I have been using the 976 tuna web site for years and was always happy until they change the web page. Now it is not the same and it really lacks what a new and updated web site should be but thats far from the case. Just my opinion.

Ive been using 976-TUNA as my resource for fishing reports/counts and booking my saltwater fishing trips for years. They have always been top notch. Highly reccomended

One star is too many, Just got off the phone with the owner. Had a horrible experience last year on a trip booked through 976 Tuna. I called in prior to booking to ensure the 2 day trip I wanted was not going for tuna as the tuna were not biting yet. The rep assured me it was not. The boat, The Black Pearl was more than two hours late, no phone call from the landing. Got on the boat at midnight and chose a bunk only to hear Big Gabes daughter screaming because the unmarked bunk was reserved for her. Big Gabe, Red and Daughter are more important than the paying customers so I got booted. Woke up the next morning, we were on our way to the tuna grounds. Spent all day holding my rod! No fish by the way. I understand fishing is just that, fishing but I was just flat out lied too. We ran out of bait and had to go back to birth 55 for bait for day 2. Not much better.I called the rep and he assured me they would make it right the next time I wanted to book a 976 trip. Today, the owner offered me 75.00 off a 425.00 trip. I dont call that making it right. They will tell you what you want to hear to get your dollars and then lie to you again. As the owner said to me I can choose not to patronize particular boats because of bad service. I informed him I would not be patronizing his charters anymore and will be sure and tell all I fish with. 976 does a great job with reporting fish counts. Maybe they should stick with that!

Love the fish reports and counts by all the captains just one little tidbit if the Skippers can speak a little clearer and louder into the mic it would help a lot more with fish counts and reports as far as hearing them on my phone
