My 5 yr old daughter had a great birthday party our hostess was friendly and helpful

The staff wasnt the problem the were really nice. It needs a MAJOR UPDATE. From the carpet to fixing the few games they do still have. My kids still had fun but I probably wont be back.

A close and fun place to take the kids. I like the all u can play. The kids stayed busy.The ticket counters were a pain but once got to one that worked, was able to run 1000 tickets through it in about 5 mins.

Had my daughters 7th birthday party here Saturday. She had a great time. The party options accommodate all budgets and even only being able to do the cheapest everyone was happy and entertained. The young girl helping us was phenomenal! She made our day! Chuck E. Cheese was also great! He took pictures with all the kids and even did one in my daughters photo frame and another with unicorn glasses.

Ronny was THE BEST he really helped out with the scetch book printer when it ran out of paper

As soon as we walked in the door a man came up to my daughter without even saying a word and put a temp gun to her forehead. Umm... rude! Teach your employees to announce or ask permission before they take action!

After two days of rain we decided that Chuck E Cheese would be just the ticket to burn off some energy of a three year old - it worked - it was clean - all games were in good working order - salad bar looked great - we went online and found discount tickets and food coupons - staff was friendly - family had a good time - pizza could of been better - but good experience.

The pizza is very good, I loved how chucky cheese came and danced with the kids and also came to sing happy birthday at our table. I wish the kids could get more for there tickets and the games kept breaking down but, the staff would try there best to help.

I love going here and I plan on having my birthday party on 12/27/2020. Also everytime I go I receive very good service.

Manager was friendly, store was clean, a little more busy than i thought it would be considering it was late in the evening on a school night & still never a wait for anything. & the young lady working the prize counter when we were leaving def went above & beyond for my little girl!! She was a few tickets shy of having enough for a little wind up chuck e & it was the only thing she asked for & the young lady, bless her, she gave it to her anyways but told her it would be the only thing she could get. My daughter told her that was ok & thanked her, & the young lady gave her a couple suckers as well, making my littlegirl over the moon happy.Cant wait to take her again soon!!

Its loads of fun especially for lil ones my daughter had a blast

Love the purchase of minutes instead of tokens. Little guy could ride every mechanical ride he wants over and over without going broke! Would like to see a better quality salad bar- especially for almost $9. Who doesnt love Chucky??!!

We were really happy with the prices. $11 or a half our of play time was great for our 5 year old she had so much fun. We will be back.

Why does it always smells like feet whenever I go to a Chuck E. Cheese?

Never saw anyone come and disinfect any area in the place the 3.5 hours there.

My local chuck e cheese was fun and I contacted you guys for some new games, some more rides, and add some stuff for the menu like chuck e with his arms wide open and on top of the menu chuck e with his thumb up. I 0/10 recommended gøing here they didn’t let me fulfill my dream of taking a picture and being best friends with the rat. it has always been my dream to be the rat and this place crushed my dreams. the rat is my idol i know this sounds crazy but it’s true, my spirt animal is a rat and they didn’t want to let me take a picture with him. shame on this place.

My family and I took the kids yesterday (June 22, 2019) and it was by far one of the best experiences we’ve had here. Jacob from the game room was a breath of fresh air amidst all the chaos (they were packed). He was friendly and quick to help the parents and children when needed. Definitely made a good impression representing Chuck E Cheese. Thank you! We will be back soon!

Very little to keep kids happy

We went on Sunday, August 25, 2019. It was packed. My daughter who is 5 years old really wanted to go. She had a blast!!! She did start crying though when Chuck E. Was walking around. The staff was so helpful and so attentive and helped when she started balling her eyes out. I give the staff there 10 stars!!!! They went above and beyond to make my daughter happy. Love it there!!! Thank you very much Lakeland store for making our experience a great one!!!!! We will definitely be back! Thank you!!!

Kids had a great time. However, the games were all running out of tickets and the redemption ticket machine was broken and the other had 4 sides, of which 2 sides were broken. They definitely need more staff on hand.

The pizza is always fresh and delicious. However they should really consider replacing the carpet or put different flooring that is easier to keep up with. It smells so bad when you walk in and I know it’s that dirty carpet. I kneeled down to use the ticket muncher and my pants were stained black. A lot of the games are broken and will not work properly and do not give out the tickets you win. Chuck E never came out and my son kept waiting every time the screens showed he was coming out in minutes. My son still loves coming here but I really prefer not too unless this place does something with the smell and carpet.

Theyve done a great done that last few birthdays weve been to, staff is great and food is better than the normal food at places like this.

Tricking people on doordash by saying they are “pasqually’s pizza” plain dishonesty.

Chuck-E-Cheeses a lot better than it used to be they they service to the machines are a lot better their food is a lot better than bathroom is a lot cleaner and I love that they have a salad bar and then also have fruit on it

Half of the games didnt work. Ones that worked some didnt give tickets. Employees were too busy with each other to help. Employees that were doing the prize counter, were ripping kids off. If daughter wasnt at counter with her younger child, they would have been ripped off 90 points, employee told child they were done. Out of 6 machines that cash out tickets, only 2 worked. 2 rating is being generous

I just went the other day. Im an adult and this place is so much fun. It could be called Dave N Busters Lite. Its mainly for kids, but its entertaining for adults as well. A truly enjoyable place that is decently priced.

Family friendly, helpful staff and very clean also it was very busy but the other customers and kids were nice as well. I will definitely visit here again.

This is a great place for kids- good amount of games and prizes to choose from- Chucky himself will come out from time to time and dance with your little ones- food is good, I would definitely try the pizza there.

