The prices are a little expensive, but I love going to the movies once in a while . The experience of this theatre is very good. Its comfortable, the snack bar has a wide variety of good food and drinks, and the staff there is friendly in my experience. It also has an arcade, which is fun under normal circumstances. But, due to the recent outbreak its closed for now.

Your computer glitch should not be my bad customer experience. If you already have been experiencing computer glitch the whole day, shut the system down.Do not charge your customers the money, and when they arrive to watch the movie, you tell them they have to buy a new set of tickets and hope to get a refund for the original tickets that was paid online.l am told, l now have to pay for another set of tickets and then come back again during the weekdays to make a claim to get a refund (maybe)l am a visitor to Seattle and guess l got robbed by Regal theatres chain and what a way to treat a Veteran on Memorial Day weekend.

First time going to movie theater during Covid19 and it was a great experience. It was exceptionally clean and sanitized and the staff was very careful about everything. The movie I watched was basically empty which was great.

Its okay, sometimes they will be out of certain drinks or candy but dont dare even think about looking suspicious of bringing in outside snacks, because then certain upper staff members will be quick to aggressively hound you.

We enjoyed our movie viewing experience here. The attendants were helpful. The theater was pretty clean and seats were comfy. The screen and sound were very accommodating. We were able to select our seats upon purchase at the window so we didn’t have to rush inside...we were able to grab some snacks together. Our food and drinks were good. It was a pricey event but they did have a military discount and a rewards club.

Clean, friendly, and frankly, one of the only gigs in town. So glad they opened because I really miss the theater experience!

Regal has almost always given me a great experience. Those times that it did not were fixed such as refunds or free showings for any issues that disturbed the movie. The popcorn and food has always been great. The rewards program is top notch and the app makes everything seemless and quick.

Once upon a time going to the cinema was a much better experience than watching a movie at home. Every since Regal decided to have 30 minutes of commercials after the scheduled start time, it’s better to wait for the movie to be released outside of the theaters and watch it at home. When there was 3-4 good movie previews it was a nice warm up to the main event. These days 30 minutes of commercials makes me wonder what I just paid for.

I grew up in Lacey and while on a visit in June 2019 realized that I dont really like this particular Regal Cinemas because Ive had bad experiences that other most likely share.This Regal Cinemas is very nice-looking, much more aesthetically pleasing than the one in downtown Honolulu.But, the popcorn is the worst. I shouldve known the popcorn was the worst when the popcorn butter container read golden flavored.Golden flavored?. How about some butter-flavored butter? Not to mention that much of the popcorn was burnt.Second, the snack bar closes way too early. When I watched MIB international with Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson the snack bar closed by around 10pm (even though some of the last movies of the night started at 9:30. When I watched a 10pm showing of Rocketman and bought some snacks before it started, I was told the snack bar was going to close in a few minutes!!! So disappointing. This means, if you buy the popcorn for the last show, realize how horrible it is, and dont like it you might not be able to get another snack!!!The staff are nice and friendly and were apologetic about the snack bar early closure.

Went to see a movie here recently. Online experience was good. Theater is clean and big. Chairs are big and spacious. Good lighting in the venue. Average snack counter. Staff was friendly and did a good job. The Rock is licated next door if you want to get a drink or meal before or after your movie.

If you havent been to the movies in a while like me. Theres a slight sticker shock. You might have to take out loan against your house.(joking) It was a quick 50 bucks. The popcorn wasnt fresh. The movie was Captain Marvel good theater quality surround sound. comfortable seats, sticky floors. Overall experience was so so.

This theater has lots of snack options. They also have a great drink variety. I love the new movies out. The screen is large and the sound is at a good volume to hear the movie. The staff is kind and helpful.

I love the rewards club benefits and the summer kids movie day and mostly Tuesday movies offer members only pricing, club members only so membership cards, if you dont have one Get one.

Came to purchase tickets. Times online says the theater is open at 11am. It is now 10 minutes past opening and all doors are locked. One potential customer has gotten in her car and left. There is staff inside and no one even comes out to inform us of the proper times.

Clean, clean, clean w/ lots of friendly and helpful staff. Sound quality and screen size were suitable to engaging with and enjoying the film. Reason for 4 vs 5 star is only because other local theaters have switched to reclining seats yet this location has yet to do so. Like the new monthly rates although may not be cost effective for a budget conscious family. Good idea worth considering for singles or couples who frequently attend movies as it is cost effective in the long run. Like all the classic use of upcoming movie posters along the corridors as these are decorative as well as informative.

Not the automatic like I used to but was nice. Saw STAR WARS. Much more comfortable seats than when saw at an amc in 1977. Then was small guy. Good IMAX to. May have to try 3d next time

The reclining seats (replete with an electronic button and various settings) were a nice feature. The faculty is new and quite flashy. Because of this, the parking lot and seats are often very full. If youd like an empty seat next to you, best to visit elsewhere.

