I love the space h3rr, its great for flying kites and letting the kids run on the sidewalk and trails. Ive come to really enjoy the trails actually. Ive never done it but it seems you can fish here too.The playground area satisfies my kids even thought they dont have swings. That bothered me most when the kids were very little. Its nice to have a baby swing for those times. They have # section for young toddlers though which is nice. They do have another spot that is only for older kids and is a little scary if the young ones keep trying to go up on it. Overall we still love it though. I love the ground surface here!! Its one of my favorite things. The last thing they really need is a permanent bathroom. Theres a single porta potty. That was fine when they first opened the park but its been a number of years now. I think its time...

I love taking my son to this park! The small playground is perfect for small children. There are soccer fields for playing and running around and a nice pond where you can fish or just relax.

Lovely park area. Has much space for walking around, riding bikes, ect. Includes various picnic tables and seating. Has playground area for varying ages of children, and also has many soccer goals. The goals are on a large grass area that can be used for other sport activities as well. Theres also some water bodies to go fishing.

Great place for letting the kids run off energy or hiking with pets. Soccer field is adequate and handicap accessible. My only issue is that there are no water utilities on site. Make sure to bring enough of your own if youll be there all day.

The large open space is under utilized with a small pond, a couple soccer fields and a tiny playground with pavilion. The Veterans Memorial is a thoughtful touch!

Visited to fish the pond. Its a popular area to fish as there arent many close. However, catching was disappointing. The area offers other features that I didnt explore. So if youre visiting other to fish itll likely come across better. Not a park Ill visit again.

This is a beautiful park with childrens play equipment that my granddaughter loved. A large picnic shelter that sits at the top of the hill. There are additional picnic tables through out the park. The park also has a point where people can fish. Great park.

The walking trails are some of the most popular in the midwest especially the state of the art walking bridge engineered and designed for transition a previously unpassable ravine.

Great outdoors! Super for well behaved dogs without a leash if you go at less popular times Rough paths got though natural vegetation and pleasant streams bubbling over rocks. Highly recommend for big-dog people, or folks that just want to get alone in the country for a real farm (rather than park-ish) feel. Does have soccer field and well manicured picnic area with play area for little ones as well. But my personal favorite are the rough cut trails through the old pastures and woods.

Its a really nice park with fishing ponds, bike/walking trails, playground, dog walking area, soccer fields. Downfalls include no swings, two port a potty(one by fishing area and one by playground), no baseball field, and possible no drinking fountain. Usually not busy unless a party or event is being held there.

My husbands and I favorite spot to fish. We like how clean and how peaceful it is. Today we had a picnic and really enjoyed ourselves. I would recommend putting a trash can buy the picnic tables. We found on close to the bridge, but not one by the picnic area.

Soccer fields, hiking, fishing, and a decent playground. Parking is ok, but could be better. Feels like the park was meant for more, but stopped mid-development. Still, a pretty nice park, for what it is.

Other than the city events they have I rather not go there. The soccer fields are very poorly maintained. Kids have fallen and tripped on the pits and holes in the field. If trying to ride the bike trail you might have to watch out for dirt bikers and the occasional off road truck blasting through because its not patrolled well. Playground is small compared to ones in Leavenworth. Fishing area but its not stocked well so unless taking kids there for fun there is no point. Nothing there but a playground and soccer field and not very good trails.
