Would give higher rating but lost stars from all the homeless people you have to get through camped in front of the store. Typical for Klamath falls though at every store. Homeless people living in entry ways...I wont let my wife go by herself to this store for fear of her safety

This store and its Employees Are Amazing. I came in looking for something that would work on a recent project and had many choices to choose from. Curbside pick up is a complete joke. I tend to lean towards curbside pick up when a store offers it because I have a 3 month old and a 13 month old. It’s a struggle to haul them into every store when I have several errands to run. So I ordered something I needed from micheals through their app for same day curb side pick up, IN THE MORNING. Afternoon came and went, next thing I know it’s 5pm and I have not received any email or text telling me my order is ready. I decided to drive to the store and call them to let them know I need my order & have been waiting for a long time. I pulled up to Michaels and there’s ONE car parked outside. The lady that answered asked for my order information and I give it to her. She says ok an employee will be out in 5 minutes. I’m thinking ok. That’s not a big deal. 5,10,15 minutes goes by.. still NOTHING!! I ordered ONE THING! I’m sitting in the car with my two children crying! There’s literally one car there and that’s it, I don’t understand why my order wasn’t ready yet and why it took more than 15 for it to be brought out to me! When the employee finally brought it out, she said “ sorry it took long, the lady is working in the frame shop too....” so if my order WASNT ready, wasn’t being prepared, and took 15 minutes for them to even bring it out to my car, WHEN WERE THEY PLANNING ON WORKING ON MY ORDER, hadn’t I decided to drive there first??!! At 7 or 8 pm???Completely ridiculous if you ask me. Curbside pick up is something to be made simple and fast, not something to take 3 times the amount of time to go in the store and do it yourself!Also another thing to NOTE MICHAELS, everywhere else that offers curb side pick up, they offer the customer a time slot, a time frame of when their order will be ready, not just for the customer to order what they need and for you to let the employees take their time and decide when they feel like preparing the order. Your procedure in place when curbside pick up is being used needs to be more organized and needs tying of loose ends.

Good for crafters.... But employee knowledge and assistant is VERY lacking. I dont craft and was insulted 3 times before leaving

I found what I wanted right away. It was 40% of which was a surprise to me. Nice, helpful people work there.

Plenty to choose from, great selection of yarn and amazing black Friday sale on string beads. Plenty of help available when you need it and employees are friendly.

I usually find what Im looking for, and extra goodies as well. The prices are generally pretty reasonable and they run sales all the time. All in all, a good experience shopping there.

Rhonda went above and beyond today with the customer service! She was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and even recognized me from last year when I was shopping for another project. Give her a raise because shes definitely an asset to the company.

I love Michaels, its the go to store for anyone who is feeling crafty and its an awesome store to inspire kids to get with their crafty side!!

Great service. Clean, well organized store,with friendly staff. Staff willing to help with crafting ideas and suggestions. Floral department makes fantastic arrangements. Framing department goes the extra mile to help customers with mats and frame suggestions,great follow up on framing projects.

Store good and clean, many items unpriced, but they have a scanner. The cashier was not friendly and seemed bothered about ringing me up, but maybe she was having a bad day?

This Michaels is more focused on crafting and decor. Paint selection is not the best for fine art painting but theres TONS of the bottled acrylics.

Okay this morning I went to Michaels and asked them for quilling q u i l l i n g tools they said they had never heard of them and I stood there going this is a craft store thats the way it was will I ever go to Michaels again no they are more expensive than anybody else so thats it for me

I love Michaels but it does have some drawbacks. Their prices are quite high and Im a die hard crafter especially flower arrangements. I love their flowers and can usually find what I want but some of those stems are $10-$18 and we are on a fixed income and and making it with cheap flowers lessons the quality. I have spent a huge amt. Of money on flowers but I cant do it anymore.

I thought I had an interest in some crafts projects, until I realized that it would cost me way more than my researched budget in just tools and materials to even begin learning how to work with crappy quality items in my chosen medium. Michael staff is always friendly and helpful, as well as easy access to all their products. Every time I go in there the bathrooms are exceptionally clean, and classes are posted if you want to go to any of the classes. I love the fact that they give out coupons with each sale, and or on their app they can give up to 60% off of your entire purchase. If you ask your cashier they try and help you find a discount for something you might be buying always very helpful. Ive had some of the staff help me find things that I never would have found on my own, to the point where theyve stayed with me and help me find things if they didnt have it they told me they would call and see if Jo-Anns had it exceptional service.

Located in the old Montgomery Wards building, our Michaels is a nice store, for more than just crafts. Its clean and friendly, bright and eash to walk around.They have a fun seasonal inventory too especially for Halloween and Christmas.Parking is very easy, you can usually just park right in front.

Michaels is great for just about any craft supply you can think of. They also have very good sales, without the sales the prices are kind of high. The service is normally very good, however we have a very tough time finding someone to help us the last time we were in.

Had a lot of fun painting and decorating eggs with my daughter. Discovered that they have lots of classes for family fun or just kids. All of the staff was friendly and fun to be around. And everyone was very helpful. Definitely will be back to do more classes!
