I’m giving it a 4 because I did not think the pull off is super inviting. The sign is big and clean and the landscape is nice. There is a safe place for a good photograph.

Would have been nice If they had a Welcome Home Maine sign at the Welcome Center to make it safe for those who travel and want a picture next to State signs to remember passing through or soenfiy time in that state.
