At least 70% of the vendors are missing and theyre still charging $10 at the door an hour before they closed on a Sunday. I picked up a few small things, and the vendors were super awesome, but The Festival could have done so much better. How about waving door fees to support the few vendors brave enough to set up shop and help them make a little money? Poorly run IMHO- but do go and support the local artists.

Our first time here and a delightful experience. A very large variety of vendors where you may find some unique gifts for those hard-to-buy-for people in your life. Youll also find wonderful gift ideas for your loved ones including your pets. There is a glass blower creating pieces of art as you watch and a potter as well! We enjoyed the live music, plant life and water features. A food and beverage area was available for the hungry or thirsty shoppers. Santa was there for the kids and it snowed periodically on those waiting to see him. Overall, an excellent event

The Sawdust Festival never disappoints. The art is interesting, walking around is time traveling and the live music just tops the cake. The food is ok but of course expensive for what you’re getting. All relative to any other venue markups of food and beverage. I would save my money on food and hit up one of the many amazing restaurants that lb has to offer!

For the first time ever, we went to the Winter Fantasy Christmas festival during their opening weekend and it was so much fun! Lots of artists shops, not all Christmas-themed items, but every corner was decorated with lights and their Town Square right when you enter was the epitome of Christmas time decor! We were there early in the day, then took a stroll down to the beach, and then took the trolley from Whole Foods back up to the festival to enjoy the place being lit up! It was $8 for each adult, and Im not sure if this was a one-shot thing, but Parking Lot 16 had free parking for the day and a free shuttle to the festival. It was pretty full, so arrive early to get a parking spot!

I love craft type events and this one has been around for a long time. The vendors are all super talented and the wares are unique and fun. You can also take a class in glass blowing or pottery while you are there. There is live music on each end of the facility and Ive enjoyed all the artists Ive heard while visiting. Parking can be a challenge, but that is the case in most popular places.

Such a cute hidden jem. If you like art, walk around, and discover new things then this is PERFECT. And its walking distance from the beach! I went in the day to Sawdut, then walked to the beach to catch the sunset then returned back to Sawdust at night time. They are open in summer and winter. And there is free parking at a different place and there is a little trolley that takes you right to the entrance. Tickets are sold online and at the door.

If you love art festivals in the summer or for the Christmas holiday, this one is WELL worth the admission ($8) and your time! I would allow at least 2 hours to see most of booths.Very unique setting with semi-permanent structures as the vendor booths (instead of the usual tents). Makes the adventure even better as each booth becomes its own shop! Being there on a chilly November night (Thanksgiving weekend), it felt like I was in a village in Europe! So much to choose from, high quality craftsmanship in art, jewelry, wall hangings, knick knacks, purses, toys, holiday decorations, clothing. There is definitely something for everyone! They have multiple food vendors to choose from. Come see Santa and his helpers in a very large, nicely detailed setting. Multiple picture opportunities.Enjoyed it immensely! I will go back!

This is such a cool venue for an art fair! We went on a Saturday a couple of weeks before Christmas. The parking was super easy, we parked in a lot further back and then hopped the free shuttle which was a fun experience. The fair itself had some great offerings. We found a ton of great booths and I had to figure out how I was going to bring the dog bed I bought back onto the plane with me. We didnt eat while we were there but the food smelled really good. Highly overrated. I had never been here but had wanted to come for years. I chose a Tuesday morning to go so as to avoid the big crowds, and it was definitely the right thing to do.Unfortunately, theres not a lot to see at the Sawdust Festival. I went to find a wedding gift like a handcrafted cutting board but instead I found some boards that looked like scrap wood sanded down and stained. No particular craftsmanship at all, plus a snarky sign on the booth that read, We know you could make one yourself, but you wont, so just buy one. HUH? Advertising how easy these things are to make? Sorry, no sale.Noe of the other artists work really jumped out at me either. I thought that absent a nice cutting board I might get a ceramic serving platter of some sort. All I found was some mass-produced chip and dip bowl/platters with glaze on one half to make them look edgy, I guess. (Edgy for 1974, I suppose.)After paying $7 to park in Lot J (do this, though) and $9 to get in, I spent $16 for an hour of dubious entertainment. Not worth it. Its essentially a craft street fair with an entrance fee.
