Our family attended a birthday party twice this year at this place. Both times my children enjoyed playing with other kids. My hubby and I enjoyed sitting at the sofa while our toddler played in the toddler area. The food and coffee at their cafe is a bit pricey, but I guess you pay for the convenience. The place is clean and they have a good party room which can host a small group, 20 to 25 people. Their birthday package is fairly priced. Kids are served pizza and the adults gets a huge sub sandwich.

For my 4 year old it was great. For my 11 year old it was so so. Great place for younger children.

My 2 year old and I love this place! It’s clean, with lots of space for children and adults. You can bring your own food, which really helps with keeping the cost of entertainment low. They offer reasonable memberships which I plan to sign up for once they open again. We miss you, FUNbelievable!

I went for the First Sundae Funday and purchased a Mocha Shake. It was AMAZING!!!! The Staff was attentive and professional and knowledgable of ALL of there products and promotions the staff is extremely impressive. I plan to go back for another Sundae Funday and when Funbeliavable is actually open again for inside use I will be taking My Grandson for sure. I cant wait. Thank-You to ALL the Staffing for an amazing experiance.. TOTALLY RECOMEND.Update just left Funbeliavable for a Second Sundae funday and ordered the Mango smoothie with the Chamoy and the Mango was so FRESH Im going to be a REPEAT customer there AMAZING

UNBELIEVABLE is what it is!!! So, the only way to celebrate your childs birthday is to PAY for a party room. You CANT decorate the table in the open area, you CANT bring in balloons or presents. I mean, what kinda place is this? We decided to come here because we were over the Chuck E Cheese, Pump It Up, and Jump Around places. I should have know something was up when I couldnt open the pictures to see the place. They want you to pay $300, $400 for a party room and the facility is the size of a small playground with only 3 attractions. Very disappointed. ADDITIONAL UPDATE: They have massage chairs for the parents, that would not work with a card, but if you sit in it and dont pay, the alarms go off!!!

Our one complaint is that they are not always running the a/c. It was pretty hot today and they werent running the a/c or their fans so it wasnt that great.Putting that aside, we have come here a lot with our kids and have found it to be one of the most enjoyable play zones in the area. They also offer babysitting on Friday nights for a few hours for an added cost. Concerns about kids getting out is down to none because they ensure their gate is closed and locked unless theyve given access to someone to get through.The drinks and food offerings are pretty decent. You are allowed to bring outside food in, but nothing from fast food places and such. Needs to be homemade. But their coffee milkshakes are amazing, I would highly recommend them.They also have the massage chairs that you can pay for that are nice, but they do beep if someone sits in them without paying and weve seen our fair share of people that sit on them and just ignore the high pitched beeping.The staff is always super friendly and they do a good job of keeping and eye on the kids overall and also quickly cleaning up both inside and outside of the play area.If the a/c was on every time, wed give it 5 stars. But the inconsistencies with it make it difficult to decide to come here on hotter days.

What a great place to take your kid that has a crazy amount of energy they need to get rid of. I got a three month pass for a reasonable price so I can take my son as often as possible. He absolutely loves playing here. They have massage chairs, dining area, and a snack bar with a lot of variety. They do really cool themed sessions as well as birthdays parties. Such a good place for children to have a blast.

This place is a lot if fun. Children and adults allowed in play structure. They have food avail. A lil bit expensive.. their Nothing like screaming children and parents/staff not supervising.

We got the Groupon for two for free open play. The facility is well maintained and the staff was very friendly. They have a small cafe which serves snacks and sandwiches, I didnt partake but the food looked good! Our kids had a blast too.

We went here for a 2-hour birthday party and had a lot of fun! There is a section for toddlers and the grown-ups can go in the big slides and jungle gyms. Our favorite was the blue slides!!

Great place for the kids to run and play and climb. I have a 3 year old and a 6 year old. Today was a holiday for the schools and there were a lot of kids off and on but no problems. The staff is friendly and keeps an eye out for the rule breakers lol. I love I can go play with my kids too. And I am a bigger mom so its ample room for adults to get around. Also have a ball area for soft bouncy balls to play hoops or soccer. They have snacks and food but best of all you can bring your own snacks from home. The staff keeps the areas clean too. I would love to work at this place once my little one gets in school. I love kids and this seems like a great place to work all around. It is February right now and is nice and cool in here. I will be coming back more with both my boys.

Awesome place for kids. Super clean place. The girls working there were constantly cleaning and wiping down everything. Very nice and friendly staff. Had a panini grilled ham sandwich which was delicious. Also had a spiced latte which was very good also. 2 thumbs up for this place.

