We were so impressed with Elsa and Tiny Diva Princess Parties! The staff was very thorough collecting all the important details and providing tips for how to make the event run as smooth as possible. They called a few days before to confirm all the details, which left me feeling prepared and confident. Elsa was right on time, and even sent a text that she was heading to the door which allowed the girls to see her grand entrance. Elsa did an amazing job. She was so patient, and never broke character. The girls were in awe. Id highly recommend Tiny Diva Princesses!

I have been with Tiny Diva Princess Party for what will be my 5th year, and I could not be more excited. They have been extremely accommodating since I have been away for college for some time now, and they always welcome me back with open arms when I was home for the holidays. This company does so much to bring joy to children who’s dreams are to spend time with their favorite princesses; the joy is contagious and makes the parties and events so much more enjoyable. The corporate events are always so unique and different each year, and I’m really looking forward to everything else that Tiny Divas has to offer!

This company is top notch! They are all very professional. They show up early to events. The clients are always treated with respect. Very easy group to work with. We booked Tiny Diva Princess Party for my daughters birthday for the SECOND year in a ROW! Last year it was Elsa, this year our princess wanted The Little Mermaid to come celebrate with her. Both experiences were incredible. I really appreciate how the actors engage with our daughter and her guests. They really take the pressure of entertaining off me for a bit--so I was able to just sit back and enjoy the party WITH my daughter (rather than stressing over what games to play, etc.). Plus the look on my daughters face when the princess arrives is worth every penny! I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

Tiny Diva Princess Party is an absolutely wonderful company. They make sure that every child is having fun and happy. Every. Single. One. They present a magical experience, whether its a birthday party or an event because to them its always about making the children happy. They make every birthday party and every event a magical experience so that both the children and parents will never forget their time with the princesses and be able to cherish those memories and experiences with them.

I attended one of their tea parties at the Water Street Inn in Stillwater. We felt so welcomed by the 3 princesses who spent time with each of us individually. We had a lot of fun dancing singing and taking pictures. One of my favorite parts was when the princesses came by each table and struck up a conversation with all the kids at the table. The little girls quizzed and questioned the princesses and they never once broke character or were at a loss for words. I recommend this company for anyone looking to add a little magic to their event.

No better group for entertaining the young ones! My grandkids (5 & 3) love the Tiny Diva Princess Party! The actors are professional and in character all the time -- fun for the adults as well as the kids. Highly recommended.

I am so disgusted at this event and company. After waiting in line for half an hour, we were finally seated. For an hour and a half event spending one third of it in line is pretty ridiculous. The event itself was just a practice in making girls feel bad. One winner was chosen for the costume contest, only 6 children were allowed to play the reindeer games, and at that point there was only half an hour left of the event and I was done. I was finished watching my daughter happily hold her hand up or feel proud of the twirls she could do, only to be told she wasnt one of the prettiest or bravest that could play. I spoke with the owner on my way out the door, who told me that this is how events always are and that the fun dancing and singing portion would be later. I personally dont feel that you should have to wait an hour for the fun part at $25/person. They do not do refunds, and honestly dont really seem to care how they are making the children feel. I will never be using this company again, and I hope no one else does either. Thanks for turning what should have been a fun afternoon into a tough life lesson for my daughter to learn, you should really be ashamed.

I love to see the excitement on little girls faces when the princesses interact with the kids!!! I have photographed Tiny Diva Princess Party events and the actors engage and play the role of their princesses so well. What a dream for little ones to see them in real life!!

I have worked with Tiny Diva Princess Party on many different community and charity events. They have been wonderful to work with and I find any customer service complaints difficult to believe, as I have seen them go above and beyond for their clients multiple times. They are truly a gem in our community with a genuine desire to create an unforgettable and magically delightful experience for your children.

Mt girls had a great time at their party and to this day talk about it. The party they went to was 2 years ago. They loved it!

Getting to work for Tiny Diva and see kids faces light up is the best job in the world. The enchanted princesses are having just as much fun bringing joy and magic as the kids are!

I went to a birthday party for my friend here and the enchanted frozen sisters were so entertaining!

Attempted to book a birthday party. Followed their instructions on line about calling because I had questions. I called a couple weeks before Christmas and got no response. Called again just before Christmas and no response, so I waited and called again after Christmas and also booked a party on line at that time to try to reserve the time for my daughters birthday party. No one called, no e-mail responses. Finally, I called again just after New Years in the morning. I got no response. As it was getting dangerously close to the party date with out any confirmation, I called another Princess party place. They contacted me immediately but I had to book out a later date because they were booked the weekend I wanted.Finally Tiny Diva got back to me, but by that time I had rescheduled for a different company. If you arent going to return peoples phone calls or e-mails during the holiday, you really need to be posting this somewhere! No where did I see a message saying you were closed or on vacation during the holidays. I looked on the website, facebook, got no auto notifications from e-mail or messages on the voicemail communicating your vacation hours. Terrible terrible customer service!I strongly suggest fixing it or you will lose business to others with better service. This review is for the Lakeville site which I believe is the same as the Eagan site.
