Nice location downtown. We did The Final Kingdom & Asylum. The Final Kingdom is very cool. Lots of cool graphics and many rooms. Asylum wasn’t too scary but more eerie. The staff here was very nice to talk to and game masters definitely enjoy their jobs. We will definitely be back to check out more of their rooms.

Such a fun date night! We did the Coffee Cartel room and it was a challenge, but in a good way. We loved the puzzles and our game master was just helpful without giving things away. We have done many escape rooms and the locks in these were by far the smoothest to unlock. We will definitely be back!

We don’t visit Florida often, but when we do, we like trying out the escape rooms. We had 5 in our group, and did the Asylum room. Staff explained the rules perfectly and gave us some good clues to get us going. We were able to escape and it was so much fun! Highly recommend.

Was a great time. I have done close to 70 escape room and this is in the top of them. Shelby was an awesome game master. She was friendly and very helpful. One of the guys with us was a newbie and due to the awesome room and great game master, he now wants to do more.

Wonderful rooms and excellent pricing - they do not upcharge you for private party.I did three rooms within a week. If you like straining your brain on puzzles, definitely come here.I went back a second time to complete one of the rooms.In all, I had four different game masters, and I have to give it up for ....Zach! He was the most animated, interactive, and fun.4 instead of 5 because there is a bit of disorganization in their check-in and out process that could use improvement.

I went to the Lakeland Escape Room with a group for a team bonding activity and I had so much fun!!! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful and made our experience 10x better. We didn’t make it out of Asylum but had so much fun that we want to go back and finish. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a good time.

SO SO SO AWESOME. It is my second room here and it just gets better and better. The game master was amazing, from lights flashing to banging on the walls in scary moments. It seriously was a BLAST. Anyone looking for something fun to do in Lakeland should seriously check it out!

This was the first time I had done an escape room in a while and I can say it was a lot of fun. My friends and I did the Split room and it was definitely an experience. My group was lucky enough to get Candy and Katie as our game masters and they were very friendly and helpful in answering any questions we had. All around this was an amazing experience and I can say we are definitely going back.

Just left the Asylum with my husband. All we needed was the last key to escape We did work very well as a team Marcela was great We will be back with our super smart kids and next time we will get out (probably will try the cartel)

This Is my second year going to this escape room and it just gets better every time. I brought my mom this time and we did the room Split which was creepy and so cool. Our game master was Joe and he was absolutely amazing. He really interacted with us and helped us and explained the room perfectly. He was really funny and had an overall great personality. Bringing more of my family members back here to get a taste of this amazing place.

Fun! Fun! Fun! OMG... What a great first experience with an escape room adventure. First of all, Anna (the owner) was so friendly and helpful during my initial phone call. That already made me feel like we chose the right company. My sister, mom and I chose the Asylum and absolutely loved it! Joe was really awesome! He made it so fun, and scary! Okay, so we didnt finish in time, but we didnt care because we were trying to figure everything out for ourselves, and thats what it was all about for us. Well be talking about this for years to come!

Zach is literally the coolest game master ever. Man was hella nice and made it possible for me to actually escape. Super dope establishment would recommend.

We had a large group of 8 and they were very helpful with booking. The room was challenging and very clever with several puzzles we had never even imagined before. Francesca was our game guide and as nice as could be. Got out of Coffee Cartel with 47 seconds to spare. Highly recommend

OMG! So much fun!! So much harder than we expected but it was our first escape room. We’d do better on another try but what a blast!

A very fun experience. Staff are very friendly and professional.Myself and two of my best buddys went and did the easiest room: The Cinema. Word of advice is to work diligently on these puzzles utilizing members of your group the best you can. Above all though have fun with it!Very fairly priced. Paid about 30$ after taxes per person. Compare that to other places that have rates of about 50$.Finally be patient whenever the staff if setting up your room. Even the easiest room had a lot of components that need to be put back into place and reset.

We did the Asylum room and it was great. It was challenging but the perfect amount of clues made it possible and fun. Loved the story line and the puzzle was perfect as you went through the clues. Cant wait to do another!!

I absolutely loved this experience. I have done many escape rooms and Tiffany was the absolute best game master I have had at any facility. She was very energetic and personal. Will definitely be back to do more with her!

First room here was Split. Great play on story with lighting. For experienced players, its a solid level of difficulty and well themed. Game masters Christina and Noah were great with clues and generally pleasant to hang out with while we waited. Christina loves Stranger Things and the Office, so shes a good egg. Thanks Noah for the help in Split as well!