My kids love this place! Its a great way to spend an afternoon getting them exercise and they really enjoy it. They have a smaller area for younger kids who may not be able to climb on the big obstacles. We are going to try out their Friday night drop-off for my 5 year old.

Had a private party here for my girls birthday party and it was great. Birthday host went above and beyond and planning was super easy. We go here often and it can get busy which is hard for toddlers, they tend do get knocked around, but they still have fun overall.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could! The staff is amazing, the facility is very clean and very well taken care of. My kids always have a blast and we can stay for hours! It is well worth it!!

Perfect place for a birthday party!!! Given the common play area, better book the entire place otherwise wont feel like your own party. You can bring your own food. Dont forget to wear some socks.. everyone needs to have them. Of course, you can buy them if you forget them; just like what I did.

Theres a great play structure for kids. Our toddler is pretty much capable of playing by himself, especially if its not a busy time of day with a lot of older kids. They also have a smaller three and under area which is complete with a mini ball pit and slide. One downside is that you cant leave and come back for lunch for example. However, they do allow snacks and also have a cafe with sandwiches and panini.

I really enjoyed taking my little one here. I like everything about this place. The staff are friendly & attentive. They pay special attention to keeping the place as clean as possible. I like that they have a lot of home made, real food snacks that are reasonably priced. My son loves playing on the play equipment & I love that parents are allowed on the play equipment as well. Also the seating areas for parents are comfortable. They offer memberships and so many other perks. This will definitely be a part of our weekend routine from now on.

Worst customer service ever. They do not listen to anyone.. stay away from this terrible place. It’s very dirty too! I don’t think anyone cleans up after the kids. And I swear I saw diarrhea rolling down the damn slide

We went to celebrate a birthday. At first thought it would be a great place for the kids to play. Many fans Blowing towards the entrance and made it feel decently cool. We found a place to sit on the side of the play gym. It was unbelievably hot where we sat. Watching the kids play we noticed all the children who were playing up top were sweat wet and extremely red in their faces. My friend downloaded an app to see what the indoor temp was and where we sat was 90°F. I could not even imagine how hot It was at the top of the play gym. Needless to say we spent maybe an hour there b4 we took our children home. Waste of money! Oh and they do not honor the deal that is on their website about the Monday deal (does not say on the website that it starts back up in September)

Great place to have a kids birthday party. They take care of everything. Just bring your own cake. The play area is ample and fun for the kids. Its all in one big room so you dont have to follow your child from room to room like at other similar places. Their cafe sells snacks, drinks, and sandwiches. Very friendly staff. Please remember to tip your assigned hosts. Recommended.

Had higher hopes for the facility than what we experienced.We expected a larger crowd due to the holiday but it also made for an unsanitary experience. The food areas line the outside of the play areas and we spent the entire time stepping on food and picking out food from the toddler play area.If you come with smaller children I would recommend a designated time or to come early before the crowds. Personally with a smaller child we enjoy the playground facility in the Grossmont center, much more for toddlers to do.We left after only 30 minutes of play due to the lack of supervision of other children. The toddler area had been over run with older children despite reminding them the area was 3 and under.There were parents everywhere on their phones and not paying attention.I would recommend this place for older children who dont mind a dirty facility.

The kids have a blast here! Come on an early weekday if you have littles ones- its less crowded and less older kids so theyre run over less. My little always leaves worn out and happy. Price is a little steep but worth it for a once in a while thing.

I love taking my kid here. She gets all that energy out, and I can sit and relax and not worry about watching her like a hawk or any creepy people hanging around. Its super affordable and my kid LOVES coming here.

Funbelievable used to be top notch. Over time theyve progressively gone down hill. They are consistently closed to the public on the weekends except for random and short hours. They really only care about making money on private parties then they do open play. They update their website last minute which is extremely inconvenient for those of us that come from other cities. The cleanliness has declined. The staff that work there are all really nice, thats a definite plus. The management needs to review there policy on hours and closures.

The play area was cool because they let grown ups go in there. It was really fun and spacious. The only thing we didnt like were 2 employees were a bit rude. My husband ordered 1 drink and they made him wait 10 min until his number was called for a simple drink. He went to ask when it would be ready and she said when she is done making it. Another 5 min. Go by and they switched employees so he thought they forgot and asked again and she said well you have 9 people in front of you so I havent even made it yet. Like it doesnt take that long to poor a drink. And the way they answered us was rude and lazy. It just brings you down when your not treated nicely at a place like that. When the people are rude you just dont want to come back. We will see of we ever come back here. Its no more special then an out door play ground. Maybe on a rainy day.

