Bliss Home is my GO TO store for gifts!! I LOVE their unique accessories. The designers and I always have the best time picking out the best gift for who Im shopping for. Its obvious that the staff love working with clients and helping them find exactly what they are looking for. Im almost giddy thinking of Fall and Christmas coming up!!! They have the BEST ornaments and Christmas decor and wonderful prices!!! I love this store!!!

Super disappointed with our experience today. We walked through the entire store without a single employee acknowledging us. We saw stuff we really liked, but left because no one even took the time to say hello. We ended up at Basset Furniture and found 2 couches, a swivel rocking chair, and a kitchen table with a much friendlier staff.

I wasnt impressed. Everything was crazy expensive and a good portion of it wasnt very high quality. Also, the sales associate would come up to you wearing a mask and then take off their face mask (despite it now being the law to be wearing one in indoor locations like this) and put you at risk when they come up to you. The same associate was super close to another associate, both with masks off and in the larger public area. I plan to never go back.

Nice selection of quality furniture at a fair price. Sales personnel knowledgable and friendly.I would recommend this store for person looking for quality furniture. Remember, you get what you pay for.

The service we received in-store was incredibly helpful as we selected from multiple swatches of beautiful upholstery, took measurements, and received advice about accent pieces. Our purchase arrived earlier than expected, which was a huge blessing here at the holidays. The delivery drivers were among the friendliest and efficient Ive encountered. And the sectional is impeccably made and just gorgeous! All-around a perfect experience.

I recently bought a dining room table from Bliss Home and love it! I was especially impressed with the delivery person, John. He not only delivered and set up my table without a scratch but helped my elderly mother get a large package out of her car while he was there. Excellent customer service! Now My entire dining room is from Bliss. The furniture is beautiful and of excellent quality.

I browse at the Kingston Pike store a couple of times a month since they have such unique items and there are always new items there. I have bought several items there and I have been very pleased them. I bought some art that was gone when I returned to the store but Jama spent a lot of time searching for it in their records and I was able to order it. Highly recommend the store and the great staff they have to help.

We bought a dining room table, bench and chairs from Bliss. We had a great experience from order to delivery. We will absolutely be back to Bliss for our next furniture purchase.

I love my table and benches from BLISS. They are exactly what I was looking for, and look fantastic in my new home! Jama was an expert representative - approachable, knowledgeable, and warm. Delivery and set up was on time and efficient. I had such a great experience and will be back again!

Beautiful decor but be careful! Purchased 2 dining tables, 2 beds, an upholstered banquet & 2 chairs, 9 dining chairs, a dresser, and a sectional for our new home. I was talked out of Pottery Barn sectional and sold on their sectional that is customizable and comes in Crypton fabric. The sales staff demonstrated how everything would come out. Wine, Coke, urine...you name it! Told me they use this in nursing homes. 12 weeks later I received the sofa. I’ve never spilled anything on it; however, the fabric clings to everything! Dirt, oils from skin, and even jeans make marks that do not come out! I contacted Bliss within 4 weeks of having the $6k sectional, was told to read the website for crypton fabric care and to have professionally cleaned. One year later I contacted the store, sales associate, and design sales person. I submitted a claim (which I’ve never done) only to be told unfortunately this is “normal wear and tear and not a defect.” After spending tens of thousands in a store! No offer to replace the fabric, sectional, or refund as I was told in store. Please read carefully! I would go with Pottery Barn slip cover instead. Everything else we purchased has been nice, but so disappointed in the sectional and failure to stand by their word and product.

My husband and I just purchased a larger home and had some empty rooms to fill. After looking at most furniture stores in Knoxville and didn’t find exactly what we were looking for, we ended up at Bliss. We purchased several items at Bliss and couldn’t be happier! However, the best part of our “Bliss experience” was the delivery team, Frank and Jon. I have NEVER met two happier people! They have very hard, sweaty jobs, but they both were all smiles, extremely professional and an absolute pleasure to have in my home! I am actually looking forward to our custom order (which Bliss is AMAZING at making happen) in a few weeks just so I can make cookies or something for the dynamic delivery duo!! There is no doubt in my mind where I will be buying my next room of furniture from - Bliss!!

She intuitively uncovers your personal style and supports it with design suggestions that integrate into your living space. She’s like an interior decorating psychic, wellness coach and feng shui consultant all rolled into one. Working with Diana and her team at Bliss is a distinctly blissful experience.

This is a very stylish and interesting business. Their choices of material as well as Quality Furniture is heads above everyone else in Knoxville. They also have locations in Nashville and Louisville I believe. The two stores in Knoxville are remarkably different...the one west of downtown is near the mall and is mostly a furniture and Home Decor store. The other store on Gay Street is home goods, clothing, and shoes with such unique merchandise that you have to go there. Bliss has bailed me out of a few Mothers days when I needed a thoughtful gift. This is a high quality business run by savvy and tasteful owners.

Two weeks ago my sectional was delivered, one pieceis damaged..I have not received any information as to when I can expect a replacement..The e-mails from Bliss contain no solution just Thank for your patience..Trust me at this time I have no patience..When you spent $8,000.00 plus you expect the furniture to be right..You also expect the business to do what is necessary to replace damaged pieces IN A TIMELY MANNER..First and last shopping trip here..

Beautiful home furnishings with a staff that is eager to make you happy without being pushy. Can be on the pricy side but the quality is exceptional. They also offer home delivery in many areas at a low cost which is a godsend for getting a large couch back to your home.

This store is very selective with whom they acknowledge. The customer service on my end was terrible not only was it dead in there it was 3 sales clerks, and not one of them approached me . I guess you have to look like you have money and maybe it was the fact that I had on gym clothes. I can in for a full length mirror and I was referred to their store by one of my employees. Hated the service !!

I went to Bliss to look for kitchen furniture including bar stools. Donna took the time to show me around and look at catalogs. I didnt order anything that day, but some bar stools on the floor caught my eye. I came back a week later. Donna was busy, but Jenny jumped right in to help me and finalize my purchase. I had just made a purchase at another store where I had very poor service, so the kindness and enthusiasm was welcome!My only complaint was that I had to drive to the warehouse facility in North Knox to pick them up rather than the furniture being delivered to the store and picking it up there.

My husband and I came into Bliss Home in West Knoxville a couple months back and they were very friendly and offered to help in anyway. We were getting ideas for our living room and cannot wait to make our purchase soon.
