Went to get a poster paper and came out with a cart full of stuff lol. They had an 80% off sale on Summer Camp Activity sets. Always love a sale! Most I paid was $2 on 3 draw on shirts. Everything else 20c .40c and .80cLove going just to walk around I can be there for hours!

After trying to shop quickly and get my few items to check out, i then faced the longest line with only two cashiers. I love Michaels but could not handel that.

The staff here was especially nice. I wish I remembered the young lady that helped me but she was extremely helpful and kind to my grandmother.

Will never visit this location again. I despise Hobby Lobby so Michaels was my second best bet. There were people not wearing masks and the employees did NOTHING. It’s literally Los Angeles county mandate. Literally dropped everything I was going to buy and left to the Jo-ann’s across the street, it’s smaller but customer service was better and got what I needed without my safety being risked. If I ever do shop at Michaels it will be online. (doubt i will)

Nice store. Layout is a bit different than other stores but still has a variety of items. Can find great deals. Hit or miss with customer service, floor staff not as helpful but cashiers very friendly.

I came here during the pandemic so they had the touchless drop off, and the woman who dropped off my role of heat transfer had to be one of the rudest individuals I have ever experienced at a place of business. She walked out past my car where there is no trunk so I rolled my window down for them to drop it in there but she decided to walk past my car turn around and throw the roll onto the hood of my car which then rolled onto the ground and out into the parking lot. It was absolutely insane, and if I heard someone tell me the exact same thing there is no way I would believe them because its too absurd but it is 100% true

This place is always fun to explore and walk around. Even if Im not looking for a project I still love walking around and exploring.

No staff to help with anything. Shelves are not stocked with the high moving products. Lines are too long and not enough staff to check out people. If you are going to this michaels make sure you have extra time to on your hands.

I love Michaels. The staff is helpful and I found all my DIY projects here. Ive used Michaels for framing and they always do an amazing job. You also cant beat their coupons!

Curbside pickup.... Im blown away that even in a 2 second interaction a person could be so dismissive and rude. Ive been going to this Michaels for at least a decade and usually have a pleasant experience. I guess it takes a crisis to bring out the worst in people. Customer service still matters even in a pandemic!!!! My items being thrown on my hood is plain disrespectful and rude. Im disappointed that I even had to write a review during this time. My shopping experiences during covid 2020 with other stores has made a customer for life. Michaels has left such a sour taste in my mouth I will be looking for other craft stores to place my orders from here on out.

Really enjoyed going to Michaels! Great discounts, no problem returning things I dont need and is the ultimate craft store. The only problem I had is that there not too many workers throughout the store, so, if you need help locating items, it is a challenge. Nonetheless, a great place to shop.

This is my favorite Michaels. The customer service is great. The employees here, are always willing to help. I get great advice for projects from the employees and fellow customers. The projects they offer for children are fantastic!!!!! They make the seasons and holidays FUN!!!!! The instructors are awesome. They also have great patience!

The woman tried to help me find what I was looking for, for about 1 minute. When she didnt see it, she said they may or may not have it any more...I should just read through what they do have. And walked away.I looked for and read through packages for another 10 minutes, then ended up leaving empty handed.Going over to Hobby Lobby...

I seriously go here like 3-4 times a week. Absolutely love this place. I paint and work with polymer clay as well as fondant. This place has everything I need for all three of my hobbies. I love their storage bins But they are over priced.

So glad to be able to shop in-store again!!!

Such a great place to purchase and get ideas for crafts. The silk flower is amazing all the colors. The staff is so helpful, when looking for a coupon on your cellphone. Such a big help in saving money. The frame department has amazing choices and great colors. The employees are more than qualified to help.

Michaels has what you need, when you need it. The La Verne store is very nice, well lit and well stocked. I always find what I need there, and the staff is great! I would definitely recommend going to this one over some of the other ones. The other nice from his down in Chino hills, but I really like the La Verne store.

Michaels La Verne is my go too, run in and run out. Upland is better, availability, help and courteousness.

Love that there is online ordering and pickup here. Love the teacher discounts with ID. Love the diverse, helpful staff at the La Verne location. Love Michaels!

This Michaels is great. Its easy to find what you are looking for. This one looks larger than some other ones that I have shopped at. But its still easy to find what I want.

They have so many people work in, but you can never find anyone to help you.

Had a very sweet lady help me at the frame section, I was told that it would take 2 weeks for me to get the type of frame that i was looking for, I said I need it by the weekend, so she automatically took me to the other section where I found this other frame that I felt in love with, plus it had a discount as well, thanks so much for such a great customer service.
