I love this place! I don’t care at all about the virus mass hysteria I just want to see a good movie again so I appreciate the staff and their just being here!

This is a very nice movie theater, love the reclining leather seats and the room you get to watch the movie. Concession prices are a bit much as they are practically everywhere. The area was so/so. Parking was fine it was nice to see security around but it just shows you the area is so/so. But all in all we enjoyed the movie.

I was going to give it 4 stars but Im here now and they say they block seats next to you due to covid and the social distancing which is cool but then ppl sit where they want and no one from the staff checks to see if protocol is being followed. The seats and theatre are clean and the staff is friendly they need to walk around d and make sure protocol is followed and ppl are seating where they are supposed to.

My hubby and I absolutely love this movie theater! Compared to other theaters available to us in Lakeland this is the best hands down. They have comfy & spacious, reclining seats, they have a food tray that swings in front of you. You have the option to order all kinds of food. Also, when you purchase tickets, you select the seat you want!! I havent even gotten to the best part. They have a bar!Not only, if you join their movie club ($8/mo) COMPLETELY WORTH IT.You get 1 free movie every month. If you dont use your ticket, it rolls other to the next mo. No online fees when you purchase tickets through the app or online.You receive 20% off concessions, and even when you scan your acct QR code, you rack up points that you can redeem for cool things, like another ticket or merchandise, or coupons off concessions.This so worth having. If you dont, youre missing out!

We love coming here because of the reclining chairs in the amount of space so that you feel comfortable watching your favorite movie. Other theaters have you squeezed in like sardines but not here.

I dont go to the movies often, so I hadnt been here before. I was very impressed with the theater and will be back! The seats (recliners) were very comfortable, and spread out enough that you had tons of space. I loved the option to reserve the seats using a seating chart online, so there was no stress of needing to get there super early. The popcorn was also good, and a pretty good value. We didnt want to get up to get the refill so we got it on the way out and ate it at home over the next few days. I was also impressed with the price point of this theater, compared to others in town. This was a few dollars less per person, and a much better value considering the quality of the experience

Always a fun time! Love their movie club that gives us a movie ticket credit each month. And discounts at concession! Has been very clean each time we go and their seats are so comfy! Even for larger people! Bonus!

Ive been coming to this movie theater for a few years. Its a huge upgrade from the old Lakeland Movie theater! Nice chairs. Pretty clean theaters normally. The staff is really friendly. Popcorn is always hot. Its a little pricey on everything but thats typical of nice movie theaters now. They have a full bar!! Can order drinks if you like. Hard liquor and beer. The XD theater is the best!

I love this place! Joined the club, 20% off food and drinks, and earn points! The seats are comfortable for the shortest to the tallest in our family. No more greasy clothes (thanks to the built in tray tables), I can get in and out without anyone adjusting! Shout out to David who works concession!

This rating is based on XL theater where the seats recline all the way and you are basically laying down on a bed watching a recently released movie. Even though it is a bit more money but I think the extra comfy seats with the added personal space is quite worth compared to having to share an arm rest. Definitely worth a visit.

On March 2, 2020 I requested to speak with manager, Ms Gonzalez at the Lakeland, FL location. My problem was that I had purchased two tickets to see opera Aggripina on February 29, 2020. I was unable to attend because my mom had a medical emergency...once I explained what happened, Ms Gonzalez was very pleasant and understanding and agreed to honor my tickets for a later date. I was very appreciative and grateful to Ms Gonzalez. She treated me like an important customer and will never forget her kindness. Thank you Ms Gonzalez

Great movie theater. Seats are very comfortable with little table to put your food and drinks. I like buying ticket with their mobile app, so I see if the theater will be crowded.

Hmmm. Prices are pretty expensive and so is the concession. Picking out seats was a hassle but I get why they do it. The seats and screen and location is all up to date and inviting. The seats that recline are amazing! I literally almost slept trying to watch the movie because the seats were so comfortable. It has a full liquor bar which is different from any movie theater Ive been too. With the exception of the movie tickets and concession price, this was a really nice theater with some convenient differences then other theaters. Also, the bathrooms were very clean and well maintained.

