Absolutely phenomenal facilities. I love having access to the track, pool, weights, locker rooms, courts, etc. There’s plenty of space & plenty of equipment for the campus community to use. I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait to use equipment. The open hours are sufficient, but obviously sometimes there are special events or sporting events that close off certain areas. The ONLY problem I have with the rec center is that the parking lot is always PACKED unless you go during the middle of the day. And people double park & trap you in. Othere than that, really great.

A great facility to work out. The staff is wonderfully friendly and professional. The space is clean and safe. All of the coaches are fabulous and hardworking. 5*****!!

I loved looking up at the wooden ceiling. Such a beautiful area. Seats are nice too...they had backs on them.

Love gym here is awsome has everything and as long as not during team works is not so full and never waiting for equipment because there is always more stuff to do

Great place to workout. Not too crowded and clean and nest facilities.

Great rink. Above average locker rooms. Just don’t forget to pack some mittens, can get pretty cold in there.

I like it during the school year hours but summer hours become wack because it doesnt stay open as late. Ran by college students which make them more personable but less professional but facility is very high quality. Middle afternoon the gym is usually unavailable to non college members because of the college athletes which can be a problem for people who like getting out of work and going straight to the gym. The college student staff also play trap bangers at around 7 pm if you want to deadlift to Walk it Talk it by Migos then this gym is the MOVE

My son was a special Olympic athlete at a large event here. The college students volunteered to help and it went very well. Thanks Lake Forest College for hosting the Special Olympics swim meet.
