I would give them 0 stars if that was an option. I bought a corset and was told I could bring it back if needed as long as it had the tags on it. I went Saturday to take it back and the cashier Ally was extremely rude! I felt fat shamed. She looked at the receipt and said youre a dancer!? And laughed. I responded no she said well your receipt was rang up under a dancer I explained Idk why I didnt ring myself up. She said well You will have to wait until Monday when the manager is here I dont even know how to return a discount. I said this is ridiculous I need my money back So I am able to feed my 7 children I will never do business with this company again she responded ok, sounds good So, today is Monday I call and talk to the manager B? She said she never told me I could return it only in store credit. So now I have nothing to wear under my wedding dress on Friday and I also cant get my money back to feed my 7 children until Friday. This place is a joke please dont waste your time or your hard earned money here.

Literally the WORST customer service ever! The nasty little thing at the front counter acted personally offended that we wanted to exchange a defective item. Had a terrible attitude and basically called me a liar. Happy customers are repeat customers! You definitely need some customer service training because you’re ridiculous! We will never spend another penny here! Do yourselves a favor and take your money elsewhere!

Defiantly the best sex shop Ive been in. The workers know the products, they know what is best, they are very well educated, and super friendly! No judgment on your purchases, and they have extremely helpful tips and sugestions. I was total comfortable into this store! I strongly suggest this store to anyone interested! 10 out of ten! Ill be back!!

My boyfriend and I had been there multiple times in the past. We went there tonight to try to find a Halloween costume. We have been looking around for about 5 minutes before the lady that came up to my boyfriend and asked him if he could take his hat off she said it was store policy. Thats weird I didnt know they had a dress code a few weeks ago they didnt say nothing when we came in and he had a hat. Ive been pointed out that there had been another lady that had been in the store before us wearing a hat and asked why she hadnt told her anything. But by that time I was already upset so I told the lady that I just wouldnt be back that we would take our business somewhere else. She then told us that was okay because theres plenty of customers anyways. Someone who thought of helping us like normal workers do she treated my boyfriend like he was some creeper and then stated that she didnt need us to be customers anyways. We were not doing anything wrong in the first place besides shopping for a costume and minding our own business. I dont know what kind of managers are run that place but if this is the kind of worker that they want running that place thats pretty sad. After our experience with that lady we can never go back because we know that we dont feel comfortable shopping there. I dont know how theyre going to have any customers if they got workers like that lady I could see if he was wearing a a hoodie or a ski mask but come on lady baseball hat. If my boyfriend is not allowed to wear his hat in a store to cover his bald spot then that is just weird. I thought we were stereotype tonight and that worker should be talk to about how she treats customers.
