Our entire family had a good time at Altitude today. If you stay active, one hour can serve as good, fun, excercise.

My kids absolutely love this place.....think the birthday parties are over priced and they definitely need more couches, but other than that its a fun place to bring my kids

It was ok. I thought there would be more for smaller kids but it was a small section so most of the toddlers ended up playing in the foam pit. You have to buy theyre special altitude socks (socks with grips on the bottom) so watch out for that hidden fee.

Great place for kids of all ages (and parents.) They keep it a little warm, but its tolerable. Parents can jump with the younger kids - but be warned, they will wear you out between the trampolines and the foam pits! They also have a small game room in the back with air hockey, etc.

If youre a parent and you have a kids with enormous energies, this is the place for them. Price isnt that bad, plus you dont even have to go to the backyard and throw baseball over 5,000 times untill theyre satisfied, the kids will wore themselves out, plus its better than them sitting at home on their phones or video games... Its safe, has a lots of space for them to play around and make friends with a fair price

I’ve been bringing my kids to trampoline parks for years in Houston and Beaumont TX. I’ve also been managing and growing businesses for over 12 years. This was my 1st time at this one. My experience was less than what I expected. Bathrooms were not clean/ Two single stalls in the entire building isn’t practical when you have 100 customers at any given time. Waiting times are long when checking in. I believe snack bar/food is behind the check in counter so you have to wait in the 25 minute line for simple grab items. That design will obviously bring down sales. I can’t find any jump guards to keep the kids safe and making sure they are following the rules. I would say that parents could play a part but I couldn’t find any signs with safety guidelines. It’s a decent square footage, but they clearly need to re-evaluate its design & purposes. Adding TVs for adults to watch will waiting would be a smart business decision.

Its not too bad of a place, just wish that they could have kept up with cleaning it and such. Other than that, my son had a blast. It does get packed though over the weekend, so Id reccomend going early.

Great for b-day partys, or just bring the kids an have a great time.

The kids love it. As the adult, its time for them to spruce the place up. Redo the foam pits, some of the padding on the basketball side is coming up, and clean the trampolines.

Its fun and all but not very clean. Foam pit has never been cleaned and smells like feet

The line gets super long and the wait get very timely due to not signing the consent forms ahead if pay. My daughter love this place. DJ Marlo DJs there from time to time and that means good music. Packages get very pricey quickly but all n all... Great experience.

Way better than the one in Alexandria. The jumping area is big and offers a lot of different things for the kids to do. Very organized and fairly empty.

Great experience with the kiddos. Girls behind the counter could have atleast smiled or greeted us, not a very warm or comfortable welcome at all. But the babies loved it and we had fun with them. Definitely recommend.

Came for Friday Neon Night advertised all over town for the last week! Purchased alot of Neon stuff for the night just to find out its not on Friday its on Saturday. Manger not very apologetic, just they tried to notify thw digital sign company but it was too late.

A good place to bring your high-energy little ones. A bit on the pricey side for a building full of trampolines. They have 2 foam pits people can jump into. They also have birthday party packages available. My one complaint about this place is the cleanliness. For a place that doesnt allow shoes, I would expect the facility to be cleaner.

Large inside areas to jump and play, my child had fun but couldnt have as much as would have been possible if not for larger children and even adults jumping, running around and playing, several children bumping into one another and knocking each other down. A bit pricey esp considering employees dont really supervise or control these things. Fairly clean inside, overall nice if employees/parents would supervise the children.

Awesome place to take the kids. Be prepared to spend some cash, thos place is not cheap. You have to buy their special socks. The concession stand is dang near robbery. All in all its a good place to bring the family.

I am a 37 yr old male that took my almost 5 yr old along with my wife. My 5yr old and me were the only ones who jumped. We had a blast!! We went on a Saturday and it really wasnt that busy which was a good thing. I would definitely recommend this place if you like trampolines

They sell energy drinks to kids...not cool

The only reason I didnt give it a 5 is because all the video games didnt work.

The place is really good and is totally clean the personal are very friendly with the customers, for my it’s a good place for a family time

Kids love going here, me not so much. The monitors do not do anything but gossip with each other, they do nothing when kids are bullying one another. Looks like a bunch of school kids running this place

Mostly older kids playing, if you have toddlers or younger watch them because the parents just let their older kids run free and the employees are just kids themselves and were not paying attention to the baby area. Nice and clean though, lots of fun, just needs more supervision

Great indoor trampoline park. Huge area of bounce fun. Really wish there was a limit on how many jumpers allowed at one time. It becomes a mad house, with a dangerous mix of large and small jumpers. Saw multiple smaller kids trampled by teens and adults. Counted only two workers covering dodgeball and bouncing floor and one on the rope swing.

This place has gone downhill. I was impressed the first few years they were open but now it is very unorganized! The employees that are supposed to be enforcing the rules satand talked for about an hour before the manager came and spoke to them.She only spoke to them because I talked to her. Kids are running all over the place and jumping in the same squares as other children. I was only there for a birthday party but I will never pay to go there again just for fun.

Great place for kids. At times can get crowded especially when older kids are around, during these times definitely keep little ones in age appropriate locations for added safety. Recently went for a party and it was great. The hostess did a great job keeping the party moving along. Party included dodge ball game which was a hit. Peak times definitely on Friday night. If you have never attended guardian must be present to do online release Drivers License is needed. If you plan on bringing group inform parents to go in and complete releases prior to visit.