We had a birthday party for my granddaughter there. We couldnt afford the party package where they take care of everything but we bought a couple pizzas and drinks for the kids and a play pass and everyone had a blast. My granddaughter loved Chuck E. Cheese and really loved the songs and dancing! Great place for a 3 year old party!

We had missed Chucky Cheese and I told the manager that it was the young ladys birthday and if he could come out and do something with her. Great experience for my 5 year old son he loved it. The issues we had was even though we had 3 hours we were rushed the entire time. The food arrived late and some of it cold. Our party planner was nice but wish the overall system was better organized. My son said it was the best day ever so I guess it was worth it.

There are not many machines to play, more to ride on. The food was terrible and I had to wait more than a half an hour for it to arrive. I definitely would not have ordered food if Id known it wouldnt be ready until after we were already done playing (got the half hour unlimited package).

Some of the employees were really nice. Others just look like they didnt want to be there or do their job. But at least my kids had fun and that was the only reason I was there.

The arcade is smaller than other stores Ive visited. They only had four token redemption machines working, which caused a constant line.I think that the unlimited play card is a neat concept, but the length of play for each game is shorter vs the old token system. Its a good value if you have a couple kids going at the same time to play in the arcade.

We visited this place on September 12 @ 7:00 PM. We were able to just walk in. No one was @ the booth to stamp our hands. The two young ladies who were working @ the counter were busy on their cell phones and told each other to come and help us. The lady who took my order was rude and annoyed. My son was able to run out the fire exit. This was the worst Chuckee Cheeses I have been to. I will never take my kids there again. We will definitely drive to Orlando. The food was disgusting, the guy who brought the food out was rude. Place was just horrible....

It was really gross and grimy, 4 or 5 of the games didnt even work. The highest scores on most of the of the games only gave 25 tickets max and to get just a Tootsie roll, most of the games only gave you 1 or 2, so to be able to get any of the higher ticket items you would have to spend countless hours and dollars. I would not recommend going.

Not like it used to be thats why I left 4 stars... But still fun.

Downsized, no playground. Unlimited games yes, overcrowded though your toddlers favorite game is probably occupied .

Celebrated two of my daughters birthdays here last week with the mega super star package. Brought our own ice cream cake and they put it in the fridge, so it melted. The girls didnt get to really participate in the birthday singing part off the celebration due to this. You would think another cake would have been brought out for this at that time due to the cake we brought melting. They did take off one of the kids fees, and the fee for the extra pizza we ordered. The manager offered us an ice cream cake to take home, but the hostess only brought is a small vanilla cake instead which I didnt notice until we arrived home.

Went for the birthday party of a friends daughter and half of the games were off and half of the ticket counting machines were out of order. The staff member that was the hostess for her party was absolutely great though, she was energetic and smiley and tended to everyones needs perfectly.

It was decent, my family & I had a good ol time for about 75 bucks we got 4 drinks, wings, a pie half cheese half pepperoni, unlimited salad & a card that was unlimited for 2 hours. We altogether won a little over 1500 tickets & won quite a few prizes

Great for little kids. Pizza is worse than the cheapest frozen pizza from the grocery store. Take the bank with ya cause gets expensive quick.

I have brought the kids here numerous times over the years with no issues . Today however we ran into our first problem, apparently the play cards can only be paused once. No one has ever said that before. So beware don’t pause to use the restroom and then try to pause for lunch! Manager on duty was unwilling to do anything. Not only did he lose time eating he also lost time waiting for the manager!

Im 30 and still enjoy this place. my Godson and loves it great service the salad bar needed more attention in timely manner but over all great experience

We go here pretty regularly. The food is surprisingly good but the restrooms are always dirty.

Chuckie cheese is fun but some of the machines need maintenance/cleanings and the team working during the day needs to be more actively picking up after guests that have left their trays and food on tables so that other families can enjoy a cleaner environment. Other than that kids are kids and they love to play at this location.

No one was standing at the door walked in or when we were getting ready to leave. We had a child with us and it really worried us that no one was standing there making sure no kids are being taken out. Totally voids the kids safe check feel of Chuck E Cheese.

Cute place. Kids love it parents tolerate it. Bring extra coins for tokens. I was approached no less then 5 times from strangers children asking me for tokens or money for more play time. Where are thier parents and why do they allow the children to solicit strangers? Food is for childrens taste buds

Its our 1st time in these location we are disppointed in lunch buffet because its not presentable you have to wait a lil bit longer so you have to let them know then they can serve pizza fresh from the oven which is good but theres nothing to choose from! My daughter had fun! Xavier was there to help to make our kid happy and satisfied to rides and get tickets! He did great delivering customer service to us!

Awesome time, kids loved it. Basically a job, get as many tickets as you can. Trade them for cheap toys, trinkets. Kids didnt care they just had fun. Plan on spending $35-$40 per kid plus extras, dipping dots, cotton candy...bathrooms need some love, big time

This place is amazing with all the games and prizes I really love it.

It was clean and even though it was busy we didnt have to wait long in line. We got a coupon on there website and were able to use it with no problem by just showing my phone. I only wish they would bring back the tokens!

This place is a zero star. The bathrooms are dirty,machines dont work at all or properly. I expected when I spent money here to be there more than 20min but I didnt.The employees instead of talking they should make sure what works and what doesnt before we spend money there for no reason at all. My child loves Chuckie Cheese and she didnt even want to be there.

Its a small place but more friendly than Brandon. We changed location because when you go to a place where kids can be a kid but have to have a police officer all the time, its not friendly. Been to this one in lakeland 2x now and no problem. My grandson has fun.
