Michaels

Lots of Christmas crafts and decorations. Everything was neatly displayed. The prices are reasonable.

Cricut accessories are amazing

The staff here is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was content to spend some time there looking for something tiny that I needed, but a worker there stopped me and asked if I needed help. I told her what I was after and she directed me right to it!

The Michaels in La Mesa was clean, well stocked and had plenty of helpful employees on the floor. When we had trouble finding something, the sales team was more than happy to point us in the right direction. I found some great stuff on clearance! 60-70% off lots of items throughout the store. I bought 5 extra items because the deals were too good to pass up! I highly recommend stopping in for crafts, jewelry, toys, paints, games, etc. They really have it all especially now being stuck at home with little to do, its the perfect time to stock up on some fun.

I like shopping here for art supplies, always busy, I got custom matting for a picture frame, it was perfect and same day

Great selection of craft paints and able to get bundle package of brushes.

I normally like Michels but for some reason this location never has your basic gobby supplies stocked. Out of spray/ regular paint, sand paper, vynal, blank tees and the customer service sucks!

I was looking for decorative paper and they have a great assortment.

Bought an awesome Christmas tree at 60% off

Went to get a picture framed and was very pleased with the service from the frame manager.

Very helpful staff fun friendly place to shop

Love Michaels. This is a smaller store, but employees are always so kind and helpful. I do a lot of online pick up and in store browsing.

Another place that has great customer service.

Had a few items to return and the nice lady that helped me was WONDERFUL!!! She was so patient and helpful. Bless her heart! Im thankful for people like her! She deserves a promotion!!!

Great variety of Christmas stuff! Prices vary!

Smaller than some but not bad.

Great help for frames. Thanks to the girl in the back who helped me.

Love the beginning of season sales and helpful and pleasant customer service.

Love this place. Lots of material to brighten ones imagination..And model planes and cars in stock all the time.

Covid-19 practices in place...... Great customer service!!!!

Great service, great social distancing protocols being observed. Tons of great deals, coupons on the website, and friendly staff.

Amaizing ...a lot material and very organized

I am a happy camper when Im shopping here

Cant complain. Girlfriends likes it.

Little over priced but good store very convenient

Quiet and friendly. Found everything I needed. Great prices.

We found what we were looking for and as always the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Not sure I want to share. Very friendly willing to help look for anything and they don’t leave you in line forever. I hate spending more time in line to pay then I did shopping. That’s the number one reason I don’t go to Joannes

Lots of interesting products.

Very polite and helpful staff. They dont carry any fabric.

Pure chaos, but they got everything you could need

When you need more than Hobby Lobby! This is the place!

Awesome staff. Fully stocked.

Have really good yarn/bead selection. Yarn - several colors in Lion and Red Heart styles. Premier yarn is there, and love the cotton color choices in Lily brand. Bead selection includes real stone beads that are marked by type on their product cards.

This is a very small location and lacks alot of products.

They have everything you need for crafts. However if youre Disabled be aware the aisles are mostly Not accessible. I travel with a Service Dog and a walker or a cane depending on the day and I had a hard time getting around in the aisles. Also good luck getting assistance. Again they have everything you need, but good luck getting to it.

Walking Through These Doors Is Like Walking Into The Gates Of Heaven For Me... I Even Have The Stores Phone Number Saved As My Fav Store Ever! Lol Although I Will Say, A Better Selection And Wider Variety Of Coloring Books Would Be Great! I Have All The Ones Theyve Had On The Shelfs For A While Now... And I Need New Ones!!! Grrr... Lol still Love This Place Tho!

Employees Martha and Shawn were super helpful! All around great experience. Few specific things I was looking for that I couldnt quite find but otherwise a great selection.

Lots of art supplies, no micheals though. Helpful staff

Always find what Im looking for at a good price

Good place, had what I was looking for.

Very good selection of craft and art supplies and good customer service.

At 1st I felt like I was being watched to see it I would steal anything.. and didnt like the feeling till I was approached by an employee and she said you looked lost I laughed cause I was! She helped big time and the cashier hooked me up with a big discount. Very awesome people.

My go to store for art supplies, however it seems they have a shortage on staff because I couldnt get help to open a cabinet to buy spray paint. No one came after I got the button and I couldnt find anyone who wasnt at a register

This is my local Michaels. It is convenient for when I need something quick. But it isnt as large as some of the others so sometimes the selections of things arent as great

Good selection, helpful staff and good prices.

Perfect place for your current hobby and custom frames. White glove service when it comes to framing is perfect!

Staff is helpful and ready to assist. I find the store overwhelming! Other customers were friendly and helpful too.

