It was very difficult to understand each other because of mask usage.Enclosed photo is of the $4.99 house salad. On the menu theres an AYCE (All You Can Eat)Salad Bar.But because of this Virus, this is what I got!I asked the cashier if: I was able to get a few more things on my salad? Her reply: NO!I also asked: Croutons Crackers Something Her reply: NO!Even though my family enjoyed their time here, I didnt.
Do not go to the one in Woodbridge. Took my kids on Tuesday, the 21st, around 5pm.The manager is rude, she said her name was princess. I pointed out to her their website and the signs on their doors regarding masks all say something different. Well the princess put her hand up told me she wasnt going to entertain me and that I can call corporate. I understand everyone is worked up about the mask thing but the attitude was not necessary. And they arent even enforcing it as they should to justify her response. People were still walking around with masks on their chin. The cashier, Rosa also had an attitude with me and this is the first interaction with her. I asked if she could speak up a little because it was hard to hear her and her response, Yeah, I know and continued to speak at the same volume. I had to ask her to repeat herself several times as I am hard of hearing. Took longer than it should have to order. On top of that, this place is dirty. We had ants crawling on our food trays and drinks. We sat in a booth in the corner on the main side by the windows. When I noticed, I packed up our stuff in to-go boxes and moved to another table. I carried the bag with me but left the drinks on the edge of the new booth table. We came back to an ant crawling on the drink and another one making its way - granted it was much less then there were at the first table, but still disgusting. When I told the cashier, Rosa, she just nodded and walked off.I will upload pictures of the ants once I figure out how to. *figured out I have to add photos through the maps app.No one was standing by the door 90% of the time we were there. Not sure how often sanitizing and disingecting is scheduled but we didnt see any of that going on and there were quite a few families there at the same time.Dont waste your time or money here. Go to the one in Manassas. We went yesterday since we had left over tokens (would rather drive 40 minutes then to go back to woodbridge). Despite the rough morning they had with the power outage and broken window, the customer service from everyone was phenomenal. I saw the young man wiping down counters and the games I think every 30 minutes. Im not sure but it was frequently. The manager on duty, Suzanne, was very nice. And there was ALWAYS someone by the door.
First time going here since the reopening. It has gone to digital tickets that load to the card. The kid was not happy about that. He wanted to leave and go to our usual fairfax location. Part of the fun was seeing those tickets come out and seeing how many you got when you hit a jackpot. Oh well go with the times. I wish they showed you how many points you get better though. Blink and you missed it. It least at D&B it goes slowly so he lights up seeing the number go up and up on the machine. After 2 hours ended up with 688 points. Not bad, but again had no clue. Its nice not having a crowd but seriously people get back in there. It would be terrible if this or any other location closed because we are not going. Its like we have our own private Chuck E Cheese.
I was a bit weary about how they were able to control the us of the games and the distancing needed. I was impressed. We were so happy to see temperature checks, sanitation stations, closed games in between sets of the same machines and staff sanitizing the machines frequently. The pizza was amazing we always order a XL and a small personal because our youngest son hates toppings and loves plain cheese. Were treated as customers and not zombies. I am coming as frequently as we can. Thank you for providing our children a safe option while we get through these times.
They let all the best arcade games go nothing for adults I rather go all the way to Richmond highway
I only wrote thisbthis review cause it says the number of 666 reviews but its a really good place
So its chaos of course, but it seemed pretty controlled. It was clean, and the food was actually pretty good. The salad bar was legit, and the pizza was actually not bad. Staff was attentive and courteous and when my daughter accidentally spilled her FULL cup of soda on the floor, they cleaned it up within seconds. The most important thing was that all of our kids had a great time a d didnt want to leave.
Jessi is a very rude manager for this place, I have been to many other Chuck E. Cheese’s and they all have better hospitality and better employees, but especially Jessi we would ask him for help and he would just be on his phone. Smh what kind of management is this, we expect to have fun but they totally ruin the vibe of this place, Jessi really needs to work on his hospitality
My child and I were there for a birthday party. They had dedicated staff who did a great job attending to the guests. They take child security seriously. And bonus--it wasnt as crazy as other CEC locations Ive been to, with kids running into each other--maybe just a coincidence. I would come back.
The kids will always have the best time here. And this is a good enough reason for me to come here a lot. The place made with kids in mind and I can tell you that they are doing a good job. Bring the kids here. They will love it.
The staff is super professional and enthusiastic. Very impressive. The pizza is also good quality.
The renovation is great! The entire location is different in a great way. The stage is gone and so are the robotics, which is past due. However, the gross motor play area is gone and now the only physicality of the venue. The games are newer and much more engaging, for both adults and kids. The pay structure is really what makes it substantially better; you can now purchase an unlimited gaming experience for an allotted time period. Now there is no more worrying about spending credits on guilty pleasure ticket acquiring games.