If I could give this place 0 stars it would get it, horrible experience brought my child for a birthday party and one of the teenage kids that was employed to watch the kids was playing dodgeball with them he was throwing the dodge ball so hard at them he injured several kids hitting them in the groun, head and he threw the ball so hard at my son hitting him in the thumb causing a fracture. The parent of the child having the birthday party had to tell him to stop throwing the ball at the young kids. Horrible place do not bring your child there

We took our 7 yr old grandson and his friends to see Dwarfinators Extreme Wrestling at the Civic Center in Lake Charles. The Louisiana Boxing Commission cancelled the match an hour before the show, so our grandson says, Can we please go to Jump World in Beaumont? Not wanting to go all the way to Beaumont, I search the internet for something similar in Lake Charles. Altitude Trampoline Park was centrally located. I used my Google Maps App and called to check prices ECT. An affordable nice family atomsphere and friendly staff made it a fun place to take the kids.

Drove up to Lake Charles from Texas. Kids had a blast and Hanna(hope I got her name right) was over the top great customer service.

Visiting for a birthday and celebrated with the staff here. Some staff is much more assertive then the rest, but the facility is comfortable.Worth the visit.

Nice place for kids to hang out. Love the concept and atmosphere. The staff was mostly young teenagers so keeping the building and restrooms clean were NOT A PRIORITY even though most of them were just standing around or talking. When you have a place with that many kids- Germs are running rapid. Atleast change trash cans in restrooms and keep it cleaned and disinfected. Its pretty pricey also. For example, a SMALL ICEE IS $3.00. Ridiculous. Im glad there is finally a great place to bring your children but its sad everytime we get a place- it cost an arm and a leg! Smh.

I really love this place but this is the 2nd time ive been here and count about 100-150 kids and they have no water for sale....HOW.... but they have, soda, and juice and icees, etc.... oh and i count one water fountain.... wouldnt bother me so much, but my kids are only allowed water and organic juice....

Not sure why they pay staff to supervise. What exactly they’re supervising I’m not sure. The rules state one person jumping per square. Well their are kids flying around this open area landing in squares where someone is already jumping. The reason for this negative review is the fact they let a grown man jumping around and he landed on my 3 year olds square, knocking him immediately on his back and his head slammed against trampoline. No one said anything, including the man-child. Save the money and have no supervision, they’re not doing anything anyway. In addition, they have a devoted long tumbling trampoline that my daughter couldn’t use because multiple kids kept running down and across.

I don’t even know where to start with this place. First off it is dirty, from the time that you walk through the doors all the way to the bathroom. It smelled like dirty diapers through out the whole place. The biggest thing I had a problem with is that there are not enough employees walking around keeping an eye on things. There was a fight that broke out and we got our son and walked to the front to let someone know. I asked for the manager and told the girl that she might want to hurry bc there was a boy putting his hands on a lil girl. I never did speak to a manger, I spoke to another employee and she told me to wait and I told her what was going on and by that time the kids went theie separate ways. I then went with the employee and showed her the boy who took off running from the employee. I don’t know what happened to the boy or what the resolution was bc we left! They really need more employees making rounds around that place. It would have been nice to speak to a manger. I know that the place can not be responsible for kids fighting but when someone goes to the front to say hey there are kids putting hands on each other fighting, you get a manager right then, you don’t say wait a minute! The ONLY two employees that were out there were sitting in the doge ball area the whole time we were there! They never made a rotation around the place! Very disappointed I can over look a mess bc there are a lot of kids but I can’t over look fighting and no manager handling the situation!

The kids had a blast here. It gave them something different to do than playing on their Xbox or watching videos.

We came to Lake Charles to escape hurricane Harvey and everyone was extreme nice and helpful. They let us jump for an hour free and put a much needed smile on our faces. Also told us places we could go to get donations. Will definitely be back!!!

Our kids had so much fun for 2 hours here. It was really clean and the staff was good about walking around and making sure people were being safe. There is plenty of seating for parents as well. My kids will walk to go back any time!

We took our son here for his 4th birthday and this place exceeded my expectations. Im not sure who had more fun though, its a toss between my kids and my husband lol. We will definitely be returning for the next birthday!

The kids love coming here! Plenty of floor space full of trampolines, and many places to sit down for the adults.

Yesterday my 2 year old got her leg broke here by another older kid (15) no one checked on her not even the staff not only that but this place is very dirty! Upon arriving and going to pay for socks and jump the children behind the counter didn’t even greet us but just kept looking at us while standing there just not really a welcoming environment!We will not be going back here.

I was at a birthday party and the coordinator was super friendly and helpful about every step of the process. Only downside was she had a get a manager to override for a second payment (we added pizza last minute) and it felt like I was talking to a small child trying to talk with him.

Honestly this place is not clean at all. Bathrooms are extremely dirty with no upkeep. The trampoline area and foam pit are never cleaned.Im surprised people bring their children here.I got a staph infection from this place.

One of the workers kicked us out for no apparent reason and called us losers. He abused his position. I also saw him smoking in the back while he was supposed to be working. This is not appropriate and shouldn’t be tolerated, but yet it is. I would definently not recommend this place.

The workers there sucked. They were on there phone the whole time. And the male workers were sexists to the female jumpers

It was good until a couple of ladies almost got into a fight because their daughters ran into each other and then they turned into raging monsters. The area is a tad sketchy and the clientele aint the greatest.

They really need to keep up with cleaning. There weren’t so many people and children there to where they couldn’t clean up any messes that are left by people who have left. The parking lot needs to be relived. The parking spots are so close together that you will constantly worry about whether or not you’re parked to close to the person next to you or not.
