We visited the Chuck E. Cheese’s in Kokomo yesterday, and it was awesome!!! The staff members were super helpful and friendly, the animatronic Chuck E. Cheese was decked out for Christmas and out on concerts, Christmas music played in the background, and it just felt like a return to normal!!!! Thank you!

I was amazed how extremely clean the place was. Every employee was so nice and helpful.The manager was there and constantly walking around and friendly as well. We had a birthday party there, the employee was awesome, even cut the cake and served it.And the pizza was delicious.

My son and I went and it was super fun! Need more games would be my only suggestion.

None of the games were working. I get covid 19 and all games cant be played,but the ones that were supposed to be working were not. The tickets were out and then the kid had no idea on how to fix the machine that broke and said its the technicians job. He didnt put no service sign up and went about his business. The lady in charge was just not that friendly to be working in a place that tons of kids enjoy going to. When I tried expressing my concerns she snapped back and said its only her and 1 kid there and that covid 19 was the reason. Ok I understand covid 19 and being short staffed but there was literally only one other family there fhe entire time we were there. They didnt have any type of security measures they took in place of stamping our hand. I will probably be trying a different location next time. Although this location is the closest and use to be our familys favorite!!!!

Honestly, I wasnt expecting much of this place, but we were sort of stranded and it seemed like it was worth a shot. We had a great time! They changed this since I went as a kid. Now they have the option to buy an amount of time and have unlimited play, which was sort of perfect for little kids. We had a really good time and Ill definitely stop by again if were in the area.

Visited with my son and his friend. They enjoyed the play all you can for 60 minutes. We had the cheese stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. It was really good.

Nice to spent kiddy time. However at exchange of tickets, were told out of item when kids could see the item same in the demonstration box. Hard to get kids to understand. Ruined the good time had. Need to work on this. Employee probably new.

Great family experience, my son loves it here. Ive never known anyone to be a fan of the pizza. But its hot, and its food. If you want a cheap way to entertain your kids without having to stress every other minute chuck e cheese is a great option.

My husband and I wanted to go on a date and wanted to do something different than just your normal dinner and a movie so we chose to go to this Chuck E Cheese in Kokomo, Indiana. It was by far the best experience I have had anywhere for awhile. Kyle is a manager that I can tell strives to go over and beyond for his customers. The whole staff was so genuine, pleasant and showcased impeccable customer service. The food was fresh and yummy. The games were fun and all in working order. The whole establishment was very clean! We will most certainly be returning. :)

They are very unprofessional. They talk about previous employees who have ever worked there and worked there but off more than others. I would not recommend this job to anyone in high school because the management is terrible. It’s not a good job to have for your first job. The managers make it all about themselves just to make their company look good when behind the scenes it’s very unprofessional. This is coming for someone who worked there for more than eight months. I highly recommend you not choosing this as your first or last job ever.

Fun place, very clean and friendly and helpful. Price is a bit steep and I recommend the play card because you dont have to worry about buying more, its a time thing so you can play as much as you want. Love the pizza bar and chicken wings. Kids think its great and its about them anyway.

Spend $206.00 with coupons to bring my grandchildren there. The bathroom had no toilet paper or paper towels. Told the manager and she said I ask one of the employees to do that so she guess she would go fired that employee and do it herself. Bathroom was very dirty. Staff was very unfriendly. Order 3 pizzas 2 came out in about 15 minutes went up to check on the 3rd. One and the waitress said it was sitting back on the counter. Very bad trip and waste of money

Whoever runs this location should be proud! The afternoon/evening staff is AMAZING! SOOOO GREAT with the kids, Great personalities, and VERY patient. This is BY FAR the best and cleanest location i have been to in a long time! I will now be planning my sons 4th birthday here in January! I come all the way from Rochester every time just to come to this location. Well worth the money!

This is the nicest and cleanest Chuck E Cheese. Best part is the toddler section. Great fun for my 2 year old. Another perk is the play pass of play as many games within 30 minutes, 45 minutes or an hour. Great day of fun.

Had a fun day with my granddaughter! Was disappointed that they were out of so many toys, they are not great anyways unless you spend 100s of dollars, and everything small she wanted they were out of! She was sad.

$126.00 for a birthday party for 5 kids. The games are RIP off, because they didnt work right or were out of tickets. The games were 15 seconds, or 1 pull, then it was over. Extra drinks were 2.50 for a tiny cup. NO TOILET PAPER in the restroom! Its worse than a casino, rigged all day long.

Having fun with the family

We had the unlimited for my daughters birthday party and since they started late they did add 45 minutes to the cards but kids were leaving at a certain time that were being picked up. The pizza was not served until a half hour before the birthday party was scheduled to be over and the cake was not served and presents open until the same time that the party was over I let her wait to open presents to we did cake. Our drinks didnt even come out the adults for about 45 minutes after the party started. Kids that were being picked up at the scheduled time the birthday party was due to in did not get to see my child open their presents they got her. For me spending $400 I think that they should have good everything in a little more of a timely manner

I was their with my family and the kids and us all had a wonderful time. I want to give credit where credit is due as you had a young man working for you who was very customer oriented and helped my family and me get through a wonderful night. I think his name was Chad West and I hope you keep him as he is a Keeper and good for your business. He has everything that you want on the front line of a business, personally, a great smile and very helpful. Thank Chad for me for making a party for our Son one that will bring us back to your business and one that my Son will always remember.

