The staff here is very nice and helpful. They were quick to help me find what I was looking for and even make recommendations based off of my interests. They do have a good selection for men and women.

I stopped by this store about two weeks ago because me and my husband wanted to check it out since it is the closest one to our house but when we got to the store it was closed and it was 10. On the sign it said they closed at 11 so we had to drive to another one that is further away and it was open. I honestly prefer this store specifically. It looks a bit smaller than the other ones but its well organized. When we walked I the staff was quick to greet us and asked if we needed help finding anything. So we kept looking about and there were many other customers and I noticed the staff was so helpful with everyone trying to see if they had questions, pointing them to the right direction when it came to products, and just doing a great job. This lovely young lady answered some questions we had about a product they had. It was a nice trip.

The blond chick was extremely helpful and made you feel comfortable with your purchase. She recommended products that we were interested in and all around made our experience great! Definitely will be going back for more products

DO NOT SHOP HERE GO TO ROMANTIX! I bought a high-end Lube here and the comfort and work and they would not exchange it or give me my money back. Citing something like they cant prove I didnt use it or break it or something, which is ridiculous. I will never shop here again even though I spent $120 here a few days ago and that was not the first time.

So its been a good 8-9 years since Ive been into one of these stores. The staff was friendly and where very helpful with everything. I was very excited to purchase some fancy panties! I have purchased some exactly the same from a different store for three times the amount from here. I will definitely come back again to see whats new!

My main complaint about this store has to do with the employees. They are nice, but to the point of harassment. I went here with my husband to browse and purchase a toy. While we were walking around trying to make a selection and having a VERY personal conversation about which items we liked and why, we were interrupted FIVE times by employees asking if we had questions or would like help. We were in no way behaving inappropriately or speaking crudely in loud voices. It really made it uncomfortable to shop. Every time we were interrupted, we both felt like leaving and became more irritated. We left buying one thing instead of the other items we were interested in and just decided that we would probably shop online in the future. I understand that people shoplift a lot from these places so they need to be on guard, but actually interrupting a couple multiple times and trying to insert yourself into their conversation is just rude and uncomfortable. It doesnt matter how chipper the employee is about it, its just plain off putting. If I have a question, if you are standing nearby, I will ask. Otherwise, please leave me and my husband ALONE to do our intimate shopping. You will make more money if I actually feel comfortable enough to shop for more than 5 minutes without being bombarded by your employees.

Great variety! The employees are insightful and attentive. They sell local products too! The store is clean as well and there is always parking. Its can be pretty expensive, but at least you dont have to wait for your stuff to be shipped.

The level of incompetence that the so called “manager” Ashlynn/Ashley has is frightening. Frightening that they would give someone with her poor level of customer service the position of a manager. I have been coming here for years. I came in to return something and she was less than helpful and did not know what she was doing and it almost felt as if she was accusing me of bringing in something I stole. The past two times I have been in to shop there, she followed me around wherever I went. I really hope that the owners of this place look deeply into who they are hiring to manage their store because this woman who barely looks of age does not do well under pressure and has crappy customer service skills.

Took me forever to find me a pink outfit staff was friendly but thought I stole something so asked to search my stuff they did found nothing bought the pink babydoll for my photoshoot says on the receipt they exchange clothing and shoes but babydoll doesnt count as clothing its intimate altho I have receipt and it has the tag and it is intact! Even had a thread pulled on it not best quality:( better off with Amazon never shopping there again

It is still a good store for the normal sexual relationship. They used to have much more bondage gear of sorts, but I assume it wasnt making money. So alas, its a good sex shop but not great. ;A;

This store is much smaller than the one I went to in Arvada many years ago, the selection is smaller, BUT the staff made up for it. Back then, they didnt test your toys for you before purchase to make sure they simply function. And the two girls working made sure all my questions were answered, one (Ashley) even made a suggestion for an item I was looking for that was rechargeable and still in my price range. Id give them a 4.75 if I could!

The old manager was filling in and was an awesome visit!! Always loved the store and friendliness when she was there!! They need her back or have her training peeps the right way to run the store!!!Last night I was at the store and it has improved greatly on personal!! Was very pleasant!! They still need improvement on there letting you test their sample they have out for nothing had batteries in them! That is disappointing!

Staff is great and non judgmental at all. They know what they are talking about and always recommend good stuff. Theproducts are usually high quality but sometimes the price is a little too much for what they sell. If you like any type of adult materials or products, this is the place on colfax or really anywhere.

Great staff, some items a bit overpriced for their quality but still not as much as other store. This is probably not the place to go for toys and such but they did have some cute stockings and lingerie. Didnt break the bank too much (at least when theres a coupon or special running)

I will say that every single member of the staff have been extremely nice each of the handful times Ive been.2. Its pretty much the only adult store in the Golden/Federal Center/foothills area, thats adjacent to my daily commute.CONS: (Although there are only two, listed in order of aggreivement, from ”harrumph” to ”oh hell no!, they are biggies.)1. The product offerings can be described as mediocre bc at best, and bewildering at worst (i.e they offer a surprisingly multifarious selection of water-based, hybrid, and silicone​lubricants... yet they dont carry three of the most popular brands (Swiss Navy, Gun Oil, Wet Platinum).2. OVERPRICED!!!! Every single item Ive ever purchased had bed out of DIRE necessity. Im not kidding, when I say that they are ridiculous.
