Dirty, filthy, nasty environment! There are just a few fun jumps; definitely not worth time and money. Also, staff was rude. Parents: I do NOT recommend bringing your kids here.

Fun for the children

Wonderful place! Daughter loved it and she made a few friends there in a blink of an eye! ️ The young lady and young man there was very kind and shown great hospitality towards me and my daughter. The two hour visit was definitely worth it!

Its a fun place for the kids to get some energy out on a hot day but some of the bounce house slides are rough in areas and scrape the kids up pretty good. They need to look into updating to stuff thats not so worn out.

Went for a birthday party. The kids had a great time. They have party rooms that will hold 15 or so people. Pizza was good.

My family went last week (in January, 2019) and meeting the NEW OWNERS, we were so convinced that will find success and smiles in the years to come! The owners were present with all the patrons, their own children were there playing kindly with my much younger children. They had big plans of cleaning, maintaining and upgrading their inventory.I am so excited to see them start fresh with this project. You are just what we need in Lafayette for our littles!

Gone downhill over the year. Filthy, jumps never get cleaned, no telling what germs are around. No monitors, unsafe play with parents not even supervising their own.Take your life in your own hands here.January 28, 2019 - new ownership so I tried again. Very nice couple and committed to making it better. I can already see changes and they have lots more coming. Let’s get together and give them a chance to realize the American Dream.

Great place to take kids 2-10 my great granddaughter had her Birthday party there. They played for 2hr. and had so much fun . There are jumps and slides and the place is clean. The kids loved it

My 18 month old & 32 month old girls love this place!

Will not come back. We arrived at 7:30 was told they close at 9. There were a few families here when we arrived they left shortly after. We were told at 8:20 that they had to close because noone else was there. I paid just like everyone else and should been allowed to stay until the actual closing time. We have been driving from NC back to TX and stopped so our 4 year old could play. Never again!!! It is sad that paying customers were told to leave early because the staff wanted to go home early.

I sadly don’t recommend this place at all. It’s not what it used to be. The staff was rude and not attentive to anything. The party support was also practically non-existent. It wasn’t clean. There was even a giant deflated fun jump pile in the middle of the floor! Kids were disappointed and we had to ask about it because there was no sign or caution marker or apology or acknowledgement of any sort for this big pile of junk in the middle of the place. We tried contacting management afterwards to let them know what happened, but if we thought the service was rude at the place ... well let’s just say we know why that behavior is the norm there. It was appalling the response we received. Our issues were based on obvious facts yet they were entirely glossed over as not a big deal or we were rudely told that we were misinformed and it wasn’t as we expected it to be. Which made zero sense because we were told exactly how things worked from staff the week prior AND it was also all clearly in writing on the website. I’ve personally never paid so much for so little at a party. I feel bad even saying this because my kids used to love their time here. But it’s not the same now. There’s so many jump places in the area now. Do yourself a favor and check into them instead.

#fun place to be with my kids. We live in an apartment and they are allergic to mosquito bites so this is the place we go. Friendly people and it wears my kids out.

Held my sons 4th Birthday party here the party assistant was awesome. She was so patient with my son who decided he was tired and didnt want to participate.

Not happy with the service at all. Wasnt NOTHING like the pics. I paid 10$ for my child to have NO fun. Due to all the pics she had seen. To get here and drive 1 hour to get here. For my child to be very upset. AND NOT HAPPY.. Staff NOT to happy with. Never Again......

Great place to have a kids birthday party! We had our 8 year old daughters birthday here and couldnt have been happier. The party assistant was AMAZING! She took charge of everything. Including: leading the kids to and from the play area, serving pizza and cake, opening presents, and getting everything ready to go at the end. She boxes and bagged everything for us so all we had to do was walk out. I would gladly have next years party here.

Very helpful staff and good coffee

We absolutely love this place for school events for our middle schoolers and young teens. The Roots always make us feel welcome and the staff is outstanding and very accommodating!Jump Zone rocks!!

Fun (crazy fun!) for kids, fairly boring for grown ups. They do have food, but I advise eating first. Think of it as gas station food. Always clean fun and friendly.

Never going here again. The staff is unfriendly for a kids place. They are also super crowded and no parent cares what their children do. My 3 year olds got knocked down multiple times from other kids misusing the jumps and they were allowed to do it by the parent and staff. Also the jumps need to be cleaned and a lot need to be replaced. Definitely not worth it at all anf I will never go back.

Apparently you cant walk in and let your child play until 3:00 on Saturday unless you are part of a birthday party. My child was crushed. Thanks for nothing jump zone.

People who are working are very rude. They ignore u not very conversative, not welcoming... its fun for the kids but nothing for the adults...

I find it more for smaller kids, but very enjoyable!!! My lil boy has a blast each and every time we go!!!