This was the worst. There were 4 games down, and over half the ones that were up were out of tickets so youd waste ur points and get no tickets. My kids were really upset about that So I went up front and said so far my kid has played 4 games and all the machines are out of tickets. (A lot more rhan that were out od tickets) who can i talk to?she says theres someone out there filling them now and immediately walks away. Out walks another employee and asks if I need Help. I said yes and told her the same exact thing. She says so and so is feeling them now. Hey so and so you need to hurry and fill the tickets. So and so is not filling the machines hes behind the counter talking to first girl.... And then so and so starts complaining about having to fill the tickets. I say to second girl what about all the tickets he didnt get or the points he wasted? She says let me see your card. Okay i hand it to her she scans it and tells me how many points are left. I said ya I know that. Thats not what I was asking. She say nothing amd stares at me. Frustrated at this point amd my child wanting to go play games i just walked away. My wife with my other son Apperently was having the same problem. She had already managed to get the manager amd was explaining it to him. She seen me talking to first and second girl. I didnt see her. So we go back to trying to find am open working game. (Not easy) back to wife manager says we can put the points back on there while hes doing that second girl walks up and says to manager some jerk came up and was yelling at me and then stormed off before I knew what he wanted and walks off. Wife says to manager ya that was my husband mabey your employees shouldnt talk abiut customers on the floor. Manager apologizes and refunds our points. We go back to playing the limited games that are properly working. So overall the games were mostly down, the employees were rude and unhelpful and half of them werent doing there job, and by the way the pizza is awful. Its like eating cheese cardboard. Do not go here! Save yourself the headache. Also there were a lot of people complaining. It wasnt just our party. Awful place.

Weve always had great experiences at Chuck E. Cheese, but our most recent visit was outstanding. Monica really worked with us to make sure we had an awesome summer trip with our 2 boys. She went above and beyond! We had a great associate who was so kind to the boys as we were checking out. Our youngest was even talking about her the day after. Thank you for making it a memorable trip.

Excellent CEC to visit, Vince, one of their managers is very nice, he told me that Kokomo had a SPP which closed at an unknown time period. Then in 2003 or 2004, this store was built, they installed their Studio C Cappa.

Pros: the staff was very friendly and mostly all were outgoing. That made it a lot of fun for both my kids. We were there for 3 hours and neither one of my kids were tired of it yet. Thats saying something. They had a decent selection of games and none of them cost much, all our plays lasted the entire 3 hours. The food was decent as well.Cons: The food is overpriced for the quality and a number of games were out of order. That definitly needs to be taken care of.Overall though 4 stars for sure, we all had a good time

We spent nearly $400 there tonight for Jamisons birthday party. Several of the machines were broken, and we had a guy trying to touch our children. I brought it up to the manager and the said they would deal with it... Guy was eating a salad in a kids place with no kids of his own... Really? Your workers didnt see it? We wont be back...

The prices were pretty good, only thing I was not happy about is the end when the kids turned in tickets for a prize i stood back and watched the workers 2 of them payed no attention for about 20 minutes to them kids and parents kept cutting in front of them to point i finally asked workers why they payed them no attention and I was looked at Like they didnt know what I Was talking about lol, they knew they zeen them because the boys 8 and 7 yrs old kept trying to ask questions.Very Very unprofessional big-time. This was the only dislike.Kids didnt wanna leave,first time in 15 years Ive been there. Definitely gling back, gotta take Your kids youll be glad u did!!!

Better than it once was

Had my daughters party there tonight. Kids had a blast. Our hostess was very nice and helpful. All staff was friendly. All machines were working. Only thing is chucke could have been a little more enthusiastic.

I definitely do NOT like that they switched from the tokens to putting the tokens on a card or I wouldve given them a 5 star rating!! I have triplet Grandbabies that are 5 and very independent!! The problem is we use to buy the tokens and divide them up between them and put them in their own little cups and they would know. that when they were out of tokens then they were finished! The cards are easy enough to use for older kids but not the younger ones!!!I have always bragged about how good their salad bar is also but I think its not near as good as it use to be! Please bring back the tiny baby ears of corn!!We have never had a problem coming in and setting up for our own birthday party either! We dont use the long tables because we know those are reserved for scheduled parties with Chuck E Cheese but we have always had a great time!!

Our kids enjoy coming and playing the various games. However, my husband and I are disappointed in the change from tokens to cards. It is very abstract to tell the kids that we have loaded specific amount and for them not to have a tangible something to pace themselves. I understand the business side of it but never the less, disappointing. Several games took the points and did not give an opportunity to actually play. Employees were milling about but it was too busy and difficult to report.

New help since our last visit...much better!

After waiting an hour for our food, I started asking questions, and was told several times that they were cutting the pizza right now. After 1hr 40min, the food finally came out. They refunded my money, and gave me a card good for a pizza and some arcade play... That didnt make up for the hangry children though. Also, for two adults and three kids, the 80 bucks seems a little rich. Save yourself some time, hassle, and money and just take the kiddos down to Mickey Ds and play in the play place.

I liked when You used Tokens more

Our first time at this Chuckecheese and we loved it! Ours has water damage so we ventured out. The service is much better here and it was so clean. We went on a weekday but they still had a birthday party going and Chuck walking around every 30 minutes. The pizza was awesome. Weve always been a fan but this chef was on point. We regretted not getting a larger one lol. No issues with any of the games and we used the new pay by time playcard. Its hit or miss. With multiple kids having more cards could be useful. The money you save on sharing you lose if they dont want to play right next to each other. With one kid no problem. They even had better prizes. We just wish they had more smaller shirts.

The kids enjoy it a lot. And we do to.