Knives Out, GREAT movie. Lots of twists and turns. Cinemark is a great! Comfy lounger and ckean. Personnel were helpful and kind. Very well mannered. Def going back again!

Awesome theater here. Reclining seats for all! Lots of handi-capable access. Wine. IMAX(one) theater is amazing. Great snack selection. Even a user friendly app! This theater has you reserve seats upfront, which I like. Free refills on large popcorn and soda. A+

We saw a movie where you have to select your seat. We ordered the tickets online which charge a $2+ service fee, so 2 tickets at almost $12 each. This cost total for 2 adults was almost $28 to go see a movie. Now to me this is too expensive. The reason I gave 5 stars is the theater was clean and they had tge reclining seats. They are so comfortable that a guy behind us fell asleep and started to snore so loud that he woke himself up. We did not get any food or drinks because I think that is price gouging for what they ask for us to pay.

We live on the south side of Lakeland and we always book our movies with this north side Cinemark. We love this theater and we see all our movies here. I use the Cinemark app often to pre purchase my seats for a certain show and I have had no problems once I get there. Love this theater!!

Love their seating very clean and very well taken care of. Always pricey concession stand. Three boxes of candy and a large drink almost $17. But overall enjoy the experience

Wow, as a Movie fan I got to enjoy a $5 movie on Tuesday. The best thing about Cinemark is the seating. There are lounge chairs to kick back in with a little swing out table all to myself and a drink cup too. Its Its like being in home theater seating with all the benefits of the big screen! This is my favorite place to go to the movies!!

Loved the reserved seating, got the best seats in the theatre. Also loved recliner seats! Very comfortable, like watching a movie in your own home.

Theatre has reclining leather seats with a table that swings out. You can get nachos, pizza, popcorn, as well as an assortment of drinks at this theatre. Each theatre has limited seating due to the reclining seats. Which results in a slightly higher ticket cost. However its a great theatre and I love each visit.

I found my new hang out spot, the movies, feels like home just a way bigger room, better surround sound and reclining seats that are extremely comfortable.

The last two times in the last month ( October 2019), this place is a joke. The employees are mean looking. And look like they don’t want to be there. Speaking of employees there’s like only one person there having to do everything. They offer all this stuff at the concession stand but never “have any left”. Not going there anymore lol!

I love this movie theatre. They’ve done a great job at improving and renovating to keep it modern and clean. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the screens/auditoriums are great.PLUS! If you haven’t heard, Cinemark does $5 movies on Tuesdays, all day, just like the Cobb! Great deal!Word of advice: go before your movie is about to start. Every auditorium has reclining seats, which is great, except you have to choose your specific seat before the show. If you show up 2 minutes before your movie starts, you’re probably going to be sitting in the front two rows.

I can see why people sneak snacks into the movies. The prices of their snacks/food/drinks is OUTRAGEOUS!!!! Ill be bringing my own from now on too. I like the recliner chairs.

I would go here again with no hesitation. Clean place up to date facility that it looks brand new. No long lines for tickets or getting food. Seems very efficient. Stadium seating on three tiers. Up by the screen you drop several steps below the entry level height of the floor. The entry level you come in on is for Wheelchairs and other handicap accessible features. The rest is stadium seating and goes up. Has the power reclining chairs. very nice! I didnt use it but there is a nice, clean looking and slightly upscale seating arrangement like you would find in an airport for sitting down and eating. Dont know what the selection of food is like because I didnt try it. Bathroom facilities for the men were very clean. Enjoy!

