I have performed in summer dance recitals here for ten years, and every time it has been a blast. The theatre is beautifully grand, but not overly done, and backstage is nice and clean. A wonderful place to go see any play, concert, ballet or other performance.

The nice people that put on the shows for children and make it all happen are amazing. They move fast and are timely and understanding to the kids. I dont know how they do it with all the little ones. Cant wait to go to more outings there.

This is the best local venue for seeing well known acts. From bands to comedians to musicals. Comfortable, good sound, every seat is a good one and they have two full bars with craft beers on Tap.

A nice place to see a show. From local dance studios performing here to celebrities like Howie Mandel, there is a lot going on here. Every year we see the Dance Magic show here. Jane Lynch, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Howie Mandel, and many others. They also offer season tickets.

This venue is a nice size, clean, easy to navigate, and has comfortable seats. In the past 2 weeks, we’ve seen 2 different performances; The Nutcracker Ballet, and the Hometown Christmas. The Nutcracker was awesome, however, we were a bit disappointed in the Hometown Christmas. I’ve been significantly involved in church music programs, and understand and appreciate the time and effort everyone devotes, however, I feel the better venue for this performance would be an actual church building, and have a “free-will” offering instead of charging $17 per ticket. The real annoyance at both The Nutcracker Ballet and the Hometown Christmas, however, was the rudeness and inconsiderateness of the people in the audience. Audience members were having conversations without any regard to others around them. This is rude to both the performers and other people in the audience. Prior to the beginning of the performance people are reminded to silence/turn off their cell phones, etc....perhaps they need to be reminded to not talk during the performance as well.

Nice little venue, seated in balcony view was fine. Seats comfortable, fairly good leg room. Saw Michael Jackson Experience, performers were good but sound was terrible, dont knowing was the LPAC or really bad sound management from person who checked acoustics. Could barely hear vocals over drums and guitars at times which made for a bad Experience.

The venue is clean, and comfortable. The acoustics remind me if a smaller Disney Concert Hall. But skip any alcoholic beverages...they arent very good...maybe their buyer could visit TJs or Costco to save some money and upgrade their drink quality.

Had a great time. Parking is easy, seats are comfortable, reasonable prices for an evening of entertainment. Many restaurants in walking distance.

Mi
Review №21

The ticket prices at the door paid in cash still have a two dollar ticket service charge so the theater can grab every extra bit they can. Both of their theater spaces are nice, but for a center that was intended to be for the community, they really seem to give a raw deal to the community theater and local groups for the space. Especially the events held in the black box space. To charge so much for a space that seems to usually be storage to local non profits and locals is not contributing to bringing the community together. As with most of the downtown Lancaster, the rents are far to high for businesses In that area. Especially when Rex Perris allowed one real estate company to own the entire block during the refurb. Av residents whine how they hate corruption but elect and support it all over Lancaster. .

This is a nice venue for any type of music event. It is just the right size of an auditorium to keep the performance personal. We enjoy sitting in the Balcony section, as you are still close to the stage, unlike big venues. Sound is very good. Atmosphere upbeat.

Ive had many awesome times here from plays to concerts and comedian performances. Its an awesome venue. Easily the best performing arts center in the Antelope Valley. Every seat in the house is good. The acoustics are really great for concerts it doesnt matter if its rock, big band or orchestra. And now theres a bar for before the performance. You can take your drinks in the theater if you want. Ill capture some cool photos next time, then post for all.

I saw the Nut Cracker there a few years ago. The show was great, but the theater wasnt. The seating was cramped; me and guy next to me played knee-tag for the whole show. We were so close I was debating if I should by him dinner afterwards. They have a restaurant/bar that is very pricey so dont come hungry.

Fantastic Arts Center located in the center of Lancaster, CA. The Blvd. it sits on has lots of quaint places to eat and visit. The Art Center itself is well kept up and hosts some great shows. I have been there many times and have never regretted it. They have recently expanded to an indoor/outdoor bar area that really adds a needed element to the center.

This theatre is one of the highlights of moving to Lancaster. I have been in two shows with Local companies and have seen a good handful of shows from bands to comedy. The people running this place seem to really be doing well. Its not only a nice space to perform. Its a great space to see shows. With so many disappointing things in this town. This performing space gives me hope in this community.