Great place for young kids to blow off steam.

Kids will have a blast. They can burn off a lot of energy. Now if you have little ones who want to go down the slide but needs help getting to the top, you will end up being the one getting a workout.

Love it for my one year old. They have a designated place for toddlers and also go up in the big playplace. Theres a lot to do which is great! It was a little hard to find since its a warehouse address and parking but overall pretty happy I found it and not so many kids so It was perfect the last hour to be with my kid and explore with him.

We came here to get away from the heat and and have some fun, but the place was hot and humid... then more than 20 minutes before closing at 6pm, they turned off the only ceiling fan. Geez, talk about treating your customers like animals. How about leave the only fan on and just announce its closing time like were humans? And that announcement I mentioned, weve had 3 since Ive started this review, each one more annoying than the last. Boo!

Great place for little kids to have a great time and get out a TON of energy. The staff is very friendly and they do an amazing job constantly cleaning and caring for children. When I went a small boy fell and started crying, a staff member was there within a few seconds to make sure the kid was ok, which he was.

Extremely rude and racist staff. While standing RIGHT in front of a staff member I asked for the Wi-Fi password. I asked how to spell it and instead of telling me, TWO different staff pointed 20 feet across the room to a size 14 font sign on the wall! When I rightfully expressed my disbelief, calmly anks quietly, I was threatened with being kicked out. I was literally the ONLY black person there !

My son loves coming here. His eyes just light up when we walk in the door. I absolutely love the large toddler area. So much to do for the little ones. And the recent renovations are superb! A lot of great improvements. The higher sides on the toddler area are fantastic. I like that there are comfortable places for parents to sit. And the snack bar is great. And a huge thanks for Toddler Tuesdays. They are awesome.

Such a fun place!! There is a little baby area and a big kids area and the parents can even go on the play structure! Such a blast for the whole family and good exercise and entertainment!! They ahve such good sandwiches and smacks. My favorite is their paninis.

Great place for indoor fun with lots of activities! Adults are free and can climb up the equipment with your kids without having to be 4 ft to fit through. Theres a sports area, ball pits, swings, slides and more. Best of all, the place looks clean and not like a germ pool.Lots of seating around the perimeter and a small cafe. Food is good and made to order, though its slow due to minimal staff. If thats a worry then they still allow outside food and drink.

Its a great idea! The stuff they had was fun. I brought my one year old and he loved the toddler area with the pool filled with plastic balls. The receptionist in the front was nice.The floors werent super clean, I saw crumbs, a dirty bandaid, chip bags, etc which is not very exciting when you have a baby crawling all over the place. Its actually the parents job to make sure their kids arent eating in the play area, so I wasnt going to complain. But when I was about to leave I used the restroom. The trash cans were overflowing with dirty diapers and there was paper on the floor. It also smelled but that can happen with dirty diapers. I looked at the bathroom cleaning sign off sheet on the back of the door and it hadnt been signed off all day, and it was almost 4pm. For that reason I gave it 3 stars.

Very laid back for all families and children. Staff are prompt on cleaning; Also serve food and drinks. The only complaint is, staff do not really monitor the small children area so my son almost got hit by other children obviously older than 3. So that was little disappointing.

If you are looking for a kids activity during a hot day this place is great. They have a awesome play structure inside where they have AC and its away form the sun. The kids could play all day going down the slides or playing with the obstacles inside the structure. They do sale food there and have wifi for when you want to check those emails, dont forget your socks but if you do they sale them there

Lots of fun things for the kids to do and Im a plus-size mom and I can even go up the entire jungle gym and go down the slide lot of fun!

The equipment is well-kept and clean. The staff is friendly. The food was a little bit expensive for the quality, but they allow food/drinks from home (as long as it isnt fast food). Although it can get loud when theres a big crowd, the temperature is kept at a comfortable level. I highly recommend Funbelievable.

Fun place for the 3+ yearolds to run around, although there are bigger kids running around also, so I have seen little ones get knocked over. It is easy to see your kids playing on the structures too. The workers here are nice, they clean a lot, and they enforce the rules.

So anyone last minute can book at this place for a party. I find it horrible that they turn down business from the public! I think they should have a deadline on when people can book a party. Or at least put it up on the website. I came once before n I was thinking about doing a membership, but nope that’s out the window now. Since they don’t know how to conduct business!

My child always has a blast here, and honestly, so do I. It can get pretty crowded at times, but with such a fun place to be, I cant be too upset by it. The café food is also really good, if you dont want to pack snacks.
