I came here a few weeks ago with my husband, we were in here for several hours and loved it. Customer service was excellent, they had a ton of Halloween items, good sales, and we even earned a $5 reward as well. Store was really clean, all employees were wearing masks, they wiped their station down and sanitized after every customer! We will be back again soon, and I highly recommend this location.

Great prices. However, lines too long. Only three cashiers.

Michaels is open for business and keeping us safe. Great selections friendly staff.

Need to find new latches for jewelry. When upon entering Michael’s I came across so much more. I then remembered I needed 1/2 inch round double side adhesive which zI also found at Michael’s. The staff is friendly and helpful. Very nice size craft store with many craft items and then some.

Updated: I submitted an edit to Google Maps so hopefully its correct now.....The address on Google and on the Michaels website is wrong. Put in Rolling Acres Plaza, Lady Lake FL to find it. I was driving around for half an hour.

Very very happy with the framing and matting job of the two photographs my wife and I took while traveling. Left is door of St. Stevens Church in Mainz, Germany and right is a door on a home in Memphis, Egypt. We had the photos enlarged by Fine Art America and delivered the posters to Michaels. Many thanks to Nancy who helped put together the matting choises with the colors and Ashley who put everything together. Flawless work.Thank you both so much.

Love Michaels - great prices, lots of in-stock items, and they have curb-side pick-up!

Ordering online is horrible! Its been 10 days since I placed my order and its still showing as waiting for ups to pick it up. Never will I ever buy online from Michaels again. Im sticking with Amazon and Walmart from now on!!!

Always clean and minding covid rules. Always find what i need.

The team took longer then expected to open the doors. They did not greet the customers when we all came in. They were not available for help many times etc. Will most likely not visit this store again. As always, Michaels had great deals. Keep the company moto alive and be kind and friendly. The only friendly person was at the register.

During the Make Break session my friend and I each decorated a small Christmas tree. The store was very busy with a festive atmosphere. People are starting to craft for Christmas. My visits to Michaels are always fun. I sometimes buy jewelry supplies for my hobby. Love Michaels!

This is a beautiful Michaels. I visited this store while on vacation. They had products my home store did not carry. I was able to get everything that I needed to get. Friendly staff.

Dont go there! I visited the frameshop for a price on 3 custom frames. A woman working in back was asked to assist me showing immediate displeasure at having to do so. She was rude and condescending. Ive custom framed many pieces, never treated so poorly.

Always come here for craft ideas and supplies. Friendly staff, fast checkout on last visit, wide selection of items. Love this place. Every time! Thank-you!

I Always fine what I need at Michaels. What a great place to Shop.

Always an excellent selection of products here for any project we are working on. Our favorite craft supplies store! Do sign up for the emails- youll get lots of great coupons to use. The staff at this location is very helpful and knowledgeable, too.

Clean nice cashiers. Not as well stocked as some other Michaels. Thing are misplaced

The surprise of finding certain items at 80% off brought me back again after I had lunch!! Its too bad they no longer take competitors coupons, but I can understand in todays world. I do wish Google maps could find the location... They are off by 3 miles or more!

Just called to ask if the carry a particular item. An item their website said to call for availability. Both times I called was placed on hold for over 5 minutes with no one returning to the phone line to tell me anything. Not even can you please continue to hold. Nothing. I was going to come down from ocala if they had it but nope, your customer service only on the phone made that decision up for me.

I used to love looking at their merchandise but now the store seems unorganized, and appears tor to be a little fun down. I took my first cart back to its orig. space... Got another..took it back also ...remindef me of broken down Walmart carts. ....it will be awhile before I go back to this store ...had to do a return & the girl was so out of it she thought part of the merchandise was a purchase.. dah.

Awesome little trinkets and things you dont think about till you see it Im a pretty crafty person and I enjoyed the variety of micelanious materials they have in stock

Decent variety of products but over priced. Im not sure if thats due to location in The Villages or not but Ill probably make the drive to Ocala or choose a different store.

If you craft or just want nice holiday decorations, this is the place. I always enjoy the frame shop, too.

Extremely rude cashier.

Friendly service providers and cashiers. Staff are willing to work with you to obtain the proper items that you want.

Great place to buy paint supplies. Wish I lived closer to it

Childrens craft club on Saturdays is great. Always fun and affordable. Of course the sales are awsome. This store is very under staffed. At check out there may only be 1 or 2 cashiers with a line that could be as much as 30 deep.

Love what they have in area of making different c red afts

Usually stocked pretty well, but the store is SO cramped... There is barely even any room for the humongous checkout line that wraps around the aisles...

So much to see!! Huge inventory. Packed to the ceiling! Lots of home decor items. Found my items online, live the fact it tells you the exact location of the item. Pressed for time, it made it fast and easy!!!