We did The Kingdom and from the very first clue we knew this was a mess. Not sure how long this has been running, but it is really worn down with holders not holding and words impossible to read. Of course cant go into specifics, but if you want a good logic escape room go elsewhere. This was a big disappointment.

Challenging, but our group of 6 had a blast! We booked the asylum & enjoyed every moment. I would highly recommend giving it a try whether its with your family, friends or co-workers. We all plan on returning for some more fun.

THIS WAS FREAKING AWESOME!!! I did a room alone (Coffee Cartel) and I was only 3 steps from finishing!! It was brilliantly designed. I had great help from the staff. This was a great experience. I will definitely come again when I am in town.

We had a great time! Ive done a ton of escape rooms with breakout and this was definitely of the same quality. We did cinema and barely escaped. More red herrings than I usually like in my games but the puzzles were well thought out and challenging. It is a little dim in the room so some of the older members of our team had trouble reading some things throughout the room, so something to consider. Our host Katie was great, and overall would highly recommend for friends and family or a team building exercise!

I visited this escape room with my friend in Lakeland for the first time back in October. My overall experience was great and I would definitely consider doing it again. We had a bit of trouble finding parking and because of that, we were 5 minutes late. We received two calls from them asking if we were on our way. When we came in, our game master seemed a little annoyed with our tardiness (which we both understand that that is our fault and we felt super bad for) and made the check in process a little awkward. We had booked the room privately to ourselves using a college student discount and enjoyed every minute of it. Ive been to a few escape rooms in the past, but Ive never experienced one that was so in depth with its puzzles and interacted with us in such a way I was kinda wishing we had more time to just take the experience in. I will definitely considering using this escape room for future outings with my friend. :)

Really great rooms, especially for a locally run business. A little more expensive compared to the others in the area, but fun nonetheless. We have one more room to go before we finish, and will be back to do it soon. Would love to see a discount or something for young kids like the others in town do.

There was no order to the clues and so it got really hard to keep going back and forth. We had to get bunch of clues and we escaped.

We came to the Escape Room for our company Christmas party. We had a blast! We laughed, we screamed, we lost but we will be back! What a great place for a unique experience.

This was my first time and after dragging my feet for so long my great friends got me to go. All though the Asylum room was a little scary once I got into it I did have a blast. Thanks for a great 1st time experience.

The Final Kingdom room was super fun and challenging. It wasn’t impossible and the puzzles took some good brain power! It made me use everything the room offered and it all made sense with the whole theme of the room! Loved it!! Kayleigh was our room host and she made the experience so immersive and let us really think about the room!!

We had a blast. We have completed 2 rooms and both were down to the wire. I love the puzzles and critical thinking needed to solve them. I would recommend this place to anyone. The staff were friendly on both of my visits and did great jobs.

Had so much fun here last Saturday night!We got the Asylum themed room. It was the groups first time.We used all of our clues and unfortunately didnt get out. There was definitely a spook factor present.Our game master was so charming! The other staff very friendly!I will definitely go again ans try the other themed rooms. Make sure to have a critical thinker in the bunch!

By far the best escape room in town/ever! My group did both a scary escape room (Asylum) and the coffee cartel room and couldnt have had a better experience! The time and effort put into these puzzles/rooms is evident and so creative! We will definitely be coming back!

Went and did 2 escape rooms one night. Both were awesome but rated 4 stars because we had a left over key in a room that apparently went to the winning box that was supposed to be locked but it was not. Overall great experience in all the 3 other rooms.

An awesome experience for our first time! We went as a group of three and had a blast. Our choice was Split for our Escape Room game and it was a good thriller. They do a great job with setting up the atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and seemed excited about being there creating a very positive experience. We will definitely return for our revenge on Gina!

I have done two of their rooms with friends, the coffee cartel and the cinema. I really liked the coffee cartel story line and also that it was exciting as you were finding clues with music in the background. The cinema was good for a bigger group but the story line was just ok and it was silent, I like the background music instead of running around in silence trying to find clues but it was still fun. I would definitely recommend! Staff is friendly and helpful and it is challenging!

Having never participated in an escape room before, I didnt know what to expect. Our group had a great time and found the room to be quite a challenge. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility seemed well managed and accommodating for our large group (we booked 2 rooms). Would definitely go again!

LOVED it! Ive done 16 escape rooms, and Lakeland Escape Room never disappoints. Themes are fresh and unique with good puzzles and plenty of surprises around each corner. My favorite is the Black Emeralds/Coffee Cartel! But if youre looking for thrills, you cant go wrong with Insane Asylum or Split!

This place is absolutely amazing! I had a great time in The Split it was pretty scary and made us feel like little girls in some occasions! I will be coming back soon to try another one!
