. I am getting married and I am making my bouquet. I have a specific color and hobby lobby did not have nice flowers in that color, not to mention, they were extremely expensive without the discount. Michaels had a nice cheat selection.

Michaels have a variety of materials to craft. It is a little pricy but occasionally there are great sales.

Today they had all Christmas items at 60% off! Among other things I found wreaths for $2!!! And $8 poinsettias!

Great work! I bring everything here to be framed. You cant beat 60% off for framing plus they give you a MILITARY DISCOUNT! They helped me with choosing the right frame and color to compliment my artwork.

Ive been coming here since I was a child and its still as amazing and fun as I remember.

The store is pretty cool. Id recommend just putting more signs in the aisles of whats in there because it took me a bit to find the acrylics. But other than that the store is cool.

Great store with a lot of things to redecorate your house or make a school project. There is not much to complain, although its hard to find the employees who work there in case you have a doubt, definitely recommended if you like to do little projects!

Large selection of crafts, went during the half off sale and bought a yarn winder for $15 from the original $30 price.

The few times ive came here havent been terrible, but i cant say that it was great either. Its not organized well. You will find yourself walking around the entire store for a product you need due to aisles not being marked. I also had to hunt down employees to find things which isnt in itself a bad thing necessarily since im not crafts expert. But the employees can be as hard to find as the item.

Able to find all the items from our list and the ones we were missing Michaels associate was able to help us. The cashier waited for us to use samsung pay very convenient.

The cashiers are usually friendly and they do honor the coupon the only thing is sometimes the Internet is slow so I recommend taking a screenshot of your coupons before you get in the store

My only complaint is I wish the isles werent so close together. It makes me feel so claustrophobic. Other than that J absolutely love this store.

Hello everyone,So let met get start on saying that this place has so many items ^^ I think it also is a little cheaper than hobby lobby and has more items but I always expect full stocks down this street since they seem to traffic a large amount of people.Sometimes they have really big discounts, but there are also times where some items are a little more than over priced, however if you are a last minute shopper and have the funds you should come here I have never spend less than $35 here so I am assuming this is probably the least amount you will spend if buying a few things.If you are into stationary that have so many colors and prints I think you would love it here, however for plain white I recommend just going to your local Walmart to not get over priced.The reason I deducted a star was because sometimes the items are completely scattered everywhere which is awful when you expected something to be a certain price then for it to be almost triple the amount.I am sure with a little more employees making sure everything is in place you will have better sales and more of a pleasant customer experience.

This is my go-to place for all my art supplies. Paints at reasonable prices, canvas in different grades, so many different types of paper to choose from, and so many different media brands to choose from. The associates are always suggesting different items and helping with coupons and discounts.

Check outs lines are always too long. Even for simple refund or exchange transactions - you have to make line regular checkout line.