We had a great time shopping at Michaels!! We had so much fun looking at all the scrapbooking stuff!!!!We also looked at stickers and adult coloring books!! You could spend hours in this store!! Thank God we put a $ limit before we went in the store. Rachel the manager was awesome!!!! She helped us get the most discounts we could!! We love coming to this Michaels on Fletcher Parkway!!!! We will definitely be back to shop some more!!

Great staff and selection!

Great selection on crafts

Very helpful and friendly staff! One of the larger stores with a great selection of products.

Pointless to critique or criticize prices I feel. Buy on Amazon if youre happier with their price. But from a service standpoint Marti was so helpful for me today. She saved me a trip home and was patient and empathetic. If she is the best representation of the staff of this location then theyre in great shape! Thanks so much!

Was so excited to finally grab one of these boxes and bags

The prices are a bit too dramatic for me

My Mom shops here quite often good prices great service.....

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Asked for a specific journal/scrapbook and the staff knew exactly what I needed. She retrieved it for me also, which was very helpful. The store was very clean and organized also.

Its like going to an overpriced Wal-Mart. No one cares and no one knows anything. If you ask for something, they dont stop working and just point over there. Went to hobby lobby and found the opposite.

I love all to cool ideas I get from just walking the building

I love this place. Its an old lady Disney Land. I got paint this time, but its got everything a crafty artsy person needs.

Had just what I needed as far as frames.

I do cardmaking and find a lot of supplies at Michaels. They have many sales. The prices ate good and the quality of the merchandise is good.

Friendly employees and clean store

Great supply of craft supplies...staff go the extra mile and coupons make it reasonable!

They have a pretty good selection of craft supplies and various other things. The staff is hard to find when you need them, the checkout lines are usually pretty long, and the shelves can look a bit picked over at times. This store has all the hallmarks of being under-staffed, but once you do get to a staff member, they are very helpful and nice.

I love Michaels! I was racking my brain to try to figure out how I was going to get my boyfriends home made birthday cake into a cake box... Michaels has everything

Nice people, do not the buy and pick up from this store, same day pick up took 3 days

Nichaels is a very good store. Staff are very busy, but if you ask for help, they are very helpful. A little pricey, but it is a big chain, so expect that. Use the coupons online coupons. They help.

Nice store

This Michaels craft store is smaller than my normal store but I accidentally placed my online order to being picked up at this store location. The people at the back desk were abnormally friendly and even offered to bring my 2nd cartful out to the car and help me loaded. There were no lines when I went which made me very tempted to purchase more things because I would not have to wait but I resisted as I didnt have any coupons with me

The store has loads of things. Good and fun place to be.

Great staff but spot sucks where its located. But area is nice and good restaurants are near. Really well stocked and already have stuff for next seasons. Could do better on item selection though.

Had everything I needed.

Michaels is great but this shopping center is a bit sketchy

I like Michaels for most things. On the pursuit for specific fabrics, and their website said they sold fabric. Went to the store and they sell pretty much 0 fabric, except small squares. Was slightly disappointed.

Some great deals some not so great.

Very nice shopping 2 days in a row. Even larger than the one I was in yesterday. I was able to find all the things I didnt know I would need until I got home. Again, very nice and knowledgeable employees who helped us with a smile and correct suggestions. This one is a mile further than the other in a different direction but I think I will make it my go-to store. I am over there 5 days a week and they have a larger variety.

Has some good craft supplies more home decor than paper crafts ie cutting dies and stamps. Good parking, friendly service, has buy online pick up in store option.

Has decent deals on occasion. Always look for coupons, full price is a little too high. Friendly staff. Order online and store pick up are pluses. Can at times get pretty bare bones especially around the holiday so I always check inventory online first before heading to one.

I could spend hours in here, they have so many fun crafts

Large variety of quality stuff

The workers followed everyone the while time like if we would steal

Michaels is Michaels! Love it and can usually find what I need. If not, there is Joannes or Home Goods. For personal beliefs I will NEVER again give my money to Hobby Lobby

Not as organized as the one in Santee

Always full of new merchandise

Basically has everything good and fun and crafty!

Great location and good amount of staff. There was a short line and I was helped quickly. Not 5 stars because of parking.

Small store but everyone is always friendly and helpful

Place to go for craft & hobby supplies, good prices

Helpful customer service. Awesome store. Love going there, always spend money when I go.

Friendly staff, good prices & good sales

I really love this location because its always so clean and well-stocked

I love my cross wonderful story

A large clean shop with a little bit of each craft or hobby

A decent Michaels. I come here relatively often and its nice and clean and the employees are nice and helpful. Parking can be a pain with all the businesses around especially around dinner time. I typically go a little later.

Bought everything here for my Comic Con costumes! Thor and Loki approved!

They are alway nice and helpful.

Do the thing! Get the crafts and do the crafty stuff.... stop reading reviews online and go do the thing...

Great customer service

Great deals! Friendly service!