Watched toy story 4 with my son and it was his first movie. He absolutely loved it. 5 stars

It was alright; it is just a theater. The movie I saw (Star Wars IX) was bad IMO but Im not here for that. I had to knock off two stars for the following reasons:-The ticket person at the front gave us different seats than we asked for. There was no way for this person to fix it, so we had to stand in the customer service line and wait for fifteen minutes to get these changed. Another customer service person would have made this take a minute at most. We almost missed the movie time, but this didnt matter because:-There were 30 minutes of ads /after/ the movie start time. What is this about? I didnt pay money to watch ads for 30 minutes. 10 minutes would have been acceptable but really, any amount of time that I have to spend watching ads before the movie is supposed to start is money out of my pocket that I could spend doing anything else. 30 minutes is also 25% of the screen time of an average movie. Does this mean I get a 25% discount on my ticket?-The theater is old with plush seats. This isnt helped by the several smoker clientele stinking up the room with cigarette odor. Im not against people expressing their right to inhale tar, but being forced to smell menthols for two hours is unpleasant and makes this location far less desirable. You also cant move away from the smell to a different seat, because your seats are assigned. Anyone with asthma should avoid this place.

Good movie experience. 20 bucks for a large drink and popcorn is a bit steep. Watched Alien from 1979... cool to know people 40 years ago were watching this.

This place could really benefit from an upgrade but the staff is good, it’s attached to the mall and really family friendly.

Good movie theater with comfortable seating. IMAX makes it to where I can’t hear for days but In a good way.Still recall watching Hereditary here, sometimes when I sleep I can hear the clicks. It keeps me up at night.But yes, the theatre is usually clean with great aesthetics. Always tickets available with good prices.

I spoke with Jeremy the manager on duty to help me find my keys I thought I left in the theater. He was very nice, took down my information and tried to find it for me. I appreciate his care for his customers

Had to wait in the condiments line to buy a single ticket. Took me 25 minutes to buy a single ticket. Which caused me to miss the opening of the movie. Why have a box office and not use it. Definitely not coming back.

The theater we had was old and the seats were uncomfortable.

The quality screens and seats are worth the premium price. The snack bar with $6 water is not. Put in drinking fountains and Ill give this place 5 stars. (Until then, Ill wear a big coat.)

We get to pick our own chairs to watch movies. Sound is a little bit loud. The snack bar was real nice and they give you little trays to get popcorn from the bucket so you have your own.

This is an easy to find, access, and exit facility. It has plenty of parking. It is clean, well maintained and fully handicapped accessable. It has a room for parties too.

Kind staff, comfortable seating, and reserved seats through Fandango. Concessions were surprisingly not as expensive as expected, a large popcorn was a little over $9 with a free refill. Will definitely go there again!

Showed up 5 days after a brain tumor removal (benign, prospects excellent). Wasnt able to wear a hoodie to screen it, but the CSRs doing food service were awesome and caring. I did receive some looks from the few theatergoers that were around at the time, but I was frankly expecting it, just based on how my head looked.

That is a nice place to go see movies and has a cotton candy machine right there in the lobby arcade and more

The employees genuinely take care of us. I havent really experienced any negativity except their water fountain on the 1-9 side. Tasted like aluminum and then few months later still had the same taste.

A nice place to go see a movie with your significant others, never had an issue once in all the years of going here. This place has improved in many other areas as well

The auditoriums are comfortable. Movies are presented well. The concession lines are VERRRRY s l o w. Building and fixtures are starting to show age.

Great theater with comfy seats. Dont expect to get in quickly if you havent pre-paid for your tickets. The line can take awhile to get through even if theres only a couple of people ahead of you. Even on the slower week nights, they have you choose your seats on a screen whether the theater is full or empty and that sort of bogs down the line. If you happen to be running a little late for your show, I dont recommend hitting the concessions-theyre quite slow. All in all though, a nice theater to see a movie.

Terrible! Had to purchase tickets at the concession stand, popcorn was cold and stale, got carbonated water insted of my soda. I went back to replace it and the new soda was the same. Theater room was freezing!!! Not sure whats happening to Olympia Regal but its NOT an enjoyable experience. When you spend $40 on a matinee for 2 people with a popcorn and soda this is frustrating. Go to the theater in the mall!!! VERY UNHAPPY

Seats dont recline, and not nearly enough leg room. I began getting very antsy towards the middle of an excellent movie. I will definitely go for Cinemax at the mall if that is a choice for my next movie viewing experience.

This is our favorite theatre. Clean, friendly staff, comfy seating. The reason for 4 stars is, recently you changed to assigned seating. This new system really stinks. We like the old way. You get in and find where you want to sit. It may be helpful for new releases or busy times such as the weekends. We attend early afternoon movies, Tuesdays usually. This was our first experience having pick our seat. The employee basically expected us to know what we were supposed to do. He got annoyed with my questions. To choose a seat for a 12pm movie on a Tuesday is crazy. There ended up only being 8 people watching the movie. I think you should rethink this policy especially for matinee shows. Us older generation do not need things getting more complicated.

Its never really busy and I enjoy my movie experience here. I have the regal card and love to use my points to get a free movie ticket. I see a movie here at least once to twice a month. They might not have the recliner chairs but their seats are comfy and I like the choosing seats option they started doing. Sometimes the concessions employees seem miserable but its not enough to bother me.

