A radiant restaurant. This was one of the nicer less crowded Chuck-E-Cheese Ive been. Employees are friendly. restroom is always kept clean and stocked. Theres a Starbucks next to it which they allow you to bring in but you should ask first. Last time forgot to ask the manager and my sister brought in two cups of coffee the big ones and the manager gave her dirty look and told her thats not allowed. When he saw it was for me he told the employee its okay. Plenty of parking but be aware theres little small business around it. For $20 you get 1 hour of games, rides and tickets games. and one more thing ask before you bring any Starbucks in.

We were excited to see that they were open for games. However, OUTSIDE only! That wasn’t clearly stated and was not brought to my attention. Would have appreciated to know this before paying. You are basically just waiting outside for your food, with whatever 9 games are out there. No outdoor seating either. Waste of time and a disappointment.

The coupon deals VIA website are always a plus. I enjoy saving a couple bucks. Location was good. Employees not so friendly. Majority of the video games did not work which took most of our credit and failed to let the kids play a game. But regardless kids still had fun. Usually about a $50 minimum for a party of four. Had a Saturday evening with typical crowd. Will return again

Not crowded for a Saturday morning. This is our second visit. Sampler was good. Very clean. Parking is great. Fast friendly service. We will return for round 3.

Great Grandpa, Grandma, Uncle Johnny & Nathan went to Chuck E.Cheese for Uncle Johnnys 24th Birthday.

They have great Birthday parties for the children. And serveral games for children and adults to enjoy. Pizza of course and salads pay once and you can go back as many times as you want. Lots choses..at salad bar. Dressings, fruits, whole eggs.nuts,croutons, jello. The staff is very entertaining.

The staff was friendly, restrooms were clean, and the food came out quick. The manager Wayne made sure my kids 1st birthday was special. We really appreciated that. My son had a great time. Been here a few times and its always been pretty easy to do parties here. I havent had a problem at this location.

The games mostly worked. The employees were very nice and helpful. But the place smelled of mildew. The kids had fun and thats why we were there.

Kids early week due to Conferences. Took the kids for games & fries. For nearly $5 an order of fries they gave little Buying two orders combining them would have made a complete order especially at $5

Good Salad Buffet, Pizza Was Good, Wings Where Also Great, Its Loud, Its Fun, Its Chuck E Cheese.

Put out good money to have my granddaughters birthday there and the place was terrible...bathrooms were dirty and out of toilet paper, at least 8 games werent working and NO signs to indicate that they were inoperable. Other games wouldnt dispense tickets, only one floor assistant on staff to fix these machine issues which didntget fixed. Long lines to order menu items because there was only one counter staff. Ice cream vending machine took our money and didnt dispense the ice cream...waited 20 minutes to get a refund and rainbow dipping dots taste like chemicals! (They did allow us to exchange it for another.) All in all a terrible time...we were there November 17, 4pm-6pm party time.#dontwasteyourmoney

I have to say this is one of the best chuck E Cheese locations i have ever been to. The staff is very friendly and they have improved on there cleaning that is for sure . I love the new games so fun. Wayne the manager was amazing and very friendly . The cashiers as well were very nice . Would for sure recommend this location

