Brand new Sicce 7.0 pump broken right out of the box did not work. I’m glad I took the time to purchase his product from a recommended supplier versus Amazon so I could get the manufactures warranty right through them. Even though it was very unfortunate that the brand new pump did not work they were very easy to work with and immediately shipped me a replacement and sent me a label free of charge to ship the broken pump directly back to the manufacture.

Vastly disappointed with the service at Aquacave.com. Im excited to be in the process of setting up a 150 gallon tank and wanted the Current Serene LED Light Kit - everything was looking good until they called me a couple of days after the order was placed to say that they cant ship to my requested address because the credit card doesnt match that address. Then they feed me some BS about how I can have this other address added to my credit card - um, no - Ive never seen that functionality on any of my credit cards. Replace, sure, add - no.I offered to pickup since I live in their area but apparently that will add about a week to the order. Well, guess I will become someone elses client.

Aquacave is my go-to dry goods supplier for my marine aquarium. Very lucky to live close enough to go there. Their gracious price match means theres no reason to go elsewhere.

I am new to owning a aquarium and had no idea where to start. I did some research online but still had questions. Not only was Albert extremely helpful I really appreciated his honesty and not trying to up sell me on anything I didnt need. What impressed me the most was even after everything was ordered I had some questions about the items I purchased ( a sump) which Albert already told me but I lost when my computer crashed and he answered all my questions and even sent over some helpful links.I cant say enough how much I appreciate the knowledge, honesty and customer service of this company.

The order came quickly, no major issues overall. Will be some time before it has water in it however there are some pretty deep scratches that concern me in the bottom of the sump. Wish that wasnt the case but it appears to be just deep surface scratches. Time will tell.

First time trying to make a purchase with the company. It was flagged by the credit card company as potentially being fraudulent. Called the credit card company to confirm the purchase was real. Then Aquacave did not process the order and wanted to obtain ALL of my credit card information so they could verify who I was. Not sure if the site is legitimate. I have had the same cc account for 15 years and never had an issue before. Very disappointed in the experience!

Just like the previous review, I paid $100 for a Neptune feeder and received two power cables in the box that appeared to be factory sealed. AquaCave has refused to refund our money or send the correct item.

All arrived as expected, and everything works. Fragile T5 bulbs were packaged very securely.

This place has horrible customer service, they get all their systems from outside companies anyways. We paid $1400 for a Neptune System and $300 for a dosing pump and in the box for the dosing pump was a random dell processor with a hand written note on it and a wireless camera that they don’t even sell. We called multiple times and wrote an email and then were told by the product specialist that this has happened before and Neptune denied it could happen, he then refused a refund even though they know this has happened before. Needless to say, they are denying a $300 refund for an item we did not receive. We will NEVER use this company again and we will ensure our friends don’t either.

I placed my order online, after processing my payment of $539 they emailed me to let me know they couldnt process the order because the billing and shipping address is not the same.What a waist of time

Large number of SKUs but inventory status on items is highly inaccurate. Shipping times are inconsistent as a result. I had orders that arrived promptly within 3 days and some that took over a week to ship despite being noted as “in stock, ships in 24-48 hrs”.

No problems. Delivery took longer than I expected from Illinois to Missouri (6 days) but the item arrived finally.

They had the part i needed in stock, shipped it promptly and the customer service team was prompt in replying to questions. My only issue was a very minor inaccuracy on their website/the packaging of the product i bought. I purchased 8 inch air rings from a specific brand. I received a different brand of ring (not a problem, actually nicer than the other brand) and the packaging was labeled as a 7 ring. After speaking with customer service and measuring for myself, they are indeed 8 rings, just mislabeled by the manufacturer. My only complaint is that it would have been nice to know of the label discrepancy prior to purchase, just to save some confusion. Overall a solid experience that i have no major complaints about. I do not maintain an aquarium (i needed the parts for a compost tea brewer for aeration), however if my local hydroponics shop can not source a part in the future, i would certainly consider using AquaCave again.

The service at Aquacave is outstanding!!!I ordered a couple of 8 outlet air manifolds, and, when I checked my order confirmation, the address was wrong! My package was going to Roselle Alabama instead of Roselle Illinois.I called Aquacave, found out what to do, sent the correct address via Email, and the customer service fellow actually ran over to the shipping department and changed the address. I got the package a day or so later. Just WOW.I can’t recommend Aquacave enough. Order from them. They’re great.Just make sure the state spinner thing is set to the correct state and hit done when you key in your address.

I received my Sicce SE 200 skimmer pump in a timely fashion but unfortunately it quit working within 30 minutes or so. The pump housing was almost too hot to touch. I’m currently in the process of boxing it back up to return it.

The only reason I didnt rate this purchase 5 stars is my inability to find a bulk price for my item. I probably would have purchased a box had I been able to find discount pricing for the whole box instead of purchasing each separately. As for the item, I have never had any issue with the bubble stones. They work until they dont. :) But they last a long time if you are careful with them. Definitely recommend this company. Update: I need to amend this, as I see they now offer this product in bulk. Great company. Listens to their feedback. What more could you ask?

I was even lucky enough to find that the exact item i chose was on sale and the last one in stock. The purchasing process was quick and simple and they shipped out the item very quickly. Shipping took a little long but it wasnt Aquacaves it was Fed Ex. Tracking said it would be delivered by end of day for 3 days. Im sure the holiday box volume was the cause other than that Aquacave seems to be cheaper than all other online stores.
