I shop at Michaels once a week. This is one of my favorite locations! Always great, friendly staff, I always find what Im looking for, and the savings are great.

Always a great place to shop. Loads of inspiration on every isle. Even when I only need one thing I will walk the entire store. Staff has always been helpful even when I am picking up an online order.

Ive always loved Michaels and appreciate their very helpful and polite staff, my one issue with Michaels is that they never have enough registers open to care for customer volume. Penny pinching to the point of forcing people to wait in line for the next available associate. The associate who helped me was polite and quick to work, but she cant be expected to do everything on her own.

We were on a mad binge buying trip to purchase Tshirts for an upcoming project. The shirts were normally marked 3.99 but were half off. 3 stores and 406 shirts later, I arrived home with the trunk of our car stuffed to the brim. The staff and Managers at all 3 locations were wonderful and extremely helpful. On top of our phenomenal savings, we also recieved 40 percent off coupons for future discounts down the road. The stores were very nicely laid out and the floor plan snd setup was essentially the same making for a eady trip in and out. Watch for those coupons and special sales. We saved a TON of money today. Thank you Michaels arts and crafts.

The store has really went downhill in recent years. It is becoming a Hobby Lobby instead of a craft store. They have gotten rid of.most of their cake decorating supplies and their instruction magazines/books. Very disappointed at the lack of crafts.

Michaels has a good selection of a variety of craft goods. I particularly like looking through their seasonal supplies to make wreaths and other projects. Their yarn selection is one of the better ones in the area, and they often have coupons (and you can use as many as you want, which is always nice). For my non-sewing craft needs, Michaels is usually my go-to place.

Michaels is awesome!!! Just walking around the store and checking out all the great items they carry always inspires me to create something. I often go in without any idea of what Im even looking for, but always walk out with something that makes me smile.

Good quality crafts for the right price

Michaels was a nice visit, the store was very clean, the staff was very warm and friendly and overall inviting. The prices didn’t seem too bad neither. I was looking for quite a few things that day i went and sadly found myself having to go to the Walmart across the street for the missing materials which is a little disappointing for them but all things considered, its a very welcoming place to go and shop for hobby materials.

Michaels is a craft shop with very knowledgeable staff. Usually well organised, its one of three places in Lansing that does quality framing of art. I like their selection but I can never tell if I am paying too much, because they have this habit of over-marking up the price so that they can offer a steep discount to make you feel good about your deal. So be aware of typical selling prices at other stores before committing to that piece . Chances are, you will not be paying too much if its on sale.

Customer Service during Covid 19 is extremely important. This Michaels location has failed at this. Customers should always be first. Bending over backwards and making exceptions to help a waiting customer are what great managers and employees should be doing all the time and all the time. This is why chain stores are disappearing. Shop local instead! I will find a small mom and pop to shop from now on. They need my money. Micheals, clearly does not

Well stocked craft store with pretty much everything you could want art related. They even have some home goods and holiday decorations as well!

Helpful staff, huge selection, can use more then one coupon per check-out. Purchased picture frame for mothers birthday gift and craft supplies for anniversary present. With the help of staff came out great.

The employees there are very friendly and skilled at bringing customers project ideas to life. Im also impressed by the wide selection of paper products! The only reason I rate it 4 stars is because every time Ive been, theres always been a very long line at the cash register.

Michaels is a go-to for craft supplies for my family. The staff is helpful, and the cashier this last time helped us save money with coupons and was sweet and delightful even though it was closing time. There are some excellent deals and coupons are usually available online.

I asked for help looking for an item and an employee knew the exact aisle right away, she was very nice! My cashier was also very kind and even offered me coupons when I didnt have them! The store was very clean and full of good deals. I would definitely recommend for all your art and crafting needs!

I love this craft store! I can usually find a new project to work on. So many different items/departments in the store. Plus I love the Spooky Town village they sell. Every year there are new items (buildings, figures, etc.) to add to my village. The staff is also very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Great place to pick up some art supplies

This is my go-to store for everything craft related... and all the other things Im not sure where to find. Had a baseball jersey framed here and was very satisfied with the result.

I love this place. They have a wide selection and constantly are rotating through new stock. My daughter loves collecting (and using) the mini washi tapes 3/$1 at the front of the store. My only complaint is that I think the cashier has to manually choose which item the 40% off coupon goes on, hence it usually is the last item rung in not necessarily the highest priced non-sale item. Other than that the staff is amazing friendly and eager to help.

Went in to get some custom frames done. They had lots of options available and were able to put together a couple great options. The price was about half of what I expected too, so that was awesome!

I am obsessed with Michaels. They always have the art supplies that Im looking for at an extremely reasonable price. They also have a super pretty home decor section. I always end up leaving with more than I needed to get. The staff is always helpful whenever I cant find something.

I dont frequent here often... so I dont know a whole lot about this location. They have a lot of stuff, the staff was helpful, I found something that did the job I needed it to, & they carry the paint I like. Will purchase again at this location.

A lot thing to make art

I come here for their great selection of frames at a great price, my Cricut supplies, and annually for holiday basket supplies for work. They always have great sales! The staff is always helpful and very friendly.

I love Michaels. I visit both the Eastside location in Frandor and the Michaels on the Westside location on Market Blvd. Plenty of parking, wheelchair accessible, lots of crafts, hobby, knitting supplies. Prices are reasonable. Love the jewelry section for little gifts for Christmas. I wish both stores were set up the same. Sometimes you have to hunt for an item.

Theyve been keeping a much better stock of beads and yarn lately and are awesome about taking competitor coupons!

Had the best craft store experience today. The multiple employees I spoke to were very kind and helpful. Hats off especially to Zak at the register for being polite, caring and funny! Seems like a great young man. Would definitely recommend.

I enjoy the quality and selection of the craft supplies and display items I need, but I find the knowledge of inventory and uses of products inherent in the staff to be minimal. I do not expect the clerks to be artists or professionals, at near minimum wage, but they should know what you have and where it is. Example: I found three items that roughly fit my requirements, after searching the whole store myself and being told that no such item was on hand.
