I have been here several times! Food is always spectacular & delivered with a beautiful presence. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is very relaxed and the arcade,bowling and huge TVs for the game lovers are a huge plus! Highly recommend.

Cool place with all the bells and whistles. They have a good format here and we had a good time. Wasnt too bad to bring our 3yr old either. The pricing on the food was a bit high, but the value overall is what you make of it I suppose. Would come back again

Great place for company functions. We loved the 4 lane bowling alley we had so much fun. Food was good and lots of choices for drinks as well. Lots of things for the kids to do as well. They had their own area to play in though Im sure the adults would enjoy the kids area as well.

Went here for super bowl. Good food. Decent staff (although our server had some hygiene issues.) All around a positive experience I like that they have a play area for smaller children on top of the arcade for the bigger ones.

Great place for sports viewing. Plenty of activities for kids, families and large groups. Awesome intimate private meeting space upstairs for small to medium size groups. A real value overall!

My old boss held all of his company Christmas parties here. Its a great spot for family fun they have bowling alleys games pizza and for us adults they have mixed drinks and beer! Back then some of the waitresses were really hot! Thats a bonus!

Scratch made mac and cheese. Ive made mine from scratch for a long time. I taste quality ingredients. Tillamook sharp and regular. Nicoli did a great job.

BIG place with plenty of bar area as well as kid-allowed area for food and beverages. Bowling ally in open area as well as in a private room. Friendly, prompt service. Good cocktail, beer, cider, etc selection. Food is not skimpy and always good. Many big-screen tvs tuned to live sport events. Nice outside seating in-season.

I had a great time. Its like a Big Als but if you condensed. Great for little kids and easy to keep an eye on them. Great time!

Josh our waiter was amazing but trying to have 10 people for pizza and bowling was the most confusing experience I’ve had in a long time. The young adults running the bowling lanes are not able to explain what options are. Bowling and pizza should not lead to frustration and hundreds of dollars.

We have had my company summer party here for 2 year now and both times it was great. They have Bowling, Shuffle Board, Corn Hole, and an arcade. We got the entire patio area to ourselves for the party and it was perfect. Servers came around constantly to get new drink orders and to fill up the endless pizza we ordered. Would definitely come here next year for the 3rd summer party!

We booked a work event their for the evening. Showed up they had a room set up and bowing would start within the hour. The wait staff did a great job. Food was accommodating and drinks where flowing. We then moved into bowling. As the evening was a closing out we went to pay the bill and asked for the extra pizza to be boxed up. They said they couldnt because it sat out for 2 hours.Then the bill also came with a service fee for a large group which per the waiter had nothing to do with the tip. So $300.00 service fee then a tip on tip. This was the owners way of sticking it to you considering there was max 30 people in the building 14 of them where our staff and we get hit with a service fee. I said so the service fee is the way the owner gets clients back? The waiter laughed. Future business is gone.

Fun for after work gatherings. I love the outdoor shuffle board. Nicolis has something for the whole family.

Three stars may be generous! Honestly, the food just doesnt measure up to other restaurants in the general area. And the game room is a major moneymaking tipoff! Take a child or grandchild in there and $20 disappears in a matter of minutes. On a positive note, I found the staff to be friendly and attentive.

Closes crazy early, especially for a sports bar (10:30 on a Saturday? Come on....) but GREAT place when its open.

Alisha helped us in the bar. After waiting, I had to get up from our table to get menus. By the time she came to get our drink order we were all ready to order. We got our food and she forgot to bring my ranch, I had to go back up to the bar to ask her for ranch. She didnt check on us once. When we were finished eating, we had to go back up to the bar to get our check and all the while, the entire time shes sitting at the bar, talking to her 2 friends in the corner. She literally had no time to do her job. She didnt check on other customers in the bar I noticed either. I recently had a company party here, so I thought it would be a great place to eat, but I was wrong. Never again. P.s the food was o.k.

Got married in Mexico and came back to celebrate with friends and family and decided to use the outdoor venue.Worked with Jordan at the begining and he was very helpful with the planning. Had 60 planned and he made the whole process painless.Showed up early to make sure everything was ready and was introduced to Geoff the GM. Geoff along with all the staff made the whole event go perfect! Food was amazing, overhead heaters kept everyone warm and fire pits were a nice touch.Overall, I would highly recommend this for any event or also just a trip with friends and family to play games and get some bowling in.

Venue is great! One of the best patios ever. But, the food isnt spectacular. Its fine, but nothing to write home about. Great beer selection, though!

