Ive lived in La Porte for almost 20 years, have passed by this place for at least as long as that, and I never would have known what kind of store this was until I mistook it for a perfectly normal retail or something similar store, and brought my daughter here looking for some donations to buy for a charity. Im highly embarrassed now, thanks to the storefront looking like just another retailer. this place needs to update their signage so no future father mistakenly takes his 17 year old daughter here!!!

OMG store#43 in La Porte Tx is very clean, one of the girls here was sooo sweet and walked us through the store, she was so helpful in explaining all the products, Katy was very professional and friendly, this is our third visit, definitely a place to visit if you are spicing things up

I’ve been coming to this store for a good while now! I’ve seen some employees come and go but I would say the staff here now is amazing! The girls are welcoming and very easy to talk to. Super professional about their job and i love it! Who ever trained these girls did a great job! I was recently there and a young lady named Grace helped me pick out some items for me and my friend who is trans. Grace made us feel super comfortable and she was extremely supportive of my friends lifestyle! She had an extremely amazing personality and joked around with us and made us feel like family! My friend said that she would always come back here for all her needs! As will I!

Extremely helpful and when we were buying something that couldnt be returned after opening they opened it before charging us to make sure it was good! Also I appreciated how they were informative about the ingredients in the products. Plus one of the girls in the really knew how to help me know about the sales! First time shopper at this place but I will definitely be back! I was very excited to spend the amount of money I did and will be back for more. Especially since she put me in their loyalty membership! I only wish I had gotten the employees name! But thanks so much for making my experience so much easier since it was mine and my boyfriends first time in this kind of shop, but it made us feel welcome and it was so nice.

They watch you like a hawk in this store. Literally following you throughout the storeI felt extremely uncomfortable. I am not a thief. I have plenty of $$ and I dont need a babysitter while Im trying to buy lingerie. I took my $ down the road.

Ive been to this store three times and I was more than happy with the customer service. People of today should take notes, because these people really know how to ensure return service.

The selection was fine. I just dont like how overly helpful the workers were. I didnt want to be rude, but I feel like I made it pretty clear I did NOT want or need help. They didnt catch the hint.

I have always loved Cindies and never had a problem at any store until I came here recently. Ive been visiting the store for the last 6 years and the two people that were working during the twelve days of Cindys were completely clueless. Not only did they overcharge for stuff that was on sale but they were extremely rude as they went through shift change. I understand you have to count money but the young lady going off shift was so rude to other male customers and her co-worker that it actually made me sick. When I ask for help to find a gift for somebody she sighed at me. She wasnt knowledgeable about the items or the promotions. I would rather drive the 30 minutes to the Cindies on 45 then deal with that lady again
