We booked with Merry Makers and everything worked out great. The prices were on point and they allowed us more time to use the bounce house and dunk tank than any other local company I looked at.Overall my family was very pleased with the product and I was also happy with the service provided.I would use them again and I would recommend Merry Makers to anyone else whos looking for this sort of thing.

Ahhmazing company and service! They saved our daughters 6th birthday party! A different company tried ripping us off, and added in hidden fees last minute- more than doubling the final amount for the bouncey house. We had to scramble to find a place that was honest and reliable and available for a party within days of the event. These people saved the day! Merry makers are super heroes in disguise lol They showed up on time, and with a smile in their faces, even making it work with a different bounceyhouse (for rain) and added in games for the kids to play. They were simply amazing!

Excellent staff. They are on-time, courteous, professional and will do whatever it takes to ensure the product is up and ready by the time your venue is ready to start. The products are clean and well kept. The staff calls a few days in advance to go over your order and talk about every accessory that might be needed to ensure everything runs smoothly. I have used Merry Makers for our company parties for 8 years now and will continue to do so.

I love these guys! I use them for my kids birthdays, our annual garden party, and even community events with which we are involved. Ive found them to be prompt for delivery, sometimes we get a little extra time depending on the pick up schedule, consistently professional staff and attendants and they clean the equipment after every use. I had a princess party last summer for my daughter. The bouncy house was a hit. Even more than all the prizes and gifts, games, face painting, candy, cake, and cupcakes. I fully intend to use Merry Makers again this summer. They came, set up quickly, and when it was time removed the bouncy house quickly as well. Everything was done very professionally. I was very satisfied. 5 stars plus!

We have relied on Merry Makers for the last several years for our bounce house needs for family holiday gatherings. They have a great selection of bounce houses and have always been punctual and great with set up and take down of their rentals. They make it so easy, all you have to do is point to where you want it set up and thank them for their great work!

The website is straight forward. Every employee was easy to work with. They arrived when they said and picked up when they promised. They even let the adults jump for 5 extra minutes when we realized we hadn’t gotten a chance. They’ve helped us with two birthday parties and if bouncy castle party ever happens again I know who to call!

Our school has used Merry Makers for our Back to School Fest for several years. They have been great to work with every time. Last year, during the event, we had a problem with the cotton candy machine. I called the employee who had dropped the equipment off (he had given me his number and said he was just going to stay in the area, but not at the event) and he came right over, knew what to do and took care of it right away - leaving many happy children full of sugar! Their prices are fair also. We will definitely use them again.

Honestly it’s not worth 1 star! We were at the Lakewood Summerfest today and bought 10 yellow tickets at $1 each so that my niece and nephew can go on the bungee trampoline. The line was long so we grabbed a bite to eat. When we came back, they turned us down. We were right behind a family who said that they were the last to go on. Talked to the so called owner or head person and he was very standoffish and rude like we were S.O.L.! At least give some kind of refund, partial refund, credit or something! Saw a lot of kids holding yellow tickets that cannot be used. If this is how they run their business about taking people’s money for nothing, then I highly suggest you think twice about hiring them again!

Have used Merrymakers the past 5 years for my daughters backyard birthday party. The staff are always really helpful and the pickup and delivery guys are are always polite and on time for deliveries, the kids dont much care if there late picking up :-) The kids always have a great time. Merrymakers has a wide selection of inflatables to choose from so we can always find something fun for the kids.

I have used Merry Makers at 3 different venues as an event coordinator. Their staff is professional, prompt and organized. In an industry that breeds chaos, their reliability is priceless. I still use them all the way up on Bainbridge Island. I highly recommend their services and product.

We have used them for our parties in the past. We continue to use them because they keep their word and there are no hidden fees. They are fair and very customer oriented! They are reasonable in their prices!! They have never disappointed us and we have used them 4 times.

This company came reccomend by some other moms I know, so I gave them a try and so glad I did. The people where super nice! So understanding when my son got sick and I had to reschedule for another day. I would definitely rent from this company again.
