We went to the Laguna Terrace in here and it was really amazing and beautiful! This park is GINORMOUS definitely a great place to come and walk around all day. Definitely recommend coming here :)

Great location, ridiculously high land lease. We lived there for 5 years, and while it was nice for a bit, its a lot of money to pay to live in cramped quarters with no privacy, no guest parking, and no help from management when neighbors are out of compliance.
