I had stopped going to this location because of how dirty and all around horrible it was. My daughter wanted to come here for her fourth birthday and the new management is a million times better. It is really clean. The food portions are bigger. The people working are a lot nicer. The only thing that sucks is half of their games are down due to covid-19. If all of their games were up and running I would have given them a 5-star review.

Super slow service. (Not just COVID related its always been this way) Pizza has gotten a little bit better. The play passes and games are always the best. The staff is super nice.

We had a blast, it was a safe place to take the kids to run around for the birthday party. It would also be a great place to take them to work off some steam. The only downside is if you have a party there it is absurdly expensive. It was worth the cost but this isnt for anyone. You have to be prepared to drop some money if you want to have this kind of fun and safety for the little ones.

Very delicious. ill return with my friends.

Great for kids big and small..to make new friends and have Birthday Parties. This is my granddaughters Favorite place.

We were all kids inside. So we were having a good time, where A kid can be a kid!

Went to a birthday party here, the prices werent too bad they had a good special going on. It was just very little staff and not very clean.

Every parent knows that Chuck E. Cheese is a scam by now right. Cheap food that cost 3 times the regular price. Timed play for kids using expensive cards to make a mad dash for tickets. When all is said and done youve spent a small fortune so your kids can leave with a pencil topper and a couple pieces of gum. The problem is...the kids love it! So what can you do?

Great place for kids parties. Great pizza and salad bar. Lots of games for kids to play..

My kids love it here. I dont care for the new card system because sometimes it says it doesnt read so you swipe again and it takes double...and its too much of a pain to find someone to fix it for you so we usually just chalk it up as part of the experience. Also, the kids play area definitely needs to be cleaned. I didnt let my kids go into it on our last visit because the slide was really gross. Staff, however, is usually always friendly. I love the hand stamp and the fact the kids cant leave without a parent. Parking is on site at the mall and there are restrooms inside. There is a baby changing area in the womens restroom as well. Not sure if there is one in the mens restroom.

The girl in the kitchen is so friendly and helpful with the kids shes willing to do anything to put a smile on their faces

Our experience on this visit was not as good as it had been in the past. I am hoping that it was a temporary problem and things will be great again soon!

Chuck E Cheese is always a great place to take my grandchildren for a good time... Keeps them active the whole time we are there... This particular day we celebrated three of my grandsons birthdays... it was fun!!!

Prices have gotten so high. Chucky could come out more to play with the kids more. They love him/her. Also I would say the youngsters working there need to keep their weekend plans and gossip off the floor

Great place for the kids

Great place for kids. My 15 year turned into a baby girl again for an hour. It was magical.

Outstanding location for tasty family meals. Everyone at our table was very satisfied. The service was very sociable and kind. The bill wont shock you.

Great pizza great price

I havent been to a Chuck E Cheese in 20 years or more. Went to a nieces party and had a great time. The kids enjoyed themselves and the salad bar had fresh food which made me happy. Staff was friendly and seemed to remain busy insuring all guests were accommodated and the place was maintained.

Downside of this Chucky cheese is that its very hot and little room to do anything and not very many games. But the upside is that there were basically no people or kids there

Fun and pretty clean. Could use more employees. So the person behind the counter isn’t making food, stamping hands, and so on. Overall good.

It was fun with lots of games, my -2 is because they sold alcohol in a place you take kids and then want you you to drive them home. ( Beer, wine) First one I ever seen keep that at Dave and Busters

This place brings back a lot of memories. Glad they are still open and serving kids in all forms. Good place to have a birthday party for the whole family. A fun place to have some good memories that will stay with kids a long time. Make sure to try there pizza and games.

Great birthday party. Well organized good pizza

Took our little one for his first time and he loved it. The staff at this location was very friendly and helpful. Well definitely be going back.

Exalant staff and perfect for the kids and family

The workers are very helpful we had a very nice birthday party, the inside was very clean.

Nice Chucky chees, the food was good in a salad bar was nice and clean. plenty of games for little ones but they redemption Center is awful. Redemption prizes are cheap and way overpriced!!!

Had a walk in birthday party for my grand daughter. Was a great time had by all. Very helpful staff and the pizza was great!

The new option to pay for a block of time for games instead of paying for tokens is the best! You can even pause the time twice as needed, so when our food arrived we werent worried about losing that time. My boys (ages 7 and 8) had a blast! This location also has friendly, helpful staff, and they make pretty good pizza, too.

I was pleasantly surprised, on the good side, and shocked because I was expecting the worse based off of other reviews. I found their service and cleaniness of the place just fantastic and their salad bar was fully stocked and fresh! I ordered a gluten-free pizza for my daughter and a regular one for me and both were very good, 4 thumbs up from her and myself!!! Overall a very enjoyable experience!

One of my preferred locations for delicious Pizza. Visited at eight, it was not full. It has a good interior.

