Party express is so great that they provided us a party text for my honey buggzies birthday even during the covid 19 scare keeping social distancing of course. Im definitely coming back and using his service again because we are now friends . Thank you Nick and Nicolas see you next year my friend.

I called very last minute on a Friday to have 15 chairs for my daughters birthday party on a Saturday. I had to leave a message. In about 15 mins I had a call back from the owner, apologizing for the late reply. He explained that his family was at the hospital awaiting the arrival of their granddaughter and their partner was attending a funeral. I totally understood being a business owner myself, that life happens. I expected him to say sorry cant help you so last minute but instead he said he could have one of his drivers deliver the chairs to my house in the morning. Ill be honest, with all they had going on and my last minute request, I really didnt think they would be delivered. To my pleasant surprise my door bell rang at 8:35 am the next morning and my chairs were delivered. Whats even more amazing is he told me the chairs would be there between 8:30 - 9:30 am (I did not expect them to be on time). Also, he told me to leave them by the front door and he would pick them up in the morning without having to bother me. And what do you know, they were gone the next morning. It seems silly that I would write such a long review for only a few chairs but I had to. Even with all they had going on they delivered exactly how they said they would. I will be using them in the future and I highly recommend them as your party rental store. :)