Jacki our host was AMAZING!!! She mad sure my daughter had any and everything she needed for her special day. She even wrote her a personalized card. I will request her anytime we have another party there. Will definitely be back.
Anywhere my kids can just be them and have fun is the place to be!! Music, fun and games, doesnt get no better!
I like the new games and the pizza was amazing. It smells so much better since the renovation. We were there for a birthday party and had a great time. Only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because they charge way too many tickets for each little tiny prize
This place is still good for kids but you can get bored easily. There is some rude employees that dont even care. Service should improve
This place is either new, newly renovated or kept very clean. The food prices are outrageous, the pizza was actually pretty good. The kids had a good time and no rowdy adults were in sight.
We recently had our daughters birthday party here . And the kids had A blast. The pizza was really Good and the games were a lot of fun for the kids. My only 2 complaints are the goodie bags include the exact toys as the ones you get from redeeming tickets, so nothing really new in the bag. And my kids spent lots of time playing games to win tickets so they can have as many as they can to redeem them, only to find out there were no really cool and exciting options of toys to choose from. Add some play jewelry for girls and maybe hot wheels for boys, things like that.
The recent renovation helped spruce the place up and open up a dance floor for the kids to have fun on. They also got rid of that horrible tunnel maze kids used to go in. We had a birthday party there for our son and the staff are great. We recently went there for an event for sons school and a good amount of the arcade games were not working. We went kind of late so maybe thats the reason, overuse. Overall, great place for kids to have fun.
This is our local Chuck E Cheeses, Ive been to a few others and they are all fairly similar. This one is no different really. They seem to rotate the games often, theres always new stuff when we go, maybe every few months. I like the option to buy time instead of tokens. That was a great addition in my opinion. You can pay for 30 minutes and play as much as you want in that time, even pause the time if you want to take a break to eat.
Always a pleasure. 50 $$ for 100 play points, 1 large pizzas and 4 drinks. Kids happy and Im happy.
Not a bad location to take your child, especially considering they renovated it. It looks cleaner and better, though i was not too keen on the customer service i will give them another chance and hopefully besides their renovation it will all renovate their attitudes towards customers.
This location has been upgraded and it looks better than before its a little more kid friendly and clean. The one thing I dont appreciate is the attitude of the young ladies who work behind the desk, specially when giving out the prizes. Once you count the tickets and give them receipt they seem to have an issue with putting numbers on a calculator specially if they happen to have long acrylic nails, on a couple occasions they would have to start over again just because they counted the wrong points and in the end the kid get less points for the prizes. #thatsthetea
Foods good and your kids have fun spending time with their parents
Enjoyed coming here on Tuesdays since my kids are able to play with every single game.
My children love this place and so I do! The only reason why I’m giving it 3 stars is because every time we go my children en up sick.It would be nice if they had alcohol wipes to wipe down machine before use.Chuck E. Cheese please make this happen!
Took my 2 year old son there for the first time. He loved it. Chuck E Cheese is pretty much self operated so interaction with staff was limited until it was time to redeem tickets. Bathrooms were well maintained which is always a plus. Well be going back soon
Renovated in 2018. Great pizza, and salad bar. Great indoor play for toddlers and beyond.I noticed their pricing has gone so much. There is a pro and con to buying the card.I love the fact that kids cant leave the building with out the parent because they have a checking point.
I hadnt been to this place in over 30 years. It was somewhat the same, the only difference I saw was they served beer to adults. Although it is limited and requires manager approval to acquire, its still a fun place for children. Do not go if you are not in a position to pay a high dollar fee at the end. Children will love it. Unforgettable experience!
The updated games and token system makes the experience more enjoyable. Spaces were well maintained and staff were helpful.
Most of the games machines were broke. Found out after we paid. Smh

Theres nothing to complaint eventhough 5 stars seemed make up.Birthday party was simple to set up. Prior to the event, we were contacted (Ms. Natalie). All was taking by the hand from the starting to the end of the celebration. The team & host (Ms. Jacky ) were professional and approachable.
Its too expensive but the kids never get enough. The staff is friendly but dull. They need more excitment for each and every birthday celebration!!
My son loves that place and the pizza has improved
This place is good fun for kids of all ages and they keep people at the front door making sure people arent leaving with extra kids two thumbs up!
One of the nicest, cleanest Chuck E Cheeses in the NOVA area. The Birthday party area is huge and has tons of space for numerous parties, plus the party hostesses are great! They are truly attentive and seem to always be close when they are needed. We were very satisfied with our birthday party here and plan to come back and visit more often. The mornings are the best time to visit as many of the birthday parties are scheduled for the afternoon. The place is basically empty from 1000 - 1100 on Saturdays. A perfect time to bring the little ones before a nap.
