Family moved in to park..her neighbors are wonderful to her..also it is quiet

My son moved in a few months back. He is very pleased.

The manager does.not know how to talk to tenents.shes very rude

They could really work on updating their ground policies, and clean up the place. It looks pretty run down.

Fiances parents live there it is a nice place.

Modular park of double wide mobile homes. Cane purchase one there or bring your own. They have a outdoor pool and couple small ponds. Great country setting, just far out of town, but close enough to shop.

Good place to live but it could you some Improvement like in the snow plowing a place for children to play

As far as trailer parks go, its a nice place to live.

Lived here for two years. Its meh on a good day. Mostly due to the management being terrible for multiple reasons.They only maintain the outer area of the park. I.E. repaving damages roads, adding streetlights for safety at night, patching potholes. Once you are on the inner roads of the park you dont see half of that kind of work on the part of park management. They also often lie such as saying you havent paid lot rent despite repeated payments, or flat out dont send you your invoice then blaming you for being late in payments. (They also close the office down within their listed business hours, so you have to hope that they are actually in when they say they will be.)If you have a choice in the city of Lapeer, go literally anywhere else.

When a resident lives in this trailer park for 14+ years and one incident they get no chance to explain and get a notice to quit or eviction notice. Remind you this person ownes their triler and is a Senior citizen. How nice to do that to someone who gets their lively hood taken from them, a place they called home for years. These park managers need a heart. Sad just sad.

Its a place to live! My dad lives there! They are over priced in everything! They dont care about No One but their self! I can go on forever but Like I said it is a temporary place to live! There is constant drama in that park!

Quiet and nice place to live going on my second year and never admit problems

Nice place to live. Neighbors keep to themselves. The office will work with you rather than against you. Ive been here for almost ten years and have no complaints.

Too high priced for what they offer, no pool, no play ground very picky about kids and their toys, wouldnt recommend if you have children.

Oil stains everywhere, walmart bags and trash blowing in the wind, high concentration of felons and guys on sex offender list, most renters have no respect for other peoples property. Management is to blame for this horrible trailer park.
