I really enjoyed the pottery class I took here. The instructor explained the whys and hows of what we were doing as opposed to just showing us the clay and saying go for it.It was a little difficult I figure out which door to use, but I may have missed a sign.

Great fun! Did the Pinch a Pot class, Emily (instructor) is a warm, intelligent woman whose teachings shows how much she loves clay which she instills in her students - cant wait to take another class there! 10/10, Highly recommend others take advantage of this Knoxville treasure

This art center offers a multitude of classes. Theres a pottery studio, dance classes, printmaking, needle arts and more. They offer classes for kids and have a vibrant art program for local homeschooled kids. I have taken a number of classes here: silk scarf dyeing, tamari ball embroidery, gel plate printing and even a dance class. The instructors have all been very good and I was pleased with the outcomes of my projects. The art center also hosts community events, such as First Friday art shows. Something is always going on at the Knoxville Arts and Fine Crafts Center. You can check their calendar online to find an event that interests you.

The instructor are great! And the lessons are fun and educational

My daughter has loved the beginning pottery class. All the other pottery classes in town teach kids either hand building or pottery wheel, but this class does both! Such a good value for the amount of items the kids get to make and the time spent learning.

Completed a make a mug class here and enjoyed it! Would reccomend to others. Very easy and quick turn around on the mugs being ready for pickup.

Best place for classes and teachers!, staff is nice but not always as on top of things that you would hope