This place is way too expensive compared to other chuck d cheeses Ive been in Alexandria. Nice clean store though. Newly renovated
All you can play pass is a great deal. Salad bar is always clean and fresh.
My children always have a great time at Chuck E. Cheeses.
It is a good place to take the kids. It wasnt to busy. But, kept having issues with the game machines not giving the earn tickets.
Since the fire, theyve removed the stage with the animatronic band and the playset for smaller kids and added a reactive dance floor/lightshow. Its a lot brighter and clean looking. But it seems like the cost per game has increased. I remember when $30 could buy a pizza and a lot of play time. Recently the kids finished their cards before the pizza came out. I guess its inflation.
They remodeled it and made it horrible my kid had fun but we both felt let dwn
Very clean restaurant, even the salad bar looked squared away. The staff was friendly and helpful. Almost all the games and game stations were working and they didnt seem ridiculously expensive to play like some places. We were there for our sons birthday and even though we werent there on a birthday package the staff was nice to him and many of them wished him happy birthday and ChuckE took time to pose for a picture.
This is one of the few newly renovated locations. Beautiful modern exterior, while the interior has some nice upgrades and finishes. Gone are the ticket splash areas on the dirty carpet... they have an amazing tactile responsive led lit dance floor. They have newer games and rides for the kiddos, plus true ticket bonuses! My biggest complaint about the NJ locations is they mostly had fixed ticket awards of like 4 or 6 no matter how well you scored. Nope! Not here... my kids hit the ticket bonus at Paw Patrol for 100!I dont even mind that we spent a lot more money here than usual considering it felt like we were winners!
Attended a birthday party. Wonderful place and kept children entertained. I had the chicken wings. Only problem was it needed to cook a little longer.
They got rid of the kids play area after they renovated the place.
Fun fun fun, place was clean and enjoyed our time playing games!
Love you Chuck E. Cheese it’s our best place to got fun playing and eating thanks for all the sweet and helpful stuff God bless you all
I had a great time at Chuck-E-Cheese the food was good and the service was great. I bought my grandkids head during the Christmas holidays they were visiting from New York and we had a blast in there I cant wait till they come back and we go back again. I just might go by myself
Full of entertainment best for kids and accurate kids entertainment.
I really liked how they kept positive control of parents and kids leaving. Besides that they dont do the creepy animontronics anymore. Instead its a little kid dancefloor and video
Managers special is a great deal!
Nice. Love how they remodeled and more open. I enjoyed myself with the kids. Thanks.
Employees were very helpful! The mouse came out to greet us and later on invited us to the floor for a dance. Pizza did not look very appealing, but the games and set up were excellent!
This is a sort of indoor amusement park for kids with a variety of games. You can purchase a card based on time or points, from a kiosk or over the counter. For every game you play, the machine generates some tickets you shoukd collect to redeem points at the end.It is very perfect for families with kids. At the entrance, a security tag is put on the hands if all family members and this is very at exit to evade the risk of someone leaving with someone elses kid. There is a restaurant with pizzas, juices and other fun food for kids. There is also a party section one could reserve for a kids birthday. Have fun guys.
Its sad to see how they leave this place in charge to a young person that calls himself a manager and the staff was like we can do anything they want. Last night they had an incident that was wrongfully taken care of and the customer took advantage of the situation not know that I spoke their language and understood the intire conversation. Before thing got out of control I left the premises. All I can say is be very careful going into this place.
Great staff and fun games. Im very happy that the games now have an option for unlimited play by amount of time. So for $20 you get unlimited for 1 hour play time, and works for me.
Super clean. Surprisingly wasnt very busy, shocker right!?!? My daughter lost her ticket voucher and management replaced with no questions asked.
Its pretty meh
The music is way too loud, there are no paper towels in the bathrooms (most kids hate loud hand dryers), and the parties are run very rushed. Everything is overpriced too. The upside is that my little one had a good time.
Like the food at chuck. The place is clean as well
My daughter had a blast.
Great birthday package!! Awesome value!
Show up without a headache but youll leave with one! Haha, its all about the children having fun!
Overall its a great experience here. Like anywhere else some games have issues while we are there. Pretty clean considering how much adult & kid traffic come through. Weekends are very busy so i recommend week days for the best experience.
Good pizza and fun games.
A lot cleaner than the Chuck E Cheese I remember as a kid in the 90s
Food and atmosphere are what youd expect. General customer service and interaction with managers are far below average and downright rude in some cases. This location recently changed the point value for games, which as a franchise is at the discretion of management, but disappointing nevertheless. Buffet requires you to ask for (paper) plates and utensils, which given the quality of service and a general lack of responsiveness, can be quite a hindrance. But, its the only show in town and our kids love it, so well keep going back until a better option emerges.
