I love this location. They have a ton of variety and honestly the prices are pretty darn good. I am not heavily into arts and crafts, so usually I just buy art supplies from target but I had to make a trip to Michaels (right after target) to get beads and special colored crayons (both items target lacked). I just bought paint and canvases from target and I really should have made Michaels the first stop. The prices were way better than target.Im not into fake Christmas trees but the prices here were too good to pass up!

I only came here to exchange some stuff for my wife. The store was clean and well stocked. The sales staff was a little busy and overwhelmed but aren’t we all around Christmas time.

Excellent environment to shop in. Michaels monitors the amount of customers they allow in and it made shopping so much easier! The beauty Ladies in the Framing Dept., Rosa especially, were outstanding! Extremely helpful, talented, fabulous listeners and fun to interact with! A+ experience!

Zero stars for online ordering, my order got cancelled and they held the money on my credit card 45 Days as pending :/ Also the online inventory for the store is off. They probably have it in stock. Im creative and this place, along with B&N will take all my money if I wonder around too long. Good selection of everything you probably could think of for artistic and craft projects. Nothing is easy to find but the employees are very helpful here. As matter of fact, after my online order was cancelled I was able to phone the order in and it was waiting for me by the time I got there. How nice is that?! Good people always make the difference.

Great store, but its hard to navigate and find everything you want. It could be the stores intentional design to make it so you wander the aisles more. However, if Michaels got rid of their constant use of coupons and just lowered their prices, then I would be there more often.

Well. I understand came at 6:57pm to get one item and I know where it is. Employee should be more respectful saying we are closed thank you for coming we open tomorrow. Simple. Instead of asking what I am here at Michaels for make your remak and chuckle and then say come tomorrow.I was like wow I cant belive you asked me what Im here for like you are gona let me in. But since my awnser wasnt good enough for the employe to let me in she said come tomorrow.

Wow so clean and organized even with all that is going on workers are alert and on top of everything. You know where everything is because it is well labeled and organized. I think I may change my Michael location..

HORRIBLE. Drove out 30 minutes because online it states they have chocolate/candy melts in stock and available in store only. They dont allow to order online, only in store. I arrive to the store and they say they cant sell any of their chocolates or edible decorations because they dont have their food license. If thats the case they SHOULDNT have their unsellable items listed online! Such an inconvenience and to top it off when I asked the cashier about the the chocolate and why it wasnt on sale she was super rude. They really need to remove the items from their website and fix their employees attitude!

Found an just the right size and price artificial x-mas tree .

My interest is model building and they were out of everything. In fact, the whole store has a feeling like its going to close because the stock is so low and items are covered and not for sale. Hope just a bad day and this will improve!

Awesome! Jose helped me find the water soluble colors needed for my sons science project. He also mentioned a coupon for 40% discount. Then Rocio at the register was also super helpful. The teams combined efforts made my shopping experience one to remember. After many unsuccessful visits to other retailers that supposed to sale food-colors, or water colors. With hardly any employees to assist their customers. I really appreciated the difference. Thank God for Michaels.

I love coming here to get crafting supplies! I just wish there were more staff members walking around to help me find items. Unless youre a regular, its easy to get lost trying to find what you need. I recommend signing up to get membership coupons at Michaels. I always have a coupon handy when I shop here.

Compared to the Michaels in Brea on Imperial, this store has a better selection. The parking can be a little more busy than the parking lot in Brea, but I have always found a spot. Staff here always asks if I need assistance. Like all Michaels, it goes for breadth instead of depth, but this one is deeper than average.

Extremely picked over in their Fall selection, especially compared to Hobby Lobby across the street.

Staff was pretty friendly, it took a little bit longer than I initially thought to get someone to get the spray paint out of the locked cabinet but overall had a great experience. Store was pretty clean and organized. The only semi-bad thing I have to say is that maybe they were SLIGHTLY under-staffed but they were as attentive as they could possibly be but the store had a lot of stuff that I needed for my arts and crafts project and Im definitely going to go back there again for all my arts and crafts supply needs first before I look for supplies anywhere else.

Glad theyre open but its clear theyre understaffed and the store cleanliness is suffering - no one cleaning carts and no wiping down counters or POS at all.

Love the store. Not disabled friendly. People who worked there must have been told dont bother the customer, they arebusy spending money. Too bad I needed help both times and was treated like my requests were too much to ask for. I probably wont go back.

Great place for frames and other stuff around the house that could use some dressing up. Obviously great for crafts. Not the cheapest but wont break the bank if you watch out for their constant deals and coupons. Weekly 40% off one item available on their website. They dont have everything, but they have a lot that other stores just dont.

This place is pretty chill

Ive been coming here for a while for my crafting needs. Ive always found what I wanted at a decent price. For the hobbyist, the crafter and the arts man this the place to find supplies to meet your needs. There are literally over thousands of items in here. Youll find anything from wedding supplies to making necklaces. I give it a thumbs up.

Visited and used custom framing area. They are great...the best. Extremely helpful. Excellent prices after all the discounts they offer. Very cool use of technology to show the item you are framing on screen in full view with choosen matting and frame. Worth a visit.

Anything for your crafty needs, a bit pricey, but well stocked and employees are quite helpful.

Went to the store to purchase a mat+frame combo and some archival pens. I was debating whether or not to purchase a black mat so I whipped out my phone to see if silver or white pens could be archival. I wasnt finding anything online, so I went to swap frames and walked back to the marker section. Thats when I heard Mike from security, check zones 1-3 over the intercom. I used to work at Michaels, so I know they dont have private or contract security, and that zone1-3 include framing and fine art, where I happened to be browsing. Mike from security is what Michaela employees would say over the intercom to intimidate people who might be stealing. Id like to offer a big screw you to the management at Michaels for not even bothering to offer me help before calling security on me. I mustve at least three floor associates walk past me just to watch what I was doing. Way to go. Just so you know, I ended up finding what I was looking for my damn self, no thanks to your profiling staff. Just so YOU know, most people that steal are the middle aged women in your stores.

Theres ALWAYS some sort of coupon available online. If you cant find it online, the employees at the checkout will either help you find it, or scan one they already have at the counter. They even let you combine coupons. I always end up getting what I need for between 40 and 50% off. This place is great.

Pretty good service here. I rarely have to spend too much time in the checkout line because they seem to understand when more people are in line. They are really good at honoring their discounts and coupons. Being a teacher they dont give me a hard time when I ask for the educator

I bought my Christmas tree from them, the lady on the cash was very sweet and helpful. Although no coupons were applicable she found a way to help me find a coupon and get a discount on my purchase. Another lady helped me bring the tree to the car. It is the right place to buy Christmas stuff.

This location almost have everything you need for art and crafts. Very accessible staffs are ok. They can be busy at times though. I got myself some eyelets for my new projects and found it. Looking for a zipper uhmmm i had to go to walmart for that. But found what i need!

It is an excellent craft store, with considerable variety of merchandise. Im afraid I cant judge their prices. I dont know what other shops charge their customers.I have to say that I like the store. Lots of colorful things that just overflow the shop and friendly staff working to make your visit interesting.
