It was a last minute decision to go to jump and jam, for a Halloween outing with my grandkids, I couldnt have made a better choice! The staff were really nice, professional and the place and equipment was clean, organized and comfortable. Social distancing to a great extent was maintained and I noticed that the facilities mask wearing policy was adhered to my most of the adult. I also liked the fact that it was not over crowded. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Nice place to take the children to have fun and play games! Affordable rates and based on hourly activity easier to save that money!

My son’s first birthday was a Nice. It could’ve been a disaster due to not knowing the exact location of the facility showing up at the old location.The facility definitely went above and beyond by extending my sons party room time and accommodated is as well. Our host made sure that everything was taken care of and stayed longer than her shift to help us. The host is what did it for my family thank you so much def will be returning.They only received four stars due to the address on google not being accurate at the time.

I booked a large party at Jump N Jam Playland in July 2019. From booking through the end of the party everything was seamless. Shaneka, the owner, is incredibly professional and personable. The entire staff was accommodating. The room was set-up and ready when I arrived. My guest were able to get through the waiver process quickly to enjoy the party. I added several pizzas to my order after arriving to feed my adult guests and although the kitchen staff was busy they still accommodated by last minute order. My son had a great party and my guests enjoyed. I like to support small businesses and will continue to support this business in the future.

My son’s party was in February, but they just sent me an email for a review. Brought the burnt pizza’s out way too early. When I say early, I mean like my party host had just confirmed a later time and then I see burnt pizzas on the table only a few moments after the party started. When I asked host about them she shrugged her shoulders and said she didn’t know why they came so early. Had the wrong age for my son on the screen. Warned that I needed to tell my guests they couldn’t bring outside drinks in because someone from my party tried to bring in a soda, turns out the “someone” wasn’t apart of my party. Staff is not friendly at all. Party host doesn’t really do anything, but bring your pizzas/drinks out. You do everything yourself. 10 face paintings came with my party package and although not all the kids wanted them, the adults couldn’t get them in place of the kids. Most basketballs were deflated. Most games weren’t running. They didn’t have a lighter for my candles. Most places allow the kids to finish playing once party room time is over, this place does not. I believe it’s an additional $50. Wouldn’t recommend.

Great family spot. Always neat, clean and VERY busy! I hosted a bday party for my daughter and the service was great. Have also made several visits during the week to take advantage of the specials. A go to for my family.

I will never visit this place again! My husband and I booked a party for our 2yr old and as we left and waited in the lobby (talking with family) the management attempted to charge us an additional $50. We were simply in the lobby hugging family and catching up. We left the party space and the management really tried us. I had to speak with management for almost 20mins to address the issue. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! My guest and I were highly offended!!!!

I had my sons bday party there it’s okay... just don’t like that they charge for people that don’t jump now if you take your kids(for example ) gizmos you will not pay to watch your kids play in the play land area.

I did my son’s third birthday here yesterday. I don’t remember my hostess name but she was remarkable and I made sure to tell her that. Everything was clean and it had a lot of space. Some of the staff seemed a bit irritated or frustrated but we didn’t have to deal with them since we had a host. It was a bit hot in there but overall I’m happy we chose this place and would do it again.

The children always have a wonderful time, when we go they never want to leave.

Very very VERY VERY DISPLEASED... We Were Rushed through our whole birthday party experience... The lady who worked with us was very unpleasant... We were told that we had to do things at specific times ie, when to sing happy birthday, when you clean up, when we could do specific activities... It was horrible... I assumed that when you pay for your blocked time that as long as youre out at a specific time and the part youre supposed to clean up is clean, you should be able to have a good time as wanted.. That wasnt the case and I will NEVER EVER NEVER return to this establishment...

Had to stay at a nearby hotel in the middle of a snow storm with 2 little kids rowdy from being on the road! Popped in here, which was conveniently located. The service was super friendly and the price was fantastic on Veterans Day. Cant thank you enough for the open hours of play and for your support!

Lots of inflatable I dont know why the kids get bored so easily. Start asking for quarters for the game machine. Maybe they can sell tokens at a more reasonable cost

