Great place to go visit if you are looking for something different to do. A lot of rescued animals here under the care of these nice people. You learn some back stories on how they came to the center. Very good way to spend an hour or two on the weekend.

Such an incredible museum targeted at younger kids! My daughter was so engaged and especially enjoyed the dinosaur bones, dressing up, playing in the play kitchen, and the carousel! I used Groupon to pay for tickets, but would have gladly paid full price for the day of fun with my kids!

The La Habra children’s museum was pretty fantastic. It’s always great to have a place with so many activity options for kids! At $10/person it felt worth it, though if you want to go more regularly, I’d suggest the $80/year membership. Some highlights were the science room, the store, the lab... and MY personal favorite was the amazing taxidermy room! Unlike most taxidermy at museums, you’re encouraged to gently pet and touch them! It was a fun family day! I recommend going to the nearby Farrell’s Ice Cream for lunch after!

I am from Illinois and based on the reviews I took my three grandkids here today... to say we had a great day would be an understatement. They had so much fun and I enjoyed watching them play and interact with everything. We couldn’t decide between the zoo and a children’s museum.... decided on children’s museum so they could interact more. We made a great choice! Thanks for a great day Children’s Museum of La Habra!

My toddler loves this place and Im not too much of a helicopter parent here because I know he cant run far. The place is on the small side, but thats a plus for exhausted parents like me that dont want to lug a stroller or carry them long distances to the next exhibit. Perfect for tiny ones that want to touch EVERYTHING.

Two, two year-olds loved this place. Its great that they took our Arizona Science Center year pass it got 4 people in for free. This place was awsome learning STEM at a young age was defiantly a priority here. I will defiantly be taking my son back. They even had a little library where you could donate books or get books for free; now that is a great idea.

This is a fun and exciting place for kids. I took my 22 month old granddaughter. She liked the dinosaurs and the mechanical gears she could turn. We went late in the day on Friday. It had just enough people. My granddaughter way a little shy but quickly interacted with her friend. She loved the train that goes around a track in a large case. The animal exhibit scared her but interested her at the same time. She said hi doggies to the wolf. Great room of animals. The grocery room was fun with the little shopping baskets. She loved sitting and pushing buttons on the cash register. Very cute place and I am looking forward to taking her again. Highly recommended. There is a playground behind it and tables to eat at. I was real surprised when you walk up to the entrance. There are dinosaurs. My granddaughter said dinosaur 5/6 times but she wont say grandma. I just shook my head. LoL

Great place for kids to spend their day and explore, imagine, and play! We ended up getting a membership and will go again very soon. It had more rooms and areas for play than I expected because it looks pretty small from the outside. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. Would recommend for families wanting a fun outing with young kids.

Very well staffed with pleasant and patient personnel. Well thought out, use of space with creative motifs. Children seem to love it. They also have a Dinosaur display at the entrance. There is a playground right around the building as it sits on a city park.$10 per adult and $10 per child. Price is probably based on the neighborhood income demographic (Shoulder shrug).

Children need a place where they can have fun and be engaged at the same time. Less screen time and more play. This is the place to do it. There is a small Carousel that plays on the hour. There is also a bus where your child can pretend to be the bus driver. There is a train set to explore and rotating exhibits. Let your child explore the pretend supermarket where they can fill their own cart. There is a need for places like this. This is probably best suited for children 5 and under. One down side is that it is far away from the freeway so it takes some time to get there unless youre a local.

Some of the the toys are dingy, missing pieces, and/or need updating. The costumes were old and falling apart. Despite all that, my daughter still loved the museum and didnt want to leave after spending more than 3 hours there. My personal favorite was our tour of the 1942 train caboose, but I dont recommend visiting it on a hot summer day like we did! It was like an oven in there!!! Still, though, it was fun to see and interact with a piece of history frozen in time.