Its a fun environment if you have a good group of people youre with. Decent bar and bowling alley....but dont expect good service or friendliness.Started my visit by waiting in line while the kids working the front had personal conversations....then they stared at me waiting for me to speak, rather than ask if I can be helped. No greeting at all....then the gal working (Hailey), was extremely rude the entire transaction. Its as if I had to pull information out of her about getting set up with a lane. She even blatantly rolled her eyes while we interacted.Then all the food and drink service was slow, even while the bar and restaurant was relatively empty.I always wondered why this place wasnt rated better, and why its not very popular around town. I get it now, poor hiring leading to awful horrible service. Ill go sparingly, but will choose other alleys and bars when I can. Three star, almost two.

One of the best bowling/arcade places in the portland area. Fair Pricing. Food is a little expensive, and the bowling lanes sometimes have weird oiling patterns. Otherwise, Great!

Worst customer service i have dealt with in a very long time. Never ever going back. Servers cant handle multiple tables, floor managers couldnt back them up and no cohesiveness in the staff made for a terrible kids b day party.

If you go bowling, they make you pay ahead of time for a certain amount of games, and if you dont end up playing all of the games you dont get your money back. They should let you know this beforehand or have you pay after youre done playing like every other bowling alley.

They have some really great drinks here. They change them up every month. Ive tried quite a few and really like a lot of them. The food is decent. They have a bowling alley for a little extra entertainment. And the fire pit outside makes for nice outdoor seating.

Good food good drinks plus it has a bowling alley and outdoor seating. The hotel we stay at when in town is right around the corner and we will definitely return next time we are in town

I wanted to take the time to thank the staff for being gracious and the food was excellent. I enjoyed the IPA Melon Beer I drank with my meal. Will stop by the next time Im in this side of Portland again. Excellent Service and great bowling rates with awesome arcade center.

Just what I feal a sports bar should be like. They had a bowling ally, a game room with prize tickets, a shuffle board table, an lots of sports memorabilia. I liked how they have a special VIP room with jerseys and photos of local athletes from Oregon.

It was decent. We went for bowling and beers. 2 games of bowling with shoe rental cost us $31.00 that is what I would call a little expensive. We each had a pint, which cost us another $12. All together with tip, $50 for 2 games and a beer...each. and we had to contend with kids on the lanes. Maybe we will come back during a time when kids are not allowed. I did notice a private bowling area, we were told that can be rented for $400. Not sure if that was for an hour or all day. Maybe they can make that a No Kids Zone when its not being rented?

1st time at Nicolis! Friendly staff, good food, kids had a blast, and we didnt even experience the bowling or outdoor activities! We will be back soon!

Went there for the first time today. Excellent service. Great food. Very clean. I had no complaint about m my experience there.Went there a 2nd time. Amazing service. Alicia was terrific. Excellent. Going to be our Friday night spot. That says a lot.I would point out that Alicia is an amazing bartender. Very attentive and always makes my drink perfect.

A diamond in the rough. A bit of an obscure location. Attended a co-sponsored work event mid-week around Happy Hour. Was on the back patio in later part of winter :/.PLENTY of heating elements to keep nice and warm. Service Team was incredibly friendly and accommodating (also fast with beverage service).Inside there were SO MANY attractions, bowling video games, full bar, meeting rooms aplenty.TBH, prior to this event had no idea this place existing in Lake Oswego, but I cannot wait to go back.Keep up the great work Nicolis.If you build it, they will come. :).

There are cool options here! You can watch tv (there are about 30 in the place), eat pizza and other food, and go bowling! Great place to hang out. The only problem I had was that I wish it had more arcade games. Overall, it’s a pretty good place and I would recommend it

Very warm calm energy great food

Never been, but I already dislike how they conduct business. Costs like living wages and health insurance are what businesses pay from what their product sells for, and additional service fees are not something Im willing to add on top of posted prices and I assume expected tips.From their website Effective July 1, 2017, a 3.5% service charge will be added to all food and beverage sales to support the Oregon state wage increase, affordable health insurance and paid sick leave for the entire staff, all of whom are integral to your dining experience.

We held a family Christmas party here and oh my lord the food was amazing and the customer service was awesome. I love that they had a private banquet hall upstairs.

The service was great and the menu was okay. It took kind of a long time to get our food and the appetizer came out when we were almost finished with our meal. Besides those things we had a great time like we normally do and my nieces always look forward to eating here when they stay at our house overnight.

The bowling was fun, get a whole taco salad, not a half, and the tator tots were served hot! No dessert menu, soft serve vanilla ice cream only.

The party room with 2 private lanes provided an awesome birthday party experience! The covered patio area in back is spacious and offers ample seating around fire pits, as well as a good view of the lawn game areas. The game room could use more actual arcade games, as it more closely resembles video lottery for kids than an arcade.