I joined my nieces and nephews inside Chuck E. Cheese restaurant yesterday. Its a place where kids can play games, eat, party, and have a good time.
It was nice
Go almost every weekend my daughters favorite place and very affordable games are well kept and clean
1/4 of the games broken, no indoor playground the worst CC I have ever been to
Great location, amazing staff!
This location by Fashion Way, Woodbridge is way too small for a Chucky Cheese
Since it reopened the service improved. Its still too pricey and funland blows them away. I like the saladbar.
The place is pretty much the same as it was before they closed it down. The staff is friendly and it was crowded when we went but there were still games open to play for pretty much all ages. The play area that the kids could crawl up and around in was taken out and that made room for a few more games.
This Chuck e Cheese is cleaner than most restaurants despite all the kids running around. The staff is very respectful and the machines all work. I had a great experience here and so did my son. Definitely taking my son next weekend.
This looked rather new and the staff was extremely attentive to games that were malfunctioning.Food service was quick and spot on; my main issue is the switching from the tokens to the swip cards. What I did enjoy the most was the new expanded menu and more healthier choices and their pizza blows Pizza Huts out of the water. The fifth star was lost due to the tables needing to be refreshed more often.
Every time we ask for help on front desk answer with attitude
My son really enjoyed himself and staff.were.great
Well organized, clean, and with surprisingly good pizza
I tried taking the survey on line but it didn’t go through so ....My experience was amazing ! Bret(cashier) and Kaelyn(cashier) were very helpful and patient ! They interacted wit me and my kid and didn’t get annoyed at all the questions I was asking .. seeing ppl like this in the front makes the trip worth it ! Also, Jonathan( he was busting the tables ) came by and was so kind .. he was very attentive and I enjoyed it ! I found out later that this was the first day back open ! AMAZING! I’m glad I could be part of the experience . The Gm I’m supposing (in the green shirt and white sweater) could have talked to the staff in private instead of telling them how bad they were doing on the floor) I didn’t like that at all, as a business owner myself . Over all I would give this place a 10 stars
Much better. Better bang for your buck
Awesome for the kids. Woodbridge branch is much newer and cleaner than the Alexandria store.
I love it and so do the kids!!! (And super clean)
Just the right amount of ppl... Good food... They did have 2 games acting up which the fixed immediately
Some of the machines dont work right and when you report it they dont make an effort to offer refund back to the money card.
Do not buy wings they do not serve two
Place was packed for dinner on Sunday. We were greeted, tagged, and sent on our own merry way to fiend for a table. We have been several times to the chain as guests of birthday parties and....needless to say we had to ask if we had to seat ourselves. Kid was nice and omitted any belittlement in his answering our ignorant question.Ordering was a process. Their card system was slower and took about 15 minutes to place our order. It would help if they had a snapshot of all the questions a customer is about to field when ordering, ie wing sauce flavors, types of bread sticks, and dip sauces offered (thats just the family sampler). They have military specials...but you have to know those in advance because only the manager knew what they were and he was too busy waiting on his receipt to print. End result...family sampler (wings, fries, cheesy bread sticks, celery), medium super combo pizza, 70 tokens, and a Stella = $61.We...ahem...daughter played away with her swipe card. She thoroughly enjoyed herself even though there were a couple games that were down that still took her tokens. I got smart after about the third one. Didnt want to make a fuss because there was a staff member actively working on other games where parents had requested help. As a heads up, just make sure to look at the swipe pad or the game itself, you can tell it doesnt work. The food arrives...it only took two phone calls from the wife to peal me...ahem...I mean my baby from Plants vs. Zombies. And, I have to say, Im not sure whether we were hungry...or the food was good...but it got inhaled. Stuffed crust pizza is the way to go. Buffalo wings were decent. Celery was crispy. Fries were fresh. There was flavor! We were surprised at the satisfaction having read some of the reviews. Only reason this place cant get the 5th star is because we waited way too long to order our food with as much staff as there was and the games that still took our tokens. To add something in their favor, there was a lost little girl to which all staff was alerted and found the parents right away. Overall, they were nice in light of the NOISE that so many little humans can make. Our table was clean as was the rest of the areas. We will gladly return to this location.
While kids do enjoy their video games, they are far too often short-lived. I understand kids could extend their game life by putting in more coins but I just think they should last a little longer to stretch parents hard-earned dollars a bit more and to make the whole gaming experience more enjoyable for the family. Also, the old-school animatronics on the stage could use a serious upgrade; arent those things over 30 years old? Finally, why arent there stools for the kids to use in the bathroom? They need an extra boost in there to wash their hands please! Thanks in advance!