I felt it was necessary to report the extremely poor customer service I received at Chuck E Cheese at the 15100 Rosecrans Blvd, La Mirada, CA location. I went to Chuck E Cheese to celebrate my little girls birthday I did not do a party reservation but instead just took up two tables at this particular location. I was in line when there was just one cashier Geanna a customer who was not in line walked up to this cashier when I was next and requested a Manager, so Geanna walked away from the register didn’t say I’ll be back or anything and didn’t call for a back up cashier she came back 11 mins later. At this point there are two people behind me including my sister and I finally get help from a cashier named Natalie who took my order. My sister placed the order next to me when Geanna finally returned and ordered the Party Platter $19.49. Our orders were placed at 2:55pm. Then 30 mins pass by & a worker bring a basket with 5 wings & 2 celery sticks which wasn’t what we ordered he walked away so fast I didn’t get to ask him why the wings weren’t on the platter & where the platter was but he took our number #53. I got up & told the cashier that they didn’t bring us the party platter we ordered & instead gave us tiny pieces of wings and 2 Celery sticks and she apologized & said they would correct it but I’d have to wait 10 minutes I said okay & walked away to look for the parmesan & chili pepper shakers cause there wasn’t any on our table. I asked a worker (black male who was standing at the entrance stamping) & he rudely said to me that if I wanted some I would need to remove it from other people’s tables. I was ticked off & walked back to my table to find that the pizza I ordered arrived but it had blue spots on it and my kids were disgusted it looked like mold. I finally had enough 20 minutes had passed at this point and still no Family platter so I requested to speak to the Manager & she was young girl W/ a tan shirt & she was even ruder than the rest I told her what I have been dealing with since I got there & she could care less she actually had the nerve to say well what did you want me to do? I responded “Make this right, that’s what a Im asking for”. She said well I am making it right I had them remake your platter and I said yes but now its been almost an hour since we ordered them how is that making it right all your doing is giving me what I paid for & I have blue spotted pizza at my table & she had the nerve to say “We can give you a refund if you want or you take the platter we just made you”. I said to her “I have people at my table and my kids waiting to eat its been over an hour and that’s all you can offer me to give me my money back and not feed my guest??”, I couldn’t even believe it she didn’t care to fix the blue pizza, they took 1 hour to give me the party platter (the celery sticks weren’t even looking right) and she said she would talk to the boy who told me to go hunt my own peppers and cheese shakers. She didn’t make the situation any better I left the location crying from frustration and we had to eat around the blue spots of the pizza that the Manager said, “its only frosting”, I asked her would you eat your pizza with blue frosting spots on it & she didn’t answer. The Manager was did not apologize what so ever and pretty much gave me a either take the food or shut up response didn’t care about the waiting my guest or the quality of the food. Honestly I don’t understand that locations poor choice in Management and I even asked her for the corporate number and she took 5 minutes to get that for me. I believe I should have been refunded & still made it right by correcting the order but I guess Customer Service isn’t even important at that location. The Manager didnt even apologize!!!This is the closest Chuck E Cheese to my home I have been going there for years because I have 5 kids and I am so disgusted with the quality and customer service that I will probably never return. Due to the unwillingness to correct the situation and make the customer happy.

Chuck E. Cheese is always a fun and affordable way to entertain yourself and your family. Besides their games breaking down, ticket counter getting jammed or (in my opinion) their nasty tasting food, its one of my daughters favorite place to go and mine too. I remember Chucky Cheese as a kid and had so many good memories there. There arent too many arcades anymore. Everything got too high tech. Which isnt a bad thing. But its good to have some things that we had before cellphones/ high speed internet. And for $40 bucks or even less have a fun night with kids playing games.

This place has new games and is pretty clean compared to others. A few ticket machines were down when I visited this location. But all of the games were working so thats a plus.

Awful! I was very disappointed. 1st of all a medium pizza was $14.99 then $2 for stuffed crust which I didnt ask for $1 sumthin for pepperoni. $3 sumthin for fries and it was like a handful. Didnt notice the upcharge till after I got my pizza. There was no ice multiple times that night. Every game we played was out of tickets. And then only 2 out of 6 ticket counting machines worked. It took forever! Growing up this used 2 be the best chuck e cheese im sad 2 see it so run down.

Hadnt been there in over 10 yrs and was disappointed in upgrades and food was to expensive and not that great. Glad i have no young kids.

Went to this location last weekend. Its a small location and crowded. More than half of the games were either not working or out of tickets. After only 10min I immediately asked for a refund. Not sure whats going on at this location but it needs immediate attention. The employee at the door said they were going to start letting everyone walking in know that the games are not working and or out of tickets. They also said they would be quiting due to how bad this location is. Avoid this location until something is done about it.

Went early so it was very clean and quiet.

The robots didnt work, save the jittery shaking and staticky chatter. Chuck E. actually looked like he was having a stroke. (not making fun of stroke victims) it really looked like he was experiencing a mild stroke. My kids were freaked out by all of the animatronic characters. So, instead of scaring all of the people in the room, with these obsolete tech monsters, they now play a new version of what Chuck E. might look and act like now, as a teenager. It is shown on a small TV which is old and fuzzy with bad sound. The cast members were nice but clearly overworked and sweaty and tired while flopping hot pizza disks down on the shaky, ancient folding tables. The manager could barely stand to be there. I cant even get into what the managers role is, here. I was really bothered to see him trudging through dinning room all defeated and crestfallen. I wanted to hug him but Im sure he would have burst into tears and begged me to drag him out of there by his old, faded necktie.

Expensive! Good business for them. You pay for the time you are there. So you have to rush!

Salad bar was disappointing... way too crowded.. I felt it was over their limit.. Not safe in case of emergency...