The place is not bad for children non whatsoever! My kids enjoyed the atmosphere even myself it was so much fun but the services here are horrific!! My idea was to throw my daughters birthday party at this place .. the website doesn’t clearly explain the schedule they have orchestrated for each party type nor does it even explain the activities they have in depth to help customer understand the options they have available. And because I didn’t quite understand the website I called a couple of different times to have some clarity and which I got very bland answers and was constantly referred back to the website even after explaining how I didn’t understand the website. :/ The day of my event was crazy as well. My hostess was nice but she was literally all over the place there was no good structure whatsoever. She gave me the itinerary (she gave me, let’s not forget) I had to find her to begin the activities I paid for (we did the ‘party, party, party’ package for up to 15kids) the website had me under the impression that I would get two activities (“concessions”) but I only got one which was face painting.. I had to find my hostess to start that activity which was a 15min delay plus 5 more minutes for her to find a person to do the face paint which was actually airbrushing :/ And before that I had to ask my hostess to bring my party room water and other beverage request! And with my party I was supposed to get juice boxes which I also asked about she told me it was just a box of Capri suns however I NEVER received them :/ While my group of kids were getting the face paint or AIRBRUSH my hostess came to tell me my food was ready as if I was supposed to abruptly stop my activity I asked her if we could wait until they were done she said fine no problem. When we received the pizza it was cold my party was barely done eating and the host came and told us we had to sing happy birthday I told her we had to halt on that because the kids left the room after eating to play more.. honestly I didn’t understand what the rush was with the hostess because I didn’t need them to hold any icecream for my party because they DO NOT refrigerate cakes . I would definitely not recommend anyone to throw a party here EVER

Worst experience. Our pizza was late to arrive. First off, we were in an area close in proximity with another party in the open. While the kids were eating they stated that we need to sing happy birthday to my child after realizing how close it was to the party ending. I elected to take the cake and ice cream home instead of rushing through the occassion. To pacify the situation after I stated I was going to call the owner and file a complaint the onsite manager gave my party chips, and for the birthday baby a gift bag with a fidget spinner and a straw. I will never return to this place again.285 not woth it!

Nice for kids but the pizza was cold and the waitress dont seem to care about it when you tell them pizza suppose to hot with the cheese at least melted

Service is terrible!! Its unfortunate that its a nice place for kids, but the staff make the entire experience a nightmare. They made unauthorized charges to our credit card that we didnt even use for the final payment, tables were dirty, food was late, no one knew what was going on, communication inconsistent, our host disappeared for hours, they didnt give our child her birthday gift either claiming they would send it in the mail but never asked for our address. All our guests were shocked at how awful the service was and didnt want to bring their children for parties again. Whomever is managing needs to get some order.

Last night around 7:30pm my 6 year old son shoes was stolen from this establishment while we were having a family day. Not once would I have thought that this would have happened to us. There is nothing on the walls or on any poster boards that states that they are not responsible for theft or stolen items. I even looked online at their waiver and still don’t see anything. While on the phone with the assistant manager she hung up on me in the mist of the conversation. When she came out the office it seem like she didn’t want to help me and made it clear that it wasn’t on them and they cannot do anything about it. It was a very displeasing turn of events that happened. My son walked in with shoes on and walked out with just socks on his feet.

It was my first time there today let me tell you this place is not only for kids but me and my sister played along with my nieces it was sooo fun and everyone there was sooo nice but it is alittle bit pricy tho that why 4/5 stars other than that i had a blast today will be returning again soon

If I could give it less stars 0 stars I would. I see that they are moving to a new location. Im prayerful that they will have all new inflatables. Unfortunally the negatives outweight the positives and for the 20 i spent to get in and the additional 20 spent on games was just not worth it.The Inflatables were torn ripped and the climbing system for some were so broken you could not use. Same with the pinic tables. broken down uncomfortable and the bathroom was unclean. I have to change my 2 year old daughter and I did it quickly. Sinks broken with buckets underneath. I should have changed her in my car.I can say it was a place to be and expend some energy away from a city park but that is the only positive. Im hopeful that the new place with bring a cleaner environment. It would also be nice if they could have lockers that we could lock our shoes and valuables up in. I will write a review for when we visit the new place. There is only this option in this area so I hope it will get better. Oh also the staff were very nice.

I had an bad experience with this place! I took my son here for his birthday yesterday and customer service was terrible! We had to order our food where we pay for the kids to jump. So I asked the man what kind of meat do they use for the mini tacos for $5.99 he said same kind for nachos as I ordered the tacos I told him no onion and no tomatoes he said ok! When I went to pick up my food it was a lady behind the counter that was soooo mean. I seen the food and asked was this my order she replied yes and I told her I didn’t know they were the mini fried tacos that come out the box so I asked to exchange for pizza for $3 and she doesn’t have to worry about the difference she told me no they don’t do refunds on food n my order was already made. So I said I was misunderstood I thought that it was actual tacos that come with meat and everything else on top she said no this what they give you when you go to the restaurant When u order mini tacos and I’m not exchanging it took my food and tried to throw it away without giving me my money back or anything and was yelling at me i asked to speak with management she said I am management! Moral of the story when I ordered my food and asked for no onion or tomatoes I should’ve been told it wasn’t that kind on mini tacos! Then I should’ve been refunded or been able to exchange when running a business you risk taking those kind of losses! IMG_5402.PNG