If you are a fan of bowling or sports this is a good stop for drinks and food. If you have a family in tow, the also have an arcade to entertain them. Staff are super friendly and happy to assist you.

Rude service staff - arrived around 9pm, we weren’t aware that they closed at 10:30 on a Friday night and had just received fresh drinks. Went outside around 10:30 to sit by their fire pit and 4 minutes later someone came out and turned off the fire. 7 minutes later someone else just turned the lights off on us.I try not to judge because I’ve been a server before but it was completely rude and poorly handled. The place was almost empty on a Friday night and now I understand why. Will not be coming back.

Fun bowling, arcade is also a lot of fun

Showed up at 6:30 to bowl and watch the ducks game. Hour long wait for a lane, so we got a table in the bar. No one came to take an order for 30 minutes, went up to the bar to order and were told to go back to our table. They said someone would be over soon, another 15 minutes went by and nothing. Went to get a refund for bowling and the guy rolled his eyes. Manager came over and didnt apologize for anything or explain what took so long. Horrible experience all the way around. Went to Big Als instead. Never again.

The experience was good. I had a good waitress and good fast service. I overall like it.

Its close and convenient but its also expensive games and mediocre food.I only go here because of peer pressure. Not by choice.

Went there today, June 28, 2018, thirsty and hungry to wait out the 5:00 traffic. Seated ourselves in the cool roomy bar area and..........was completely ignored by the bartender and two employees that walked through. Left and drove through the traffic still thirsty and hungry to come to our favorite bar and grill in Oregon Cityscape. We were greeted promptly and had a wonderful meal.

It was a pretty good experience overall. Employees were decently friendly, food was pretty good, and reasonably priced. The only thing I didnt like was when it closed at 10:30 and the screen said we had three frames left yet right in the middle of my friends 2nd turn it shut down all screens. Most bowling alleys would provide a warning of shutdown. Just rubbed me wrong after spending over $200 in this place no problem.

Celebrated my husbands birthday at Nicolis and had an amazing experience! Jackie (their event coordinator) worked with me prior to the event and gave me many party service/food options that fit my budget. Dave (the owner) even called that day to make sure the event details were confirmed! We had my husbands birthday in one of their private rooms which was spacious, full of fun sports memorabilia and plenty of seating. There was a nicely set catering table which had food warmers, and the food came out 15 minutes after the guests starting arriving, exactly as I requested. We had different pitchers of drinks which all were labeled for guests. The manager and waitress checked with us constantly throughout the entire event. The party room was very clean and the manager even played music that I requested from my iPod. The food was excellent! Kids enjoyed the pizza, corn dog pops, self-serve sundae bar, bowling and awesome arcade. We also rented the private clubhouse bowling lanes which was very neat and kid-friendly. Adults had a blast while the kids were totally entertained. So glad as a mother of 3 small children, I can still get the chance to enjoy myself while the kids have fun. Everybody wins! I would give Nicolis 6 stars if I could.

Have come here for work events for the past few years and always had an enjoyable experience. Would recommend for work events, happy hour or just generally good atmosphere. Bowling alley is pretty neat too.

We love to play at Nicolis especially with their Kids Bowl Free program. The kiddos love to go here, bowl a few games, get some food then go play in the arcade area. Food is your typical pub fare. Not to bad, nothing to great. Although I really do like the wings. So take the kids and have some fun with the family. Also their out door space is great to hang out with friends around a fire pit and enjoy beers or cocktails!

0 stars. You dont mention the living wage surcharge anywhere on your fn menu or ever bother to tell me there is an upcharge on a salad over fries? Paying employees is a cost of business, dont put your cheap unwillingness to pay your employees on me with hidden fees. You people are trash.

I went there with my dad and brother last Saturday during happy hour. (5:30).We all ordered off the happy hour menu. The waiter then came back and told us that they werent doing happy hour on game days. And he was dead serious. I was like, it is a sports bar, yeah? Theres literally games on every day, yeah?I asked him why they werent doing it and he said it wasnt his policy, blah blah. Not my point. I just wanted to understand the policy, since it was a stupid policy (and it wasnt posted anywhere. In fact, there was a happy hour drink posted on a board on the wall). Really put a sour taste in my mouth that:1. They dont do happy hour on game days (and it wasnt posted anywhere)2. The waiter who took our order didnt know about the policy when he took our order.Sucks cause I really like the place and the burger was fantastic. But the overall experience was not good. Im not sure I would go back there again because of it.