Dissapointed by the numerous removal of previous games and the childrens play house. Our family has been to this La Mirada location numerous times over the past 10 years. Walking in we quickly realized its time to find another location. My children enjoyed their time but choices are limited. This was the first time it felt tough spending $80 for a pizza and 90 min of play time.

1 pizza, Medium size wings, 2 small plates for salad bar, 1 kids cup and 1 small drink $85!! For absolutely awful food. My child isnt a fan considering there are far better kids restaurants out there now.

Kids love it. There pizza is a lot better then it was when I was a kid. Make sure to get the coupon for 45 minutes unlimited game play.

Twice had to send the mozzarella sticks back cheese was frozen, chicken for the salad is terrible microwaved processed cold chicken. Large pizza is a small. Took almost a hour to come!! Never again 100$ really honestly down the drain. Kids are timed on games dont make sense. Johns incredible blows this place away in all aspects. And only half the dam machines work. Youre timed on games and they get a attitude to come fix the machine meanwhile the kids wait 10 minutes for their tickets or half to walk away to play another game cause theyre timed. Another con they have to not pay out tickets.

Always fun! I havent been in awhile and now you can play based off of time. The kids seemed to like it and they got to play as much as they wanted without running out of tokens.

The pizza & prizes were terrible. Some of the games kept sticking and we didnt get fair play time or tickets from the games. Some games didnt pay out. Over-priced.

Seemed understaffed. Slow service. They were having problems with a cash register and it took two employees and two managers to figure it out, while I waited behind. Seems like one of them could have helped me instead of making me stand there and wait 10 minutes while they figure it out. Kids loved it though.

The place was not the cleanest. The womens bathroom was overflowing with paper towels and there was TP thrown about in one of the stalls. I hardly saw any employees working the floor for clean up and the tables stayed messy for a while. The pizza was good tho.

We had a great time here when we recently went! Its different than the last time we went. Its alot simpler. Theres no big playland for the kids anymore just alot of fun games. I like it alot better

Lots of the games there gave us problems but the staff was very nice and tried to address issues right away. So Ill give them three stars because of their customer service whats up to my standards. But they really need to make sure their machines are up and running properly.

Ordered 6 Traditional pizza’s, all the pizza’s were thinner than the “thin crust”!! employee’s made an excuse that it’s a different dough really sad for a multimillion dollar company!! Sounds like to me!!! On top of all that, Ramon the manager advised his employees to “stretch” out the dough because they are “extremely” busy today 11-27-18! WOW I will definitely post to all my social media sites!!

Terrible location. It took close to 2 hours to receive our food, they also took forever to stock their messy salad bar. We asked them about 3 times if someone can wipe down the 2 tables we wanted to use.. No one came.. We did it ourselves... No one even came to check if it was done. I will never go there again.

We took are daughter at this place on 11-10-2018 to celebrate a Gilbert elementary school award from last Friday (Nov. 09 2018); My wife chooses to locate any coupons from the chuckecheese website; we found one that state for this particular date if purchase some food will entitle to 20 minutes of playtime.They when to couple employees and transfer to the store manager Mr. Wayne and did not accept the coupon from the website. I request his name because the follow-up; however, I was not leaving the place because my daughter has already the illusion of having a good time.We order the food and purchase the card (card #: C23CA705 / ticket #: 20090 Terminal 289).If the place doesn’t accept the coupons from the franchise, they should chain the name of the place, if is not incorporated.Some of the games were out of order and you will need to chase people to clear or reset the malfunctions.Overall bad place.

Most of the games were broken. My card from another location was wiped just by coming here somehow. Not a fan of the electronic payment. Its a BS ripoff. My nephew saved a lot of tokens just for them to be wiped out. Sad.

My son loves this place, just sometimes a lot of the games are not on or out tickets or out of order, and the bathrooms at times have been really dirty.

It was nice .. although the machines were malfunctioning but otherwise the kiddios were having a blast. The manager was very polite and helpful as well as the staff. Although the hostess was a little awkward, asked how old I was and my kids.

It was fun, but some certain games did not provide any tickets and some did not give you the tickets that you deserved.

My grandkids have a blast here. They have a lunch special 7.50 you get pizza and Salad. Only problem last time nobody was attending the entrance. So that was dangerous. My 2 year old tried to get out and nobody there to stop her. I got her quickly.

Fun place for the kids. Pizza was pretty good and the salad bar was tasty. Plenty of games for the kids.