Make sure you arrive early enough to deal with their ticket kiosks not working and no box office open if you decide to see a midday show. No one who worked there seemed to know what was going on. It took us about 20 minutes to actually have tickets in hand from the time we walked up to the 1st broken kiosk to when a worker brought us the right tickets because the 3rd broken kiosk printed the wrong ones (it seemed to have been broken for a while based on the wad of tickets he had to sift through to find ours). Also, the food in their self serve area wasnt very hot (with no one to be found to actually get hot food). I did like the actual theater though. The seats were very comfy and the picture/sound quality was great. The service (or lack thereof) needs some major work though. I know midday isnt exactly a peak time, but theres no excuse for the level of incompetence we experienced.

This is the theater to watch movies in. I go out of my way (past two other theaters) for opening night movies. The reserved seating is the best option, and I believe that every theater should have that option. The seats are comfortable and you arent packed in tightly with others.

Our favorite place to catch a flick. Comfy recliners, assigned seating, and we like being able to get our own butter so we can control the amount that goes on our popcorn. Plus getting there a bit early, we like to have an adult beverage before the movie.

This theater is awesome. The reclinable seats are super comfy. The XD theater is really awesome. They have a pretty awesome moviepass. You can purchase tickets online and reserve your seats and then walk right up to the usher and show them the reservation on your phone and they will print your tickets right there. They have discounted pricing on Tuesday if Im not wrong.

We always have a very pleasant experience. Last night was an exception. We purchased tickets to a special event to be streamed live. WHO USES SATELLITE? Why would you do that? ESPECIALLY being in Florida in the summer time. Thats right, we got rained out. Your manager on duty (name starts with a C) was very kind and accommodating. She took care of everyone. One person that also stood out, Danielle, your cashier at the concession stand. She is ALWAYS amazing. Please give these ladies something for their spectacular Customer Service skills. IN the 80s and 90s we could pay-per-view and it wasnt satellite. I strongly urge you to use this technology. 15 dollar a ticket, you really got caught with your pants around your ankles this time.

Best cinema in the area! Reserved seats, sell food and the XD is amazing. It does get crowded so arrive early on opening nights.

Great place to watch a movie easy in an out just be careful of using the cup holders. They seem to always have something in them or they are just plain sticky. The seats are pretty comfortable. I think it would be cool if the end seat turned in tho so your head isnt turn the whole movie.

The theater is nice but they showed 30 mins of previews before the movie.. Way to long. I have my popcorn eat before the movie ever start.. I think 10 mins is long enough.

I really love this place. Its very nice and the staff is polite. But this place would be absolutely perfect if the had a recycling bin. Im not a tree hugger but I still feel guilty knowing every little bit can make a difference and I didnt make it. If they put recycling bins then I will give this place 5 stars.

The best movie theatre I have ever been to. Easy to reserve seats online and pick up tickets with your confirmation number. They serve wine, beer, and cocktails alongside the other movie theatre goodies. The wine and beer are reasonably priced. Around 5 dollars for beer, which is close to normal restaurant prices. The seats are comfortable enough to sleep in. They recline, and have a well placed tray tray that holds your drinks and food. The sound quality is insanely good and the visual is even better. I drove 30 minutes to get here. I have another movie theater around 5 minutes away from my home. From now on I am driving the extra 25 minutes.

Updated review: after reading some of the 1 & 2 stars reviews and cant understand why?!I always check reviewer other reviews to see if they only rate when they had bad experience and 4 out of 5 only have a few reviews and all low...I review alot of places usually if they are excellent or poor cause thats what sticks out so with that being said, Ive never had a bad experience here...always clean and friendly helpful staff...prices to me arent higher, actually its cheaper for me here than at the Cobb. Its 10.25 for evening 2d movies here but 12 bucks @ cobb... so for recliners & reserved seating and cheaper prices go to cinemark...I usually never go on Friday or Saturday cause Im not a big fan of crowds.

Of the current theaters in Lakeland, this is the newest. This certainly has advantages, as the seats are comfortable and it just feels nice overall. The reserved style seats are usually a benefit. The only real disadvantage for some is the location. Pricing is standard for the area, but isnt cheap. Overall, its probably my favorite theater, but Cobb is more central and in a better mall.

