Fun for the whole family here! Mom and Dad can relax with a glass of wine and a beer, kids can grab a smoothie and play games, it’s a win-win! Seriously though, if you haven’t tied the revamped Black Kilt, I highly recommend doing so. The family running it now has worked their tails off to provide a fun experience for everyone! Great homemade food, drinks, desserts, you name it! P.S. they also put on amazing birthday parties for the kiddos

The Black Kilt has become my favorite place to go in Laramie for family fun and adult fun! Really you can have busy kids and talk to ADULTS! Who’d a thunk! There’s always new creative functions to busy those short attention spans! Great service! Great food! Just all around good times!

The black kilt has so much to offer whether its for adults or kids!! We love that we can stop in for a quick lunch or an after work beer, but also go to a kid birthday party and have the best of both worlds!! Great place for family get togethers, and so much we havent tried yet! Wonderful, friendly service!!!

This is such a cool place! The vibe is awesome for both kids and adults, and the video games and skee ball are super fun. The food is great, I really love the salads. I will definitely be going here again!

A very cool place. Friendly atmosphere, arcades and skeeball, ping pong, and best of all beer. The coney dogs are fantastic along with the milkshakes and smoothies. It’s the perfect place to have a party/ get together. Very family friendly. There’s something for everyone

The new remodel is beautiful and Songwin is the best bartender in Laramie. I recommend the turkey bacon avocado or a smoothie with a shot of B12!

Great place to bring the family for relaxed fun and good food

We enjoyed the unique fresh sandwiches here. I had the burrito without meat. The rice was seasoned nicely and the tomatoes and lettuce were fresh and flavorful. The toasted tortilla was a great touch. My boyfriend enjoyed the Thanksgiving style sandwich that they made with stuffing, cranberries and turkey. Good comfort food style sandwich.

Good food, good service, welcoming atmosphere

The Price wasnt crazy bad and wasnt too cheap. If thats not vague enough, Im sorry. BUT the price does reflect the food a little. I thought it had AMAZING taste. Its pretty much stuffing cheese, meat, greens and sauce inside the butt of a hunk of bread. Along those lines you get to choose what goes in. You dont want cheese and meat? Sweet! You dont need it!The staff were nice and patient with me and explained everything very well. They also explained how they made their bread and what they do and stuff. Super good experience and way fun! Havent tried the arcade yet. Not my thing but hey! Its an option for those who do like it!Solid place.

Awesome food and service!

It took a while for the person to make the food, and she didnt seem thrilled to be working. They also ran out of supplies to make some of the food, so we had to subsistute some ingredients or choose another option altogether. The food itself was good

Amazing customer service, filling food for a more than reasonable price, and the food tastes very good. Bread is a bit bland and dry, but the experience is unique which is more than can be said for most places in Laramie. Would highly recommend.

So dissapointed to the point of dreams being crushed! My wife and I just moved to Laramie, I had waited for a while to eat here and built my anticipation so high. Dammit black kilt! I am half irish and was hoping so much to get some traditional Irish food. We walked in so happy, and the first thing the attendant offered us was a burrito... a burrito! I would just leave it at that, but considering that %90 of the food has nothing to do with Irish anything, sorry, correction, %97. Why call yourself the black kilt? You cant just throw together some Irish decor and instantly its an Irish eatery. Most of the menu ( especially next door at Odwyers ) consist of every other cultures but the Irish. Who goes to Ireland thinking, Im going to get the best spaghetti and meatballs because thats what they specialize in!? Please, please please do something to change this; and help me out here, but am I the only one getting sick and tired of places like these thinking that slapping corned beef hash on the menu is going to be a go to hit with us? Hell, why not add a shot of Jamison and a pint of Guinness with it while youre at it? ( thats a bit of sarcasm for ya ).

They got rid of the loaf of bread!! That was why I liked going there in the first place, won’t be going back.
