Hunters Den is one of the cleanest archery pro shops I have every been in very well laid out and the staff is excellent as well. They also have Cara Kelley as one of there archery instructors and manager of the shop. Cara is a world class 3d archer whom I have had the pleasure of watching her give lessons to my 9 year old daughter. Lindsey and Jason are great to work with as well and I am pleased to say they have earned my business.

I cant say enough about the knowledge and customer service offered at Hunters Den. I have purchased two bows from them in the past year and have left confident in each set up. Jason takes his time to ensure each bow is finely tuned to the shooter. Highly recommend!

Prices in store are much higher than most places. Cashier said he couldn’t take a return on my boots because the box was damaged. There was small damage to the box but nothing major. Didn’t really make sense why he couldn’t do the return. Moral of the story I’ll never waste a penny here again. Good luck returning anything here they’ll find a way to swindle you out of getting your money back.

This is a medium sized privately owned shop, but the service is outstanding. Their bowyer helped me fix an issue with my compound during hunting season and he was very friendly, offered advice when asked, and prices are very reasonable considering the high level of quality. I might make this my go-to shop from now on.

Hugh helped me find and order the exact boots I wanted! And was able to get my old Redwings re- stitched and waxed up...they look great! Great local vendor!

Great store. Very friendly. Helpful. I have been in there over a half-dozen times because I just cant seem to get my bow perfect (in my mind). They never complain. Always make the adjustments I ask for and make great suggestions.They are very customer focused and I never feel nickeled or dimed. They often give me immediate discounts when I buy things. And, when I made a big purchase from them they offered to knock off a few dollars because it was so expensive. And that was in addition to their cash back promotion they were running.Very good store. Great folks working there! Will buy all of my hunting products there now!

Really nice and easy to work with

Asked my wife to get me a hunting knife for Christmas, and printed off 3 or 4 that I would like to make it easier. She went to Hunters Den (We like to support the local businesses!), they took her contact info, and mine so he could see what they could get and said he would call me with info. I specifically wanted a good quality fixed blade with a gut hook (not a folding model). The pages I printed off were for $100-$150 knives... They didnt call... After about 3-4 weeks, I stopped in. He recalled talking to my wife and showed me the catalog of folding knives. Was a good time in the store, I took note of some of their product offerings and reviewed them online, as I was not familiar with those specific ones. On the 20th, I asked for a price on 2 of the knives, with a reply the next day. Pricing was in line, and on the 22nd, I asked them to get me product X. Hadnt gotten a reply in a week, so I asked for an update on the 31st... Still no replies. I guess if you want to do business with them, dont bother using phone or email, you must physically go to the store... Bummer for that sale.