This is a great theater located right off of the highway. There is a ton of parking and some great places to eat near by. It is always really clean and the service is excellent. I cant say enough good things about it. Definitely stop by if you are looking for a great theater.

Location was the draw for me. Bought my tickets in the que for snacks... this is great if you want snacks, but if you dont it is a pain. Screen was nice and the seats were above average. Other locations have recliners, so dont expect that.

Card scanners are outdated. They lacked the chip reader and couldn’t read my magnetic strip so I was forced to draw cash from the ATM and wait another 15 minutes at the concessions stand. They need to have tickets purchased at the box office and not concessions when there is a high volume of customers.They also gave me a ticket with the showing time I did not ask for. I don’t blame any individuals for my poor experience but the management of this facility in general. Unfortunately, this is the poorest experience I have had at an IMAX theater.

Saw a few movies here. Not packed like I expected it to be. The popcorn was spendy as well as the soda, but I like having plenty of room and not a lot of people.

This movie theater has went downhill. Worst place to go unless you show up at least 30 minutes early before show time. Customer service is horrible. Waited in line for over 15 minute to get popcorn and got tired of waiting. Only 2 people in front of us and still waited for over 15 minutes. Go somewhere else to see movie.

I dont go there very often I prefer olympia centery cinema instead due to prices and much more convenient and comfortable and doesnt cost me 6$! For a small monster drink hahaha

Love that you can choose your seat. You dont have to rush to get into the theater. Plus if you get up, they are still yours. A bit spendy for a family of four. Probably with tickets and snacks, it is close to $90. Recommend using your Regal card to help offset the cost of future movie trips.

Bought our tickets on Fandango to watch Alita: Battle Angel. We saw the 270 experience and it wasnt bad but I wouldnt go out of my way to try it again. The theater was clean and employees were nice and professional. Will recommend going to this theater again.

Beautiful, modern theater with friendly, efficient staff. They have these wonderful captioning glasses for my deaf son that display the words said in the movies on the bottom of the inside of the glasses.

Went there to see The Lion King with my granddaughter. Place was clean and the rest rooms were spotless. I think the popcorn and snacks are expensive. All in all a nice place for the family...

Their popcorn just isnt the same as it use to be. NO flavor. When you walk into the lobby, there is NO smell of fresh popping popcorn. They are very disorganized when you come into the door. One person is going from side to side trying to check everyones tickets, and point them in the righr direct.There should be one line formed for the concessions. It should be roped off, and the next person in line, should go to the next available server. It should be roped off the same way outside. It is TERRIBLE when you have been waiting a while, they open a new window, and someone just coming up rushes up to the newly opened window, while the rest of us are still waiting.WHAT has happened toCUSTOMER SERVICE????????VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Everything is mostly great. The pretzels are okay but the cheese is bland so dont bother. Good candy but no DDR machine in the arcade so, is it really even an arcade???

This theater is huge and has multiple restrooms so you dont have to walk all the way back to the front just to use the restroom. Less time from the movie. Nice lighting. Clean. Has family restrooms. Well maintained. Lots of parking and lots of theater rooms with lots of movies showing.

Clean and enjoyable theatres. The food and beverage is a bit overpriced ($4 for a bottle of water). No matter what, if you ask for buttered or non buttered popcorn, they will always butter it. Other than that Ive had great times there, the arcade is fun and the movie quality has always been excellent!

For anyone who want to see a movie in the morining....DO NOT COME TO THIS THEATER!! Soda machine are not turn on and about 30 min into our movie. Its just stop all of a sudden and waiting for manager to fix it. At least the employee knows what there doing lol

Seen the new Avengers movie in IMAX 3D. It was cheaper then expected and also best frickin movie ever. Very good frozen yogurt ever...! Great service as well.. Great place to go on a date...

So far Ive seen three movies here, no complaints as so far as service. Great movie selection, good sound, quick turn around for each booth. Candies and drink selection is pretty good. The seats dont recline far, so if you have trouble sitting for long periods or are too tall for the seats then sit in the way back out row G for the handlebar on front.

This theater was AMAZING, they may not have recliner seats but they do rock, and the side walls of the theater PLAY THE MOVIE. Like some scenes you can see more than whats on the screen, as if you were turning your head. Its amazing, Ive never seen anything like it, I wish wed scene it in 3D, that would have been fantastic, we saw in regular and it was awesome.

First time at this theater & its awesome. Moved down from a small town in Texas that has IMAX & was looking for another theater that has one. The seats are not that comfortable or reclining & are close together, screen isnt as big as the one Ive been to previously in Texas but overall a great experience.

Wow, what a wonderful theater!!First, I LOVE how you can reserve tickets beforehand! Reserved seating should just be a default in all theaters at this point.Secondly, WOW!! That immersive screen?? Holy shizz!!! Worth every penny for that extra immersion. Maybe its just me, or maybe others share the same curiosity; I LOVE seeing extra scenes, a more INCLUSIVE view of the entire picture. So I loved the immersion screen.Now finally, wow! This place has such cool machines, along with the most incredibly clean bathroom! Love it!