Was looking for a place to spend time at.

My daughter and I visited Cimemark for the first time yesterday and we loved it! The theater was clean and not crowded at all, for it being a Saturday afternoon. Although our movie theater was almost full, we were able to reserve seats ahead of time. There werent any long lines in the bathrooms either, which is always a plus!I definitely recommend this place!

This is, hands down, the best theater in the area. Recliner seats are comfortable and spacious. Restrooms are clean. Food is good. Popcorn is great. Their app is one of the best. Buying tickets online is easy and there is reserved seating, definitely a plus. Alcohol can also be purchased on premises. Small video game area. Birthday parties are available.

This haw become my go-to movie theater. The pretzels are fantastic and the seats are comfy. IMO the XD versions of movies arent worth it but the movie club is a fantastic way to save money if you are a regular movie goer. If you use their app or the website youll save a good amount of time getting in the theater too.

We go here at least once a month. Love the reclining seats and there is really no bad seats. Most of the food is only so-so but they do have Pizza Hut and alcohol.

We were on vacation. This Cinema is in a mall close to our hotel. It was clean and had the leather reclining seats that are so awesome and comfortable. It was interesting that they were selling merchandise like t shirts where you but the tickets. And the concession area was different. It was like a buffet where you pay at the end. But they seem to have checks and balances for everything. And we had a great time.

Tonight I went to go see Madea Family Reunion which I rate a 4/5.Beautiful theater well kept together. Very popular theater I would say and there seating is very comfortable. Would recommend anyone to come also cheaper than the Cobb on the south side of town.

I came to fall in Love with this theatre. They always have good deals on tickets and popcorn. I love their movie club as well. I am disappointed that all morning shows are now gone and the earliest movie you can see is now after 11am. I used to love catching a movie early like at 9 or 9:30am with the kiddos. Bring back the early movie times.

First time ever going to this theater and mall and while its a small mall and theater I really enjoyed my time there. The theater has reclining seats through out the whole thing and the mall has a wide variety of stores and a decent food court. I would go back again to see another Studio Ghibli movie. ( they are going a Studio Ghibli movie-a-thon there and I saw Princess Mononoke)

I love this theatre. There is plenty to choose from in the concessions, the theaters are large, clean and well maintained. There is convenient handicap seating as well as special seats that move with the action on screen. The bathrooms are always clean and they also have a rewards program.

I drive past my local theater to come to this theater. Recliners for every seat and pricing isnt bad.

Theater seating with recliners, they keep everything clean and do a consistently good job. Cost more for snacks than for the tickets.

This place has the potential to be a great theater. But instead it falls short. The reclining seats are amazing and comfortable which is why I gave it 3 stars instead of 2 and the place is very clean. But I had to minus some stars for the basic fact of having to stand in line for over 15 minutes for concession and tickets. Not for lack of employees because I counted 7 only 2 were actually working. Where you buy tickets was closed so you has to pay for tickets and concession in the same line which only had 1 person. The popcorn also tasted like it was popped in the morning. For the price of the popcorn you think out would be fresh. Not the first time this has happened but it will be the last. The extra 10 minute drive to the Cobb will have to work until this place figures it all out.

I love watching movies here. The fact that I can easily get my tickets via movie club app and get 20% off at the concession stand makes my life easy. Not only that, you can pick and assign your own seats, which are very soft motorized seats that are recliners. Man it’s like being in my living room with a gigantic tv.

Get there and dont pick A or B section even though the seats recline not the best view

Good but very expensive. Thought volume was too loud. I lost enough hearing while I was in the service. I dont need to lose any more watching a movie.

I really like the assigned seating in the theaters with the reclining chairs. I feel that it helps eliminate trying to find a spot for everyone to sit together. But, I advise that you buy your tickets in advanced to get good seats.