Waited 10 minutes for a clean table as we needed one of the bigger ones and at the time, all other tables were dirty full of cups/trash. Alecia if that was even her real name, said she was going to get someone to buss us a table. After 10 minutes of walking and standing around and no one coming, I asked her again. Rudely she said she couldnt do it herself, despite their being a rag and spray bottle right next to her while she was cleaning the party section. I asked her if she would like to refund my money instead and she called some guy over who then told us they would not clean the table for us. There were ones available in the front, too busy to buss tables (but these were smaller ones. A family of 6, we needed the bigger table) I even asked him for a rag and if I could clean it and he ignored me. Finally just cleaned the food and trash on the table up anyway and my husband walked over and got the rag and cleaner from over by where Alecia was standing and we bussed the table ourselves so our kids could sit down. How hard was it to just clean the damn table? We stood around holding drinks and plates forever just waiting as she completely pretended we werent there. They were rude, and unprofessional. Other customers then had to borrow the rag to clean their own tables too. There were so many food plates, half cups of beer and trash filled tables, hardly any clean ones available. For the $90 we spent, cleaning the table shouldnt have been a big deal! Grow up!!

Fun place for the kids. Pizza is no good.

Lots of fun with our granddaughter. Food was good

Friendly staff, clean, games are well attended. I have been to many locations even many in other states and this is the Best Chuck E. Cheese I have been to. Not a very big location but its not as busy either kids dont care anyways.

Good pizza and great for children and adults

I checked online to try & book a birthday party in April. Why is it after March yall only have parties open for just 2 days of each month?

Great Games, people and the 1 hour play pass was great!

It was very clean. I just wish it had some more games and more variety.

My son loves to come here! Love the option to add time to card.

Pizza was not bad. Expensive to have a party though. Games are fun. And aga appropriate

Just a fun place for the whole family.

This location rocks! The manager is super nice. Overall great experience.

Grand kids had a great time. The pizza was huge and yummy. The live Chucky could have been better. Overall great place

Worst management. customer service is awful. Dirty tables staff does not care

Great bday Party...Staff was excellent as usual :)

Ok place for all the little ones.

Fun for the kids, pizza ..not so great ..for the mone you drop in here ..the food should be way better.

Had to wait to get in due to lack of staff. Same with getting out and the prize shop. Pizza was great and didnt take long.

Kids love it. Always have a good time and they seem to like the pizza. I (the dad) am not a big fan of the food. We always eat before we go and bring our refillable cec cups for drinks. Good for the games. Staff is usually very nice.

I mean its Chuck E Cheese, aka, parental hell, lol, but the kids love it. I would give this particular location more stars, but the staff.... a bunch of high school kids working part time, it could be a bit better.

Great place too take kids

My grandchildren love it here! Pizza is kind of pricey. It does taste good.

Great food and fun for everyone!

Kids had a blast

Get your machines to work. so many of them either broken, out of service or doesnt give the correct ticketing.its frustrating when your 6 year old son doesnt get what he paid for. Also make sure that you dont make us wait too long in order to get our kids prizes pls.

Great place for them kids. A bit too pricy for the game cards, arm bands, and food.

Wish staff would clean games often. Our community is growing and this place to be bigger with newer games. Staff is always nice though.

Way over priced for a pizza place

Bunch of kids running around enjoying them selves while spending lots of money.

The pizza was surprisingly good. There were many toppings and the crust was crispy and very tasty.

Pizza was good beer over priced And limited on choices

Awesome fun place to take the kids not too crowed either!

I love everything about that place. Its great to take kids an theres a wide variety of food now days. The games are quick to be fixed especially in Lake Jackson.

Super

I have never been so disappointed in a chuck e cheese!! so few games anyway so when so many do not work it is a real rip off!!Horse ride game not working properly and jump burton broken.Neither of the picture printing things would actually print!Only 1 of 4 sceet ball games working!Dog ball game not working!2 Fast & Furious Race games NOT working today!Staff notified about 3 on these items that could have been fuxed and nothing was done in the 1.5 hours we were there!Other broken games should be attended to!

Cool Rat

I love the puzza and the kids live the games!

This is a place that you take children to pretty much getting all their wildness out, so they sleep good at night.

My kids always have a blast

The pizza is a step above the standard pizza buffet but who is really there for the food lol. The games are numerous, lots of fun and hardly any are ever broken down. We are never disappointed.

The best one I ever . Very nice employees and very very clean !

Kids loved it

Good place to take family to eat, and for kids to have a good time

Great for kids and now they have to where you can play by the minute instead of tokens..

Took grandchildren and they really enjoyed it

It was good had fun

Same old same old gross pizza but kids had fun

Great place for the kiddos and the pizza is good

Underwhelmed and Overpriced, we didnt even stay

Pizza is good and the kids love it there

Eating area very clean, staff was great and convenient location.

Great place for youngsters to play

Smaller chuckie cheese. Has buffet during the week at lunch. Gave my neice and I something to do on a day out!

Cottage cheese was sour ....pies all over seats in woman bathroom ride lady try to steal tickets and push her kid in line not worth the 100.00 I spent

Great for kids birthday.

Very crowded and the food wasnt that great. It was ok.

A little dirty in the restroom, personnel not very knowledgeable

Great children fun

I love this place

All games were operational

Too expensive

Waited over 1 hour and 20 mins for our one pizza

Touched the rat

Well my kids had fun.

Small, crowded, hot, smelly
