Not only is school full of snobby teachers who are in it for the money, but the staff is really entitled and dont care for the students.About the students, ..... they are terrible.They are all so hellbent on creating drama with one another so bad to the point where they literally lie to get it, unbelievable. and there are a lot of students who go there that have been there since kindergarten and for some reason, it just gives them some sort of entitlement over new students who are just trying to learn at school. If you scroll lower to the other reviews you will see that all those five-star-reviews are kids who have been there since kindergarten.those were the kids I talked about.

Hey this is Mariah I go there Ms Bryant is terrible and I love my magers but math no I hate the rocahes in my food and in the bathroom I do not think that Mrs Ward is bad but where the other Principal like she does not be there and also get a new librarian if its always gonna be closed stop the kids from bulllying and how do you give this school 0 stars? Anyone I would not recommend this cool to anyone! period More Like rocah Chelle cause they live there.

I love this school! Im in 7th grade, been here since kindergarten. I know it once had a bad reputation, with the roach infestation, and Mrs. Adams (the old drama teacher, now gone) being a child abuser, but RSA has really turned around since our new principal, Mrs. Ward, came here. The roaches were exterminated, the arts programs have improved significantly, Mrs. Adams was arrested and jailed about 5 years ago, and the school in general has gotten better. Its by no means perfect; some of the classes can be a bit overwhelming at times, and some of the students can be a bit thick-headed. However, its still a great school, and I highly recommend it for anyone considering it! :)

This is my 7th year going to Rochelle and its also my 1st ever school I went to. Ive never left and never will because its a great learning environment and has great arts and I currently rake band and the band director Mr.Bryant is awesome. The teachers Ive been with are great so far. And I know youll like it here. They do their best give us a good education and a god experience with the arts. And they have an wide variety of cool and amazing electives for the M.S. kids.

Many performances and after school activities for all the kids, from theater, to music, dance, band, orchestra. They even have some sports programs as well as robotics and chess clubs. Many great improvements since Mrs Ward became principal 3 yes ago. The roaches in cafe were taken care of and the cafe recd a complete makeover during the summer (2017) along with new tables, paint and larger capacity fridge/freezer. If you join the PTA and become involved at school thru volunteering your childs and your experiences will increase tenfold for you as well as the school..

Worst school ever! Horrible Administration, Horrible teachers! They are not there to care for or teach our kids. But definitely seems like the are in the business for belittling, degrading, and trying to make it hard for our kids to progress and prosper. Instead of their goals being to help kids learn and succeed they are about seeing how petty and disrespectful to our kids that they can be. They definitely are not a school who cares about kids of color. As long as they can keep them out of school by suspending them or making the kids so aggravated and annoyed that they hate going to school makes it easier for them to not have to deal with them. Horrible place for a child to have to be especially when the staff is so rude and could care less.

Ill always have this school in my heart. This school has always been welcoming to students and the teachers have always been nice.

I’ve attended this school since kindergarten. I’ve made my best friends here and I love majors it’s fun here and I’m happy here.

I went to this school for 7th grade, and I’m most likely going back for 8th as well. Don’t listen to the people about roach infestation, bc I went there for the 2017-2018 school hear and only saw about three roaches. Most of the teachers care about your learning, but miss Angela (miss Gonsolves) is THE best! Some of the teachers though only care about the punishing system, which was not a problem for me, but some of my friends had different teachers. The busses are not so good. Some of the drivers will give you a refferal just for laughing, and they will constantly have their eyes off of the road to try to carb people and get them in trouble... I also wish we would have the choice to have a study hall or homework class instead of so many electives. I have 4 electives... oh yeah, also the cussing. The teachers don’t seem to notice, but my advice is not to let it temp you. The school is fine, just don’t get on the teachers or staffs bad side.

Our kindergartner had the best experience at Rochelle SOTA. The principal is top-notch and sincerely cares about the students and the future of RSOTA. If you have the opportunity to send your child to this school, definitely do it. Students enjoy PE every single day, art and theater every week, unlike other public schools in Lakeland. . My son enjoyed his time and made strides learning to read and basic math in kindergarten. He LOVED his teacher, and that motivated him as well. Great school!

Rochelle is an amazing school. The staff really care about the education and well being of their children. So glad my daughter is able to be a part of it.

My art teacher should not go to this school because there are roaches and it is very gross and she got a roach diesease help my teacher and don’t leave MRS.bonadies

We have attended this school three years. The staff is not concerned with the well being of the students. Constsnt harassment along with a roach infeststion and teachers that hate children. Please dont put your child through this.
