Very disappointed in Maximum Media and Mr. Mattern for their lack of response to correspondence to address issues with the website he designed. We are unable to update information and cannot access certain parts of the website which has led to inaccurate data being posted during a global pandemic. The attempts at correspondence have been going on for nearly a year with no acknowledgement. We have visited his office in downtown Lafayette and the office was locked up. I have attempted to contact Mr. Mattern personally, through his website, and by leaving a voicemail as well. The agreement between Maximum Media and our health clinic did not include Mr. Mattern retaining administrative rights but he still continues to do so even though we pay for domain rights elsewhere. Would not recommend to anyone.

Noah is a great guy, who really cares about his clients! He gave me some excellent ideas on marketing and discovering pain points. Hes definitely someone you can trust your business with. I highly recommend Maximumedia Design!