Super cool atmosphere! Up scaled decor to suit corporate events and meetings, yet kid friendly for youngster’s birthday parties. I went for lunch and had a chicken salad with the perfect amount of dressing. The menu is about quality not quantity with plenty to choose from. My coworker had the Halibut Tacos and she raved about them. The bar area is very open and has lots of TVs for the sports enthusiast. The noise level was very low so we could actually have a conversation. But like I said it was lunch. Dinner time might be a bit different. I’m going to plan my next manager outing at Nicoli’s. They have a smaller room with private bowling lanes for about 20 people. The outdoor area with fire pits looks like a great place to have a glass of wine and adult conversation. I’m looking forward to a fun night out.

Nice appetizers eat them in place of a meal they really rock. Best place to be. Clean nice best pop in town fun place to be if not sitting next a table of total drunks. Thank you.

I am only reviewing the food.. burgers were extremely dry and over cooked.. kids cheese burger was so tiny and most sliders are bigger than that . and the cost of adding bacon to kids burger was $3.. so made kids meal 10.99 (w/bacon)Pulled pork sandwich was also extremely dry. (How can you make pulled pork dry?)We stopped by.. hoping we could catch San Jose Sharks game in this sports bar.. no NHL package! So we were SOL.Bowling is probably good.. but we didnt bowl.

No greeter/ host for the restaurant portion, just sit down and hope someone notices you. Front desk guys werent very friendly. Our server was nice but seemed new, food was decent. Wont go back fo food but maybe take the kids for the attractions. :)

Had such a great time here. Fun for ALL!!! The staff were very courteous, and efficient. I think that this place is normally known for kids. Hoping that will change for them soon. The back porch covered patio is amazing. Has 2 beautiful fire pits with heating above as well. Really close to one of the bowling alleys with a door that opens up to the patio. So you can bowl and then sit around one of the fire pits. Food was really good as well as the drinks. We closed down the place in the big arcade room. Lots of games for individual and also for 3 or more players. We will be coming back here!! :)

I just called and spoke with Jeff he said for Blazer games they stay open till the games over. Going to give it a try tonight check out their food and drinks. Well see if they keep this 4-star rating.

This is players with a new name. Games, bowling, fancy dinning among other things. They offer rooms for parties. Food is all right and drinks are okay priced. Also there is enough TVs to watch sporting events.

On the plus side the layout is nice for families and singles. There is a designated eating area with a very small kids play area separate from the adult bar, and both are separate from the arcade and lanes. It is clean and inviting, seems like it would be a fun spot on a busy sports night.On the negative side:- it has the word grill in its name but it really more like a pizza and burger type place. We found the menu to be pretty uninspiring.- our group had four different menu items. Nobody was wowed by the quality of their meal, one was disappointed.- the service was so so.We may give them another try for cocktails but I doubt we will eat there again.

Great place for families or just to grab a bite and watch some sports in the bar. The food was great and they have lots of beer taps. They also fresh squeeze all of their fruit juices for cocktails. They really put themselves one step above other sports bars. There are a couple fire pits on the patio and also a bocce ball and corn hole area. So much fun!

Love the atmosphere I have 4 kids and this is a place where I can take them and actually enjoy myself and relax. I love the baby play area while you eat. I will be back to enjoy the outside fire area.

A great place for food and fun at your favorite sporting events. Our alumni group enjoys our weekly viewings during football season. Food and drinks are great and service is awesome!

I went with a group of co-workers for the NFC division championship so it was pretty busy but the staff did their best short handed. The BBQ chicken pizza is amazing and the beer selection was great too. Lots of TVs going and great seats to see them all.

What a great place! I was recently up in Portland on a visit and stopped in here. They have made some awesome and creative renovations to the place since I used to live up there! This has really become a place that is great for all ages with a lot to do and tremendous food (not to mention the portion size). LOVE the campfires on the patio! See you next time Im in town!

Not a bad place. Way, way understaffed though. Fish tacos were great. Felt bad for the wait staff. Just too many people and not enough servers. Found lipstick on my cup as well. Not a fan of that. Hard for restaurants though when so much of that junk is water proof. Overall seems fun.

A great sports bar that suffers from being hidden away. Big screens everywhere, great beer selection, very good food. On top of that, theres an arcade for the kids, a bowling alley, and outdoor games on the patio. A unique place that definitely deserves a look for a family night out.

This place is great for all. It has bowling even private bowling for your own private party, the arcade has games for all ages too. Theres a nice patio outside with a fire pit and an area for adults to eat, drink and watch sports on tvs throughout the facility.Its our family getaway when we come to Oregon

Fun place to hang for happy hour with friends. Even better to add on some necessary calories after a workout next door at 24. Havent bowled there yet but its on my list.

I wish they had better food and service. Its a great location with amazing patio and plenty of tvs. Kids love the games. For beers alone its passable but steer clear of food.