Always amazes me when a store with such a large and varied inventory is so neat, organized, and spotless. This location certainly has the secret! Very helpful and friendly staff. Great prices, especially on sale and closeout merchandise.

Getting low on holiday items but still got some good buys

Nice store. Little pricey, but its ONE of the only places that ya can get certain items. Nice employees and I did find a great bargain on 1 item that I didnt go there to buy. LOL!! Too GOOD a deal to pass up.

Nice place to shop always a pleasure.

I bought a small sewing machine offline and I pick it up the same day. I went to set it up and it look like someone returned it because it was broken ( looked used). So I returned it (the next day) and the employees were vary rude and condescending and they didn’t want to give me my money back (I had my receipt so it shouldn’t be a issue); I got stuck with a gift card instead!!! I will never go there again!!!

Love Michaels, good prices n great customer service

New to the crafting world but lots of goodies.

If you love crafting there are always great deals.

You can get great deals here when they have sales.

Great frames and easy to find what you are looking for!

Two clerks were extremely helpful finding me an item. I found one item and needed a second. Could not be found but they looked until they found it. Above and beyond. Very Friendly. The one girl was in training and was shadowing. She was very pleasant. Happy with the customer service.

Fabrics decoration for Christmas holidays very nice place

So many nice Christmas decorations, and all on a great discount.

Nice clean store with amazing deals!! Cashiers were extremely friendly as well!!

Good like the discount prices they give

Great place to go for your arts and crafts

Had the best help. So nice.

Helena was outstanding! She has always so helpful to me! She should have a special award.

Perfect go to place for craft supplies. And, well organized. Good sales, too.

This is our home on Saturdays. The crafts for kids are cheap and fun. They make for a wonderfully affordable day out. Always having sales and its easy to find an associates to help.

The workers and super helpful with find what you need

Great store to shop clearance reg.prices are way out of range

Employee up front was so nice :)

Found what I needed and clerk was very helpful

I had no problems finding what i was looking for, when checking out the sales clerk wad very friendly and personable.

Clean...nice prices...friendly staff

Associates are always helpful, personable and efficient.

Made birthday gift in craft class

Coupon policy is very frustrating and employees always seem miserable. They do have a nice selection and quality items, tho.

An item I had just purchased, using a discount coupon, was stolen from my golf cart while I was shopping at another store. When I returned to Michaels to repurchase the item, I asked the clerk if I could use the same discount coupon again. She asked why and when I explained she said, Yes, you can use it again. And Ill refund your money for the stolen item as well. Thats what I call compassionate service!

I like shopping here. Everything is put in its own place, you can find things easy and you get discounts. Great place

Best Selection of ready made wreaths!

Predictable good size michaels

My go-to place for my work. Always polite and great service.

I love this place.

Good deals on what I needed. Easy to find my items.

Good place... Sales are good

The variety of craft supplies is very good. I love their seasonal items. Whenever possible, I take advantage of their sales.

Found the blending brush for my colored pencils at a reasonable price.

This is a standard Michael store just like most of the others. They had enough stop at the registers but it seemed like they had no staff in in the remainder of the story. This is a smaller than average Michael store and definitely has less in certain areas we noticed Less in the yarn area and paint areas.

Too cramped, everythings crammed in and prices as well as quality not as good as Hobby Lobby where I will patron from now on.

Super friendly staff. Always helpful and knowledgeable. I go here often and always have a wonderful experience. Def recommend this location.

Sometimes the line gets a little long due to only one or two cashiers being on shift at a time. Still, shelves are always stocked and store is always clean.

Love their 50% coupons.

Didnt have item in stock after computer said they did and nobody wanted to help find it

Had great deals the day I went in.

Always find what I need.

Why havent I gone into Michaels more often...lots of really nice Easter decor...bought items for Easter baskets for the Grandchildren... really enjoyed the store..good prices..and the clerk used a discount on my phone..

Great prices and great seasonal sales. I always find things that I need for crafting without having to go to 2-3 places. Very convenient.

Lots of crafty things if your into crafts

Great selection and great prices.

They ate helpful and give 40% coupons the only thing that sucks is they work 5 days after the purchase

Love it just wish it alot more cheaper

Was very disappointed that this location doesnt carry the item I purchase often.

Kids love going to Camp Creativity in the Summer at Michaels

Great just wished they didnt give out coupons that didnt work for another 5 days

Got what I needed and other stuff.

Nice and clean. Quality merchandise but excessive amount of merchandise on one craft and too sparse on others. Would like to see more diverse crafts and less of the current trend.

Hard to find stuff, had to ask worker and he wasnt very helpful for 1 item but found my sec item right off the bat. Was very nice. Checkout was quick but it helps to go there early in the day

Love Michaels. I almost always find what I need

Great variety of craft items, they offer continuous coupons and discounts which makes acquiring materials easier and better~

A place where you can find a little bit of everything

Live this place but its a bit pricey

Awesome place to inspire fun diyers!
